One of the best pedicures I have gotten in a long while. I usually go to a salon in Oro Valley, because its close to home and I like my nail tech there, but my nails never lasted. Usually by day 3 my nails are chipping. So here I am venturing into a new nail salon and it's daunting, because every place will have bad reviews. Based on today's experience I will return. The pedicure and my dip mani was so thorough! She even trimmed my cuticles on my toes and my fingers, which is not common at all. No short cuts here! I really like how all the pedicures come with a hot towel and stone massage. I chose the pedi in the box, where you get to look forward to a massage during the exfoliative scrub and the lotion stone rub. Talk about total relaxation! For the dip manicure, I really like how they dipped my nails 3x. My nail tech also ran the dremel tool over my nails several times so they dont look clubbed nails. And the cherry on top was clear gel coat. I am already confident these nails will last longer! read more

I've been debating posting but decided I should. Let me start with the worst. And I used to love this place. But this did it for me. The man who was doing my pedicure kept staring at my 9 year old granddaughter getting her pedicure next to me. Then he made a very strange comment. "She is beautiful but make sure she doesn't eat too much because she has a good body." Are you kidding me????? Even if the translation for him came out wrong, I find it disgusting to have made a comment like this about a child. Nasty. Add to this that the place isn't clean anymore and the el nails on my hands peeled within a week. And I paid for a full manicure and pedicure for my granddaughter as a treat for our girls day, and while they didn't hesitate to charge me full price for those they didn't bother doing the same massage or even put lotion on her arms or legs. read more

They make you feel as if you are bothering them by being in there. We (me and my Teo children) went in once and were treated poorly and received okay service. When we were checking out, the lady realized that we could afford everything we asked for and leave great tips to everyone who worked with us so she gave us a $20 voucher for our next visit. Because of the voucher, my kids decided to go back and give them another try. I dropped my kids off, emran a couple errands and returned to get them. Both my kids looked upset and dissatisfied with the results. My kids said they were treated very rudely and that the technicians kept complaining about having to do extra services like designs on their nails. My kids still tipped their technicians very well and we will never return. read more

My family and I have visited this nail salon several times in the past 6 months for services including full sets, fills, pedicures, and gel manicure with good but not great results. The spa portion of the pedicures including massages are very nice but the polish is just ok, doesn't look drastically different than when polished at home and had a lot of air bubble marks in it our most recent visit. Prices are reasonable and the majority of the staff we have encountered is friendly with 1 exception who seemed to just be in an overall bad mood. The place appears clean and is relaxing. The acrylic nails have stayed on and lasted nicely. Gave 4 stars because despite the nice relaxing environment and spa services the polish just doesn't always come out great due to air bubbles or mediocre application. read more

I got my nails done here a few months ago. My nails turned out okay, everyone was friendly but the shop needs dusting, vacuuming and more organization. First impression means a lot. I know it's a nail place, dust flies everywhere but with with routine cleaning won't accumulate as bad, as I sat getting my nails done, noticed dust everywhere, the front glass counters where overfilled with dusty unorganized supplies, would look a lot neater if they vacuum regularly and organize the messy supplies in the glass counters and along the walls so it's not a sore eye to customers. read more

Note that this review is just for an eyebrow wax. While there I thought it was...fine. Certainly not fancy, but not bad. The woman who did my eyebrows got me back quickly, everything seemed clean, and my brow shape was nice. It wasn't until later in the day that I noticed one of my eyebrows was...sore. By the following day a scab had formed. I'm not even sure how this happened - if it was a burn from the wax or if the wax had torn off some of my skin with the hair removal? Either way, I have been waxing my eyebrows for the better part of 2 decades and have NEVER not one time ever had this experience, so I don't think its a problem with me (like sensitive skin or something). I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and shops near my home were still closed. Was driving through Tucson while on a trip to visit family in New Mexico. This place was fairly close to the freeway and had decent reviews so I treated myself and my grandma, making sure they were taking safety precautions with customers. Only 1 customer in the shop and all employees were wearing regular cloth masks AND plastic face shields plus gloves. I felt very comfortable letting my grandma go inside. We both got pedicures and they were amazing! My attendant got both ingrowns with almost no pain, it was great. The hot rock and leg scrub treatments were amazing! I was so relaxed! I don't get acrylic nails but have fairly long natural nails so I also got a quick manicure which was also great, but did notice they have a HUGE selection of dips and gels. It's been nearly 2 weeks and none of the polish has chipped, only a bit faded on the tip edges of my nails from usage, but toes are still perfect! I wish I lived closer because this is a place I'd love to come to regularly! read more

I had a pedicure and dipping powder manicure on 10/14/22 and have to say the dip manicure was one the worst I have ever had. The women who runs the salon was the one who did it and she wasn't really paying attention when she was dipping my nails in the powder so consequently the end result was uneven color and the powder doesn't even go to back of my nail bed. I was so disappointed and showed her why I felt that way. She didn't really seem to care and starting talking to other employees in the salon in her in native language which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid and left. The more I thought about it the more I felt like why should I have to accept a subpar manicure especially at the price I paid. I immediately went back and told her I would like to have my nails redone first thing the next morning or a partial refund for the manicure. She said she was too busy the next day and she wanted to remove the dipping powder right then. I had already been there over two hours and could not stay and said I could come back in the morning. She refused to book me an appointment and became very rude. I asked why she was mad at me when it was she you did a poor job on my nails. She became even more rude and blew me off. I told her I would take it up with my credit card company and left. I do have to add the women who did my pedicure did a fantastic job. I will never go back to this salon and when I am asked about nail salons in the area I will defiantly share my story. read more

This was my first time coming to this salon and had a very pleasant experience. I was offered water as I sat for my pedicure. The nail technician took her time and did an excellent job with my pedicure. She applied a generous amount of scrub and massaged for about 5 minutes each leg. I am so happy to have found this nail shop. Its a small shop that is family ran. The girls are all super friendly and very nice. Emily is the best. She takes her time and really gets every little cuticle and foot funk off your feet. She does an amazing job with the polish as well. Her technique of wiping your toes with acetone first before the polish makes your polish last that much longer and much less proned to chipping. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pedicure. I have been to at least a dozen around town looking for someone this good. read more

The staff is friendly and nice toward mothers with kids. A few months back I came here when I was 8 months pregnant. It was then I noticed another client here with her child. Now that I have a 3 month old I am able to bring him without feeling shamed. Aside from this they are always nice, they remember me, and give excellent service. My favorite is their pedicures as they massage, exfoliate, and give you the whole spa treatment for cheap. I'm already picky about my nails and who I go to. Which is why I keep coming back. It's important to me my manicures last and is not ruined in one week! If you want excellent service where the people know who you are and do an amazing job. We chose to use this salon based on good reviews. The price is fair for a pedi, but both my daughter and I felt rushed to leave and our pedis were not set. Called to tell them and they said to return to get fixed. My daughter's turned out great but the polish I choose seemed to have an issue. I brought it to their attention and they wanted to redo with a new color and I did not have the time for that. Would have liked to have been partially compensated for the poor quality but I don't think the manager understood what I was asking for. read more
