I was there for a facial and relaxing during my session when the owner of the business entered the room without even knocking on the door. She was requesting information from the aesthetician working on me. When you pay that much for a facial and are in a vulnerable position it can make you feel a bit uncomfortable to be interrupted in that manner. I also went back to give my technician her tip and the business was closed. I couldn't find business hours posted. read more

I went to Skin Appeal for an appointment for laser skin removal this week. When I got there, it was evident that I had written down the wrong date for the appointment. (Oy! My fault!) I've always had an excellent experience at Skin Appeal. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming and Christi Hall, the owner is an absolute expert at what she does. Fillers, dysport and other services that I have received have always been beyond my wildest expectations. I love that on their website, they always have monthly specials where you can prepay for the services you receive and when I leave I don't have to pay anything more [because I've already pre-paid]. Went in 2021 for acne scarring concerns. I got RF miconeedling and ended up with a parallel scar under my nose. When I brought it to the owners attention, she was so dismissive. She was also rude and judgement after I said I wanted the other treatment to be just my cheeks for less downtime. "Why not just do your whole face then if you're paying for it" maybe because the problem area is on my cheeks and you guys gave me a permanent scar :). read more

Three stars for the AMAZING FACIAL. I would come back over and over again for that.. However, lip injections are a miss. I didn't get the results I was going for after $2000 and that's a high end injection. I wanted plump and luscious but this was a miss. Very disappointed in my results. After the first time I stated my frustrations but after the second, even more annoyed. I spent too much money to feel this way. read more

I used Skin Appeal in 2016. Christy took the time to look at my face told me what I needed, I did what she recommended. I walked away very happy fast forward 2022. I went to Christy this time she did not really look at my face or tell me what I needed. They gave me a brochure I asked if the Halo treatment would be the right thing for me since I had acne scars on my cheek that I wanted removed. I also make sure that Christy knew that I only had enough money for one treatment in my life and I needed this one treatment to really help my face. I was told yes, the Halo treatment would remove my scars and would be great for me. I was not happy with the results from the very minute I walked out of the room after watching YouTube, and seeing the time that the esthetician spent on their clients face. I also never even needed ice for any swelling which I was expecting. Christy zoom zoom zoomed through my procedure. A lot of my face did not take. She went back and redid areas days later she didn't do my eyebrow area initially, didn't even offer. After telling Christy time and time again that I was unhappy, I was then told if I was younger the Halo treatment would've taken better. Then she said, "there's no guarantee." So there you go no guarantee. I gave her $2200 and I have no guarantee that I will be happy with the results of the treatment. Each time I had gone in, she'd say, "Oh, you can see some softening here can't you or how about a little softening there?" I say, "How about the scars and sunspots that are still on my cheek?" I would not recommend going to Skin Appeal. read more

Had I been told I would have opted to leave well enough alone because looking worse leaves me little choice but to have more done. I was also not told (not that it matters at this point) that the follow up would be complimentary. I was told it would be at a discount. If you decide to use this business I highly suggest you ask a lot of questions and insist on clear communication. read more
