She's never raised a bruise or caused me pain, and after a few rough experiences with less-capable phlebotomists elsewhere, I know how important a phlebotomist is to a successful procedure. I asked for the Dr. to confirm HER appointments were billed through SPARCC and therefore covered, she responded; 'yes, they are billed through SPARCC'...then looking past me at the gal at the desk... WAY TOO QUICKLY ADDED: "but I'm not positive, because I don't work in BILLING!" hmmm....... so many mysteries. If you need Physical Therapy, and money is so object, AND you need a new hobby, then this place might be ok for you!
