But my experience directly with the nurse was amazing!!!! Very very disappointed. I see all these reviews with amazing things and my experience was the worse. I made an appt yesterday because I was feeling fatigued. And dehydrated. Read the reviews and thought wow, they look reputable to have someone come into my home. They charged my card 49$ and then called me this morning to confirm. My appt was today at 6pm. Well no one showed up. And their only thing was to say they could reschedule me. So they charged me money for services they never provided me, and didn't even offer 10% discount or an apology. Beware. This feels like a scam.

No weight loss either. I decided to stop spending my money after paying for 3 months of watered down injections. Staff is usually decent in the front. The providers that offer the follow ups are great. Everything is super expensive as it is that I will not return or recommend anyone here for this reason of throwing away your money for watered down injections. Last thing when prefilled syringes are given to you they also prefilled with a lot of bubbles and not enough sema/tirz that you end up injecting less medication! For personal comfort, I prefer having the lights on rather than off while in the chamber. I know it's psychological, but I feel calmer being sealed in with the lights on. The lights automatically shut off after about 15 minutes, so I had to ring the call button to have them turned back on.
