I think I ended up here by mistake. That is, I think I had an appt at one salon thinking it was this place. Even with that said a male approached me and asked me what I was getting done. He asked me to wash my hands immediately and escorted me to my chair. They wiped everything down before I sat down. There were disposable bags in the bowl and over the massage chair remote. They were very particular about being clean. THANK GOD. Everyone wearing gloves and masks. My tech Tina was extremely nice and quick. All the staff kept checking in to see if I needed anything which is exceptional service in my book. It's been months since I had a pedicure so she had her work cut out for her. LOL I got a deluxe pedicure. With my 20% tip it costs me $65. I feel like a girl again. The vibe in there was just so positive so I'm sure I'll be a regular. read more

This is a new salon and so I love the new chairs!! The operation is very sanitary and I appreciate that they use bags inside the pedicure tubs. All of my appointments have started on time which isn't always the case at other salons. Vivian does an excellent job with pedicures and manicures. What impressed me most is there was a quality issue with the gel from my last service. I called Vivian and Immediately she asked me to stop by so she could fix the issue. My friend and I came here to get mani/pedis and the experience was nice but there were a few areas for improvement: the quality of gel nails we both got was really low. Mine started peeing just a few days after getting my mani. The pedicure was just okay. I requested to get a scrub but for some reason the employee talked me out of it (she said I didn't "need" it). The biggest issue I have is perhaps how well they clean their materials. Soon after going here I developed a rash on my toes and since I really don't walk barefoot anywhere or haven't gone to a pedicure before or after this, this is the only place I could've gotten it. read more

I've been trying out different places around town and this will be my forever spot! I walked in very last minute and they fixed/transformed my nails. My nails before had a thick layer of gel powder and were all different shapes - basically they needed some work. The nail tech here helped me figure out the best shape and put a lot of care into making the gel layers thin, seamless, and perfect! The gel color coat has also lasted longer than any other place. My first "real" mani and pedi in months! My biweekly routine during COVID has become almost non existent! I stopped in this salon, I have never visited on a whim because...I can't stand naked toes any longer! I am pleasantly surprised with the Salon. Tons and tons of colors, powders, gels and they are all organized and clean on display. They offer a dozen Pedicure "Spa" scents ranging from fruity to green tea to soothing like honey and chamomile. The packets include soak, mask and lotion in respective scent. I chose honey and it was truly lux! A mani and spa pedi was $60 before gratuity. Very reasonable foe what you get and the time spent on service! They only take cash as a tip, thankfully I had cash but I usually don't. I would say a five star experience minus the small detail of not allowing gratuity on your card. I would definitely recommend for a pampering experience with endless color selections! read more

Decided to get a gel mani and pedi (acrylics on big toes) today since hubby was out golfing. Somehow left with a $95 bill for my service. The technician who did my nails was nice and polite. Very quiet, but I didn't mind. The only negative thing I have to say is for my pedicure there was no massage. It felt like she just put lotion on my legs and that was the extent to it. Also the little callus that I have is still there. Kinda disappointed because I really wanted to find a place I can consistently go to and have a relax pedicure that is decently priced. $95 seems a little absurd. read more

Was in town for vacation from Texas and looked up well rated nail salons. Nails by Yen, this salon's sister establishment, told me they are by appt only and sent us here. When we arrived we were shown to a pedicure chair and then told that one of their employees had a broken down car and would be there shortly. So we waited for about 10 min and she finally showed up. Our basic pedicures were nothing spectacular, and she rubbed lotion on my feet and there wasn't much of a massage or exfoliation of the heels. I told her I wanted a Shellac/gel color that was white/nude and showed her the color I picked out. She couldn't find it and said I'll just do this new technique where I paint them white and rub glitter on the top, that it's super cute and will last just as long as a regular gel color. Once we left I began noticing the uneven edges and the spotty cuticle work. By day 2 it was chipping and crackling in places. The glitter layer began peeling from the white gel base color. I'm now on day 3.5 and my nails look ratty and tattered, and like I did them myself (big nope). Very disappointed that I paid $60 for these two services, as I'm used to a certain level of professionalism as skill coming from the salons in Texas. If I were still in Tucson I'd go back and ask for a redo, but this place is closed on Sundays :/ read more

I really wanted to like this place. It was clean and the people working there were nice and professional. I went in for a dip manicure, one color, nothing special. The next day two nails chipped. I went back and they kindly fixed it without issue. Then, three days later two other nails chipped. After that, the other nails started chipping. It's disappointing because it was $50 (before tip) for a dip manicure and it didn't last even a week. $50 is definitely on the high end for a dip manicure and I've paid less for better quality. read more

We just moved here, so I wanted to give them a shot, since they are so close to my house. They are great. She took such good care of my feet. They were so callused, dry, and cracked from walking a lot on our vacation. I was there for an hour and 15 minutes yesterday. $30 for the regular pedicure, and $5 for the extra callus removal. They really take their time. No 20 minute rush pedicure that you usually get at other places. This is definitely my go to place now. read more

They put glue on the tips of my nails, on the very end of the artificial nail, which made the gel polish cling to it and look very sloppy underneath. I have never seen this done in the 20+ years of getting manicures. Now it's just chipping off and my gel manicure looks terrible. I traveled all the way from Sierra Vista (about an hour and a half drive!) and it was WELL worth the visit! I am a dip-powder nail kinda girl and I don't like doing anything else. I was pleasantly surprised with the dip powder color choices and ultimately picked this dark pinkish color by OPI. My favorite part was the fact that they take their time!!! It's so nice to get nails done by someone who genuinely cares what the final product will look like. I was mesmerized watching the other customers in the salon getting pedicures too...lots of different lotion choices and the massages looked amazing. This is the first set of acrylic nails I have ever gotten. I haven't gotten them before because I don't like how thick they make your nails look, but the ones I got here look like my natural nails. This gem of a place is fantastic! I was looking for a new salon, closer to me, and as I walked in I saw the owner. I said "you look familiar". He remembered me from my previous visit to his other salon. It is very clean and peaceful. The customer service is outstanding. Found this place on a whim.. got off work, child ended up staying a night w her dad after being watched for the day so I decided to treat myself. Was impressed with how clean and nice it looked inside, and was greeted right away. I had just called and was able to make an appointment within a few minutes, and even though it was an hour before close (I'm a bartender so my 'normal' hours are not normal for most) they treated me as if I was first guest of the day. They were not irritated with me coming in, despite my late arrival. My technician was professional, engaging, and took the time to know exactly what I wanted with my nails. I just bought a new car, and this is the first time I've been able to get my nails done in over six months. As someone who is a big believer in biweekly Manicures/fills -this has been a huge feat for me. My experience was way more than I expected it to be, and my nails look amazing.
