I've been to TN nails a few times. The first couple times seemed really nice. The last three visits I have been disappointed. I go to get a pedicure and manicure and massage. They do a fine job with polishes, but the pedicure can use more attention. They only work my feet with the pumice a couple of strokes and didn't even check to see if I had rough heels anymore. When it came to the massage for the legs and feet, they put a dime size of lotion on my legs, smooth it in and touched my feet, didn't even do the heels or massage feet at all and it was only 50 seconds each leg. As for the manicure same as I mentioned, the polish is fine but the treatment that you get that you want the massage and spa like experience fall flat. Another 50 seconds of massage on the arms and absolutely no hand massage. I will not go back. This has been three times now with poor service. Disappointed read more

Made an appointment for 3 pm. Waited over and hour still would have been waiting had I not left. Way over booked and just keep putting people ahead of me that came in way after I did. I understand being short staffed every place is these days but this was just ridiculous, I was a new customer and they kept taking the regular customes even with an appointment. If I could do 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I will not being going here, they try to nickle and dime for every little thing can possibly think of including of removing your old nail polish, I guess they were gonna paint over my old polish if I said no. They try to pressure you into upgrading your services it almost is uncomfortable, even after saying no to gel polish on my toes the nail tech insisted for me to get it because it's more money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!, my mom agreed to a 28$ pedicure then walked out paying 53$!!!! Because of all the "extra" charges. And to top it all off it was mediocre. I would highly recommend TN Nails. I'm so happy to have found this place for my family wedding. I'm from San Jose, so I just knew this place from my cousin. My hands and feet were in definite need of some pampering and TN nails definitely did the trick! This place is so clean, nicely organized with huge gel color collection. I have been a customer for about 6 months. At first the salon was so clean. The last few months the salon is getting dirtier and dirtier. I have a great manicurist as she does a great job but... Will be looking for another manicurist do to the filthy floors, bathrooms, sinks, and using non sterile tools. You guys are going down hill quickly. Pick it up and clean up your business or your manicurist, and customers will be leaving your business quickly. read more

I used to love this place when they opened. The more I go the more disappointed I get. I went to get a full set with a pedicure this last time and i was so upset leaving. Already the nails felt rushed but when they charged me $115 for both I was truly shocked. I didn't feel that either my toes or nails deserved to be charged that much. They didn't clean up my cuticles and the acrylic was laid on thick. I won't be going back. read more

Nicki was great at what I requested as far as my ombre acrylic nails with design went. I would definitely go back to see her and would recommend her! I wish I was able to say the same about the pedicure that I received, it was the worst pedicure service of my life and for that I gave this business only 3 stars. I didn't get the older lady's name with glasses but I should have asked for it so I know that if I do ever decide to go back for a pedi she wouldn't be the one doing it, although even if they tried to put her with me I would decline her services. First pedi of my life where she was not going to put lotion on my legs/feet and massage them. It wasnt until I asked my Mother whom had just got the same service as me from a younger gentleman if she had gotten lotion and massage that she did end up getting along with a hot towel treatment that the lady decided AFTER painting my toes to slab some lotion on my legs, rub them for about 1 minute each, and then proceeded to use a wet hot was cloth and wipe off all the lotion smh. This same lady did my Niece's pedi also rushed through it and didnt even bother putting lotion on her at all. Super dissatisfied with having to spend $82 on 2 pedis and this was our experience with them! So be careful who you allow to do you pedicure if you go here and are looking for a nice relaxing experience. read more

Manicure started peeling off the same day. Color they were using clearly was running out because the tech was knocking it around between almost every nail. Only gave me a fan to dry off my manicure, there wasn't enough staff, and there was a bee flying around cause they kept the door open. Disappointing. read more

Tim and Nikki are amazing! Opened their shop in the middle of a pandemic and have such high positive energy! Nikki slayed my nails! I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she exceeded my expectations! Tim did my pedicure and was beyond accommodating. I tend to be pretty picky when it comes to my nails and toes and I'm beyond happy with the finished product! I was with my last nail shop and techs for over 5 years and after jumping around trying to find a place closer I've definitely found my new spot and techs! read more

Got a great pedicure this afternoon. Everything was very clean and they require hand washing upon entering and masks. There's also plexiglass dividers at the manicure stations. My technician was so sweet and gave me an excellent foot massage as well! Great price too, paid $25 for a pedicure with their 10% grand opening discount. read more

This was my first time visiting TN NAILS, and I loved it! Nikki was super sweet and listened to what i wanted and did an awesome job with my nails! She was super nice and her husband Tim did my pedicure and it was awesome! He was very nice and gave me an awesome massage! When they first opened, the place was spotless. Not anymore...the floor was so dirty, I would not walk barefoot to reach my sandals after my pedicure. Looking at the baseboards next to the sink was disgusting. The man who did my pedicure was very rough.
