Then Kelly comes out and says I upset her front desk lady, lol i told her well I'm upset too, after explaining to her what had happened, she was completely rude and told me "don't ever argue with her staff again" lol not yell but argue ! so much for the Customer being right at this place! I could have dealt with all of that! But the kicker is after all of that she finally says that she's gonna take $300 off of my service, BUT only ends up taking 100 off I was charged $799. I'm like fuck it ! I don't even wanna call this place ever again! But it's been about a week after my (expensive) service and it's already looking back to normal, this is why I decided to write a review. It's not because of the rude non professional attitude and the terrible customer service! But now the stuff they are using on "sale injections week" does not seem to be the same as what I got when I came on a non sale week! After being told this was my fault, that it was my 3rd use, (false it was mt first move up with this set), then was told it was my shampoo, (been using the same shampoo for 2 yrs, first recommended by another salon), said my hair was dry and damaged, (false, she already complimented me on taking great care of my hair when her and the asst were removing them) being called a bully for calling her out on what happened, I also told her had she told me I could have ran home and grabbed my old hair from before and maybe work with that. She also says I should be happy she didn't charge me for this hair she swapped out without my knowledge at my appt which she denied doing in the first place. Cant charge me for something if you're being deceitful about it. Still Was never offered a refund and/ or replacement of hair, instead was told I should be happy I wasn't charged for her swapping my hair, or using a shampoo to try to wash my tape in extensions that still had oil /glue. as well as be happy she wouldn't charge me if I wanted to add more hair. She always told me she had a 60 day guarantee, if any fell out, if needed to add more, if needed to be cut or moved. I had to order new hair to replace this mess on my head. Very disappointing, disgusted, she usually does great work with my extensions. I would post her msg where she admits she swapped out my hair, except idk what the rules/laws are for that.

Often that's to blame - like they don't give their stylists a budget to really take care of their clients, have blankets and water on hand, etc. In any case, the RESULT was GREAT with Alyssa, I've seen her twice now. Her lashes last a really long time - I was shocked. I used to live in San Francisco and saw a stylist who I thought did a great job, but her lashes would fall out after two weeks, and then I would have this inconsistent look where all of a sudden I went from very few lashes to a full set. The lashes Alyssa did still had some remaining at the end of a whole month on vacation, so I was overjoyed. It's not like the full set stayed, but enough remaining that I wasn't embarrassed and still happy with my look. And now that I'm back, an apt every 2-3 weeks means I'll have consistent lashes that don't significantly change every 2 weeks, so I'm happy. :) Alyssa is definitely going to be my regular stylist, the long lasting lashes are so worth it!
