They do take appointments, so you are first after them. They don't contract with the VA, so you have to use your Medicare Insurance. No problem, I have learned to have both. In and out in a reasonable time with instructions and ointments and bandages till I come back to have the stitches removed. Glad I came. The staff were great. Very modern office and equipment.

They can do xray, bloodwork, and even have a pharmacy! The FIRECRACKERS at the Broadway location were amazing to me on Sunday. I have been coughing and wheezing for 3 weeks and finally had enough. Each member of the teaam was very nice to me and even though they were really busy and it took longer than probably normal, I was really happy They made sure to xray my chest and take blood to ensure they narrowed down the diagnosis as much as possible. After receiving some much needed treatment and some proper medications, I left feeling 10x better then when I arrived. I am hopeful that in the next week I can finally kick this!

It's that kind situation everywhere now. My only concern was checking out and getting my meditation. I believe the 2 girls were new and the 15 minutes it took yo check out wasn't the issue. It was the lack of confidence I had because they were outwardly loud about not knowing about the medicine, how to log it, who it was going too, etc. It made me really nervous. Here is the problem I have. Even after taking a copy of my insurance card, DL, and CC, they billed the wrong insurance company, and the claim was denied, so they billed my CC for almost $500.00. When we finally called, the recording said they were short-staffed and suggested sending a message through MyChart instead. We chose to stay on the line (because how do you schedule an appointment in an email), and after one full hour, we still hadn't moved up in the queue. Scheduling a simple vaccine shouldn't be this difficult. It's disappointing that accessing basic healthcare services requires this much time and effort. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service and health care TMC provides.

It takes a while to fill out the 4 pages of paperwork, and then to get called back. This was significantly shorter of a wait than I've experienced at home in Vegas, maybe 20 minutes. Once back, they took my vitals. Waited around 10 minutes for the doctor, then another 10 for an ankle wrap, then ~5 for my outbound papers. It was a decently quick visit, given Urgent Care's usually take a while. The staff was super kind to me, and very professional. The clinic was very clean. As far as price, I'm not sure since it should be covered by my insurance. The only downside is the limited Open hours.

Yesterday, the doctor who saw me forgot to include my work restrictions on the note I needed to submit to my employer. Because of that mistake, my employer expected me to perform duties I physically could not do. When I called Concentra to explain, the receptionist told me I had to return in person--another 45-minute drive each way despite my pain. When I arrived, they placed me in a room and left me there for over an hour. Only when I complained did the doctor finally come in. She typed a corrected note in about 3-5 minutes and handed it to me. No exam, no questions--she had just seen me less than 18 hours earlier. This is just one example of poor treatment. They did not provide a cane or crutches, so I had to buy my own. They advised me to purchase cooling pads instead of supplying basic medical support. Physical therapy felt like a checklist--they follow a script instead of adjusting to the actual injury. And they delay MRIs as long as possible, wasting weeks of time and the employer's money before taking injuries seriously. Employers should really reconsider partnering with Concentra. The level of inconvenience, inefficiency, and lack of patient care is unacceptable. My experience felt like a waste of time, money, and energy--at the expense of my health.
