I gave her the inspo pic and she said she could do it they were french tip nails with a cheetah print in the middle finger usually on fence tip nails they out a pinkish bud color in the base mail but she didnt do that then made the white tips way to big then the cheetah prints looks like skidmarks i will never go there again i regret going there and wasting my money. I brought my mother with me for a manicure and I had Ombré acrylics. Just the whole atmosphere feels so relaxed. The owner is wonderful and she did a fantastic job on my nails and my mothers nails. Everything was clean, she understood exactly what I wanted and what my mother wanted and we really enjoyed the experience. This was the worst dip manicure I've ever gotten. I already had dip polish on and when they went to remove it they filed and filed down until they started scrapping away at my nail. When I told the male nail technician that it hurt he just moved onto the next nail and acted like it wasn't a problem. I could see my skin bright red under the thin little bit of my nail that was left and it hurt. They switched me to another nail technician who did her best but seemed like she'd never done dio before and the result was uneven both in polish and nail shape. After just 24 hours (of me just sitting at home) my nails look awful. Never going here again. read more

This was my 3rd time in... first time was just a polish change, 2nd time i had a shellac mani that was very nice by a young lady that lasted just a little over a week which is not normal but i brushed it off and today i went for a pedicure. I chose the $30 one. The water was very hot but he quickly changed it and helped me roll my pants up since its a bit of a challenge at almost 9 months pregnant. They young gentleman who did my pedicure was nice and the massage part was great but other then that i cant say i enjoyed it. He was rough with the tools and him cutting my cuticles was painful. My nails are not straight, he cut them so short i cant even file them to make them even and my heels are still rough. I've had many many pedicures in my time and many different states. I hope they grow out in time for me to have them fixed before my daughters arrival on the 22nd...if she stays as planned till then. read more

I called thinking there was no way I was getting in that day, in the evening, this shop was so nice and said to come in. Kim did my nails with a white tip, which is different for me. And I LOVE IT. I am so annoyed with the management of this salon! My daughter and I both had appointments here today and arrived to find a sign on the door saying they were closed for the holiday. Really? You didn't know you would be closed when we called only 2 days before?! We really like the service we normally receive here but after this, we won't be back. Everyone needs a solid neighborhood nail salon and this place is ideal for my needs. I go there every other month or so to get a simple manicure and my eyebrows waxed with the occasional pedicure. While I don't feel that I necessarily receive the exact same treatment each time (I don't see a specific technician), I am always happy with the results and feel that I receive a good value for what I pay. Paid $80 for a full set and a crappy pedicure... I asked for oval shaped nails and I got all kinds of weird shapes instead. Hardly any fingers look the same as far as the shape. I tried to politely ask the man working on my nails to fix the shape and he just kept making it worse!! Worse part is, I think the man is the owner of the shop!!!! They didn't clip any of the cuticles away, and they didn't put the right sized tips. I asked for gel polish on my toes at least 3 times and even picked out the color, and they stlll grabbed a bottle of regular polish anyways, which started chipping by the very next morning. The lady who did my pedicure, barely even scrubbed my feet at all!, and the water was way too hot. I tried to Nicely remind them of my preferences but they just gave me a blank stare like they didn't know what I was saying I took my step daughter in with me and they messed up and put three dark blue nails and the rest is black. Absolutely loved my experience here! I got a gel pedi with Hannah & she did an amazing job. The massage was the best! The chairs are amazing too. Johnny was also very pleasant & very nice. He said if I have anything chips within a week to just come in to get it fixed, no questions asked. My friend frequents this nail salon so when we decided to go get pedicures together, this was the place she wanted us to go. We didn't make an appointment but should have. We arrived at 10am but were not taken to the spa chairs till 10:45am. My nail tech was great and gave one of the best foot massages I've ever had! I would've given the place 5 stars but the door was open and cigarette smoke came into the shop. It stunk and was very bothersome. I am so pleased with this nail salon. I'm new into town and I've been on the search for one. After several attempts I finally came here and I'm so happy i came. My nails are always beautiful and the staff is great. Another thing that is important to me is that they are very clean with their tools, place, and everything else. They work by appointment but, if you walk in and they are available they will assist you if not they will squeeze you in their schedule and give you a courtesy phone call to come in. So I went to this place and LOVED it for my mani with tips and gel in February. Lasted soooo long and not a chip insight. I went last week to get a mani-pedi before a graduation out of town, and the pedicure was amazing. My toes still look fantastic (got gel on them). But the gel polish on my hands is literally peeling off. The area near my cuticle started to lift a day or so after I had them done but I wasn't in town so I couldn't get them fixed. Working in healthcare I have to take them off anyway, but I've never had gel last such a short time and I used to get gel on a very regular basis before joining the healthcare profession. literally the worst pedicure i have ever had. the guy that did my pedicure didn't paint half my nail and then when i asked him to fix it he got clippers to clip it off because he was to lazy to re paint it. ridiculous. there was also polish all over my skin that he did not clean up. my fill was better but still not great. i would never recommend this place to anyone and i won't be going back. i highly recommend concept nails, only reason i went here is because concept didn't have time for my nails when i needed them done. read more

This place is amazing!! Very clean! I was very impressed with Kris, I am extremely ticklish on my feet, she was able to get my pedicure done well even with me being squirming. I no longer get ingrown toe nails as well which has been a recurring problem for me in the past at other salons. Missy worked magic on my nails, I am a groomer so my hands are always in the water, which means if my nails are not properly done they will lift. I have never had this problem with Missy!! She takes pride in her work and make sure each nail matches the other hand. SO Overall this place by far has been the best nail salon I have been to since moving to Tucson. read more

I wasn't so lucky as others to get in good hands. It was the weirdest experience I ever had in any services in my life. I don't know his name, but he is the main guy, the owner, who was trying to do nails to me. Quite mature Asian man. I came finding them through groupon for both pedicure and manicure and we've set a bargain price. He started with my feet. The process was plausible, but it varies everywhere, I've noticed a couple of flaws during, but the result of his work came out loud when I looked on my nails with the polish cover. The nails were not cleaned from skin well, so polish looked even worse than when I try to paint them after 2-3 weeks I had pedicure. He has probably also put too thick layer right away. When I've given him a feedback, HE HAS GOT MAD at once and STARTED YELLING at me. We've been there alone, by the way, other 2 coworkers left for lunch and they had only 1 customer (on Friday!) when I came. I have noticed he was getting irritated some time before because of water overflown to the floor and had to wipe it off. All nail technicians know to put less than half a washbowl from the beginning so it didn't get so high later. Another paint he put instead was smashed away during the day. Probably even their materials are bad. He is obviously not professional in that, or just very LAZY and not just rude, but hateful to people. Uncapable of diligent work, so proud of himself for no reason. He kept yelling at me, screaming that I should never come again... ! As if I would !... Wish John all the best but I was a client of the previous owners for 7 years and Tina knew how to do pink and white. The new owners don't. I'm not used to someone taking a piece of metal to scrape off the white acrylic in order to get it to arch. I've also never had a back fill take over an hour like at this salon. In less than a week two of my nails broke. And after john talked about how outdated Tina's gel equipment was, the gel peeled on 4 of my nails in less than a week with his "new" gel equipment.
