He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. The ladies in the downstairs office helped me out and got me on their plan to correct my dental issue. I saw Doctor Lauder and can I just say him and the team there are super kind and extremely professional! I went into for an initial check in with X-rays and a quick meet up. I was. Scheduled for the filling exactly two weeks later at the opening of the building. It was a miracle they were able to provide professional care to correct this one tooth. I feel when you're getting tests that are important and that can really be complex and not know what you're reading that you should be connected to your nurse practitioner directly or they should send you a small email and explain the comparison of charts from when your last test was on your osteoporosis compared to what your test is now to see if you're improving.
