Our family has been going to TMCOne Skyline since we moved to the foothills area three years ago. Dr. Clark is compassionate and knowledgeable and covers all the bases. We never feel rushed or unheard. Another reviewer complained about the corporate ambience. While that's mostly true, I still remember the old days of having to take the day off from work, only to be held captive in waiting rooms for hours with nothing but last year's People magazine to pore over. Us magazine if I was lucky. No thanks. I'm grateful for the efficient experience. My last visit (physical) was less than an hour, including labs and vaccines. For anyone seeking a primary care physician who combines deep medical knowledge with a practical, empathetic, and clear communication style, I highly recommend Dr. Clark. read more

This location is fantastic. They have a lab on-site so you can get bloodwork done without having to drive to another clinic. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Every provider is kind and takes the time to listen to any concerns. Very rare these days read more

I made an appointment for an urgent issue with my eye. They turned out to be in a weird corner of this bizarre collection of art shops with welded seraphs outside. So I called to find out where they were in the complex- the guy didn't tell me, just started looking up my files to slowly figure out what I had told him my name was. I eventually found it on my own, and was told I was late, even though the guy I was talking to was right there in the back of the office and the person at the desk could hear him through my phone. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I arrived a bit late just at the 10 min. Grace period. She would not see me and I had already done my pre check in online. I've waited a longtime for this appointment and had to drive 45 minutes just to get here. I was given a dirty look when I asked if they could still see me. I hope they didn't discriminate against me because I had my 1 year old son with me. When I begun to cry they didn't offer me tissues and there'll by was missing them so she assumed there was some by me. The stand was also missing hand sanitizer and masks. She began to tell me where the sanitizer was located. Honestly it feels like nobody there wants to work or do their job. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Amy Clark at TMC One as my primary care physician since July of 2021. In the first few visits I found her to be welcoming and thorough as I was suffering with chronic stomach issues that developed after my pregnancy in 2020 and trying to figure it out. Dr. Clark began dropping the ball just a few visits in, around her several medical leaves during the two+ years as my PCP. In early April of this year I attempted to get a referral to a gastroenterologist as my issues still had not been resolved. By mid May, I had not heard back so I sent a message via MyChart and was given a referral by substitute physician covering Clark. That experience was pretty awful and the endoscopy was canceled so I was back to finding a new GI specialist. Everything is a wait in the medical industry so now it was October, I called Clark's office on two different occasions asking for a referral, I even had a name from word-of-mouth with no response. I sent Dr. Amy Clark another message via My Chart explaining the situation, my experience and need for a new referral and was met with agitation and argument but with the promise to "reiterate" my request. I had to call the office three more times before my request was finally processed. Unfortunately two weeks ago I developed Covid and though it was mild, I had an ER visit last Thursday (11/1) that lead to a pleurisy (inflammation of the lining around the lungs) diagnosis and a follow up visit needed with my PCP, Dr. Clark. That follow up visit was scheduled this morning at 8:40am. Now, I am aware of the *ten minute* grace period for appointments and I was indeed running a few minutes behind schedule. I attempted to call the office three times before getting through to a front desk staff member who told a me I would be seen as long as I came within the ten minute grace period. I arrived inside the doors and to the front desk at exactly 8:50a, and was turned away. I was told that I could wait around for an hour in hopes that her 10 am appointment would not show up and I could possibly have their slot. The lobby had two people waiting and there are multiple physicians at the TMC One location and I was in the ten minute grace period. I can't help but feel like this was retaliation from our exchanges while I was advocating for my own health. I feel targeted. The lung inflammation is still here and Dr. Clark turned me away. I left in tears because I do not know what to do. I do not recommend her and will tell anyone who will listen to me, since she chooses not to. Having only lived in Tucson 14 months finding all new everything is difficult, particularly a Primary Physician. Last year I had to fly back to Texas for my annual physical and mammogram because I just hadn't been able to find anyone here yet by that time. Well, after months and months of calling on my on many private practices, being given the same excuses or in one case the most outrageous of the all why that particular physician wasn't taking new patients, I was preparing to fly back to Texas. Then, I contacted my Ear Surgeon's office begging for help. I was immediately referred to TMCOne, and scheduled with Dr. Amy Clark. From my call to TMCOne to my appointment I was treated with respect, kindness, care and I knew I made the right decision. I'm grateful to everyone involved in getting me to TMCOne and Dr. Clark.
