He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. I can't recommend Dr Maxwell high enough!!!

She's great person that gives me my yearly infusion for osteoporosis. I feel when you're getting tests that are important and that can really be complex and not know what you're reading that you should be connected to your nurse practitioner directly or they should send you a small email and explain the comparison of charts from when your last test was on your osteoporosis compared to what your test is now to see if you're improving. I reserved the appointment then found ZocDoc on a google search and called Lisnet's office at Milagros In South Tucson. Got an appointment within a few days. I was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. The only drawback for me was needing a ride to her office from Green Valley. Lisnet made some medication changes and ordered tests I needed. She immediately referred me to specialists for specific testing and they were quick to book and good. The only reason I stopped seeing Lisnet was the 13 month appt with Banner in Green Valley finally arrived and I went as it was 2 miles from home. The MD I have been seeing is alright but not as good as Lisnet. If you are at all able to get an appointment within her, you will not regret it.

Tucson recommended I go in this El Rio location and speak to some of the team there as they have a sliding scale program for those who do not have medical insurance. The ladies in the downstairs office helped me out and got me on their plan to correct my dental issue. I saw Doctor Lauder and can I just say him and the team there are super kind and extremely professional! I went into for an initial check in with X-rays and a quick meet up. I was. Scheduled for the filling exactly two weeks later at the opening of the building. It was a miracle they were able to provide professional care to correct this one tooth. The pharmacy team is helpful and quick, the lab runs smoothly with minimal wait times, and imaging appointments have always been on schedule. The facility is clean and easy to navigate, and parking is convenient. Overall, El Rio Grant makes healthcare simple and stress-free. I appreciate having such a reliable location so close to home!

I finally gave up and moved on to a PCP that was not totally disorganized and uncaring... the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to come into contact with!
