Dr. Bellamy was suggested by insurance. He barely looked at me, never so much as listened to my heart or lungs, asked a few pointed questions and then made his diagnosis. I was to eat a vegetable, he had heard that would work wonders for my pain. No particular vegetable, just eat one. No images, no labs, no referrals, nothing but to come back in one year. Needless to say I found a new doctor. I now know my hips were misaligned by over two inches, I have a vertebrae in my lumbar region that is over 25% out of place and requires fusion surgery. Bellamy could have cost me my mobility. He is dangerously flippant and arrogant. I pray one day he gets to be patient that is blown off and laughed at.

Hours on the phone trying to convince them that the extra charge is between the doctor's office and the insurance company did no good. Eventually you will have to file a challenge to the charge which will show up on your credit report. If you go, when he asks you if you have anything that you are concerned about, make sure you ask him how much it will cost to be concerned because that makes the bill even higher.

This was my second visit with Dr. Amy Filsoof since Dr. Rogers retired. He was my PCP for more than 20 years. Check-in was smooth. I was called back quickly with very little wait. Dr. Filsoof was warm, attentive, and compassionate. She took the time to listen attentively and never made me feel rushed. She validated my experience, clearly explained the next steps for evaluation and follow-up, and made sure everything was addressed before my upcoming trip. Dr. Rogers always took my concerns seriously and was never dismissive. Glad to know that Dr. Filsoof will continue the same level of thoughtful, attentive care.

She was back there taking to the doctor while we waited in the lobby. This was the last straw for me. I finally gave up and moved on to a PCP that was not totally disorganized and uncaring... the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with!
