Firstly, I've been…read morea good, honest, humble, polite, genuine licensed pharmacist for 30 years and devout Christian. I almost never speak up or poorly, but must do so here. So I finally had to retire last Fall from retail pharmacy b/c all the long 12 hr days and OT took their toll on my back/body. During my last years I had to drop down to 20-25 hrs part time too, and reluctantly go to pain clinics. After much trial and error, 10 weeks of physical therapy and MRIs, X-rays, I was STABILIZED on a moderate opioid pain med (one that for decades a DR could write a RX for 6 months, but b/c some people abused it, was reclassified as stricter C2 med). For three years I was more than compliant and doing MUCH better on it, my quality of Life greatly improved. Then I moved back home to Tucson in 2026...long story short and some ten months later, I've seen several PCPs and referred three times to three pain clinics, and ALL stated the couldn't help me. WTH?? Of course then CAN, but WON'T. Why? Because prescribing medications can be a slight "inconvenience" sometimes--but MOST IMPORTANTLY--is not very "CONVENIENT" and "PROFITABLE". Truth. FACTS. Recall I've been a RPh for three decades, licensed in five states. What ever happened to PATIENT CARE? We ponder why our planet has gone to HELL, but we ALL NEED TO LOOK HUMBLY IN THE MIRROR, and DEEPLY and HONESTLY examine ourselves and motives. Sigh. My options now seem to be: 1. Mexico? 2. Visit shady city parks and ask around for pain relief 3. Keep taking risky 12-14 capsules (7-8 gms) of Kratom and 1-2 shots of tequila for my chronic back pain, or 4. "End my MISERY" on my own (you KNOW what that means; dead men feel NO PAIN). God help us INDEED...

I feel great! I must also acknowledge hos expertise and willingness to think out the box when implanting a trial spinal cord stimulator in my chest (not in my back). He has done it only 3 or 4 other times and is perhaps the only doctor to do this in the world! It was a great blessing from God as it worked! Dr. Annibi sent me to his colleague Dr. Callahan to permanently implant the stimulator and life has been so much better since. I am blessed to have found Pima Pain Center and specifically Dr. Annabi. I called Advanced Pain Management today and asked if they could accommodate an appt next week AND THEY COULD! The other pain clinic took 2 months to finally see me, just to dismiss me in 5 minutes. They also listened to what i had to say about my condition. I have a cyst on my spine that presses on nerves. It causes me alot of different symptoms and has made me bedridden about 90% of the time.
