He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. Sht Britt said he would provide referrals. After a month with no referrals I took off 3 hours from work and went to the Knight office. I was provided with referrals to providers out of my insurance network. I called back & complained. One of the illiterate minions called back an hour later telling me I was on my own to find providers. Left me with no assistance. The next day I received a call from Britt's Biotch who admitted she had mixed up paperwork from my file with another client. I am not a patient, I am a paying customer & Sht Britt is nothing more than a Service Provider who is incompetent. I told the stupid girl that I'd had enough and questioned if she was trying to push me over the edge when I was already struggling with my mental health. He could have stepped in and prescribed medications but directed the Biotch to call the Sherrifs Department on a wellness check. If Sht Britt cared, he would have called personally to check on how he could help. Sht Britt didn't care about me, just locking me up on a 72 hour psych hold. What a piece of Trash ! The police called me at work at 4:55 pm and I had it out with them and demanded the name & phone number of the Biotch that called to police. We have the police report. We are moving forward legally against Sht Britt and TMC one. He offered no medical care and harmed me emotionally and psychologically. May he & the Ho who called the police rot in Hades.
