Absolutely horrible. The guy that did my nails had to redo my tips 4 times because he kept putting them on crookedly. While using the drill, he repeatedly drilled on my skin on every single finger. He was rude to me after I told him to fix the tips, which HE kept messing up. Not to mention they don't even look good. Such a waste of money. I was found to get a pedicure but I was so annoyed I just left. Also English is awful. This is the second time I've tried this place and I will not come back nor recommend it to anyone. read more

This review is roughly one month later. I got gel mani and regular pedi. Overall the experience was good, I got a younger gentleman tech. He made sure I liked the shape & color before finishing. To be quite honest I didn't like the way he shaped almond. The reason for the 3 stars is, I asked him to cut an ingrown nail and he cut a little too much. Fast forward to today the nail is growing a little funny. I might go back but ask for another tech. read more

My daughter has had her nails done 3 consecutive times at this salon. Twice now she has left upset because she has been treated like an inconvenience by one of the nail techs. He is super rough, cutting her with the dremel, and kind of rude. Her nails came out way too thick and he cut them super short. Overall, she just felt super uncomfortable and wanted to get done as soon as possible. The one time I accompanied her, she had a young man who was great, but the older man has been horrible to her both times. Definitely will not be going back to this salon. read more

I've never been charged $60 for a full set before. You're not Gadabout, calm down. There was an upcharge for coffin nails, which weren't even coffin, they turned out square and completely uneven. This place could use a good cleaning. I've been going to nail salons for about 20 years now and have never been to a salon that needs a good cleaning this badly. Perhaps it was just a bad experience caught on a bad day. I won't think twice to come back though. There are plenty of salons out there that can screw up my nails and make me bleed for less money. read more

My manicure and pedicure were rushed. I was done in 45 min total. They did not follow the right steps to apply dip powder. Cut corners where they could. My nails are thick, they don't match in color (they said they had the same color for regular nail polish) and they are overall messy!! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

No stars if I could. I paid $98 for a pedicure and manicure with gel. The mani was French because we all know how good at sales they are. Anyways, once the guy finished with my French gel mani I paid and realized that they looked like they were peeling. I had to leave and said I would be back to get them fixed because they weren't right. I have been a nail tech for 22 years. The guy said he's been doing nails 28 years. I'll let you be the judge in the pics. Nikki the owner had this other older stalky woman try and fix my nails. She almost used a drill when I stopped her and said they're too thin you'll blow through my nail. She got irritated and went to use a rough grit file. She was pressing down hard as she continued to file in the same spot and I pulled my finger back and said ouch! If you keep filing there you will file through my nail. She did it again even harder and sure enough blew through my finger nail. I got up and told Nikki(owner) I'll take my money and have them fixed somewhere else. She asked what the guy charged he said $38 for the mani, she gave me $33 back. I didn't realize that until I went to pay for gel polish at a store down the street. I called her and said, how much is a gel French mani?, Nikki said $38, I said you gave me $33. She said yes sits $10 to remove acrylic. I said ok, then why did you still only give me $33? She said, my worker was gentle and you're too sensitive. What!? If she was gentle she wouldn't have blown through my nail. Not to mention watching her do a pedicure on the girl next to me earlier in the day, she skipped a step (dehydration of nail plate so polish will stay longer) the guy doing mine told her and I said yes, bone aid is great, she said something to him in Vietnamese and he motioned with his finger to ssshhhh. Anyways, Nikki kept talking over me and when I would try to say something about my nail being filed into she would just start talking again telling me im sensitive. Then she started saying hello hello and hung up on me. Not great customer service, unapologetic. Yes, it hurts like hell to have your fingernail filed through down to the skin. Anybody with nerves would be considered sensitive. read more

I have been going to this salon for almost two years. I love Hannah and she does a great job. However, the last two times I have gone in she hasn't been available. The two techs I've had were very rude, super fast, and sloppy. Today I was seated in a broken chair that wouldn't massage and my $60 pedicure took less than 30 minutes to complete including gel polish time. I do not recommend going to this salon. It is also very dirty. The chairs, floor, planters, tables, etc. all have a lot of built up filth. This place has gone so downhill. read more

Horrific. To spend $60 on a full set, when you have to stop her halfway through to tell her these are not right, there is no Apex, and leave before they even paint them... no. Not right. Nine out of 10 nails, have a major gap between the natural bed, and the acrylic. They are going to fill up with water, and create fungus and mold! After I said something about the Apex, I know very well that they nonstop talked about me. Laughing as well. I called the day before to see if they had gold chrome... I get there and there is no gold chrome except for sparkly gold paint. My nails look like they are a plane taking off from the cuticle- out to the edge. I am a nailbiter, and I have no natural Apex or see curve... But that's why I get my nails done. Leaving it to a professional. read more
