She never made me feel like less of a customer due to my groupon-er status. She actually slightly altered my service based on what she felt my skin really needed. She did not push products on me or pressure me into scheduling future appointments. She has a great online scheduling system which includes confirmation email and reminders two days before an appointment, so helpful for forgetful people like me! She shares an office space with another business, it was tricky for me to find the first visit, so make sure you know where you're going.
