Shown to my room quickly and Dr. Gallo came in soon after that. (It is an absolute pet peeve of mine when I schedule an appt but I'm not seen until much later!) -Dr. Gallo was professional but extremely personable. A mistake that's now cost me health, money and a lot of time. They didn't submit the proper documentation to my insurance on time - even though I called and asked multiple times - each time I was met with a rude tone, as if "we're not stupid - don't ask us again". Well, my insurance confirmed that the office ignored multiple phone calls and faxes trying to get it covered. They lied and wouldn't even try to help resolve the issue - then calling the company that she works for - they couldn't care less. They "looked into" my issues and found no problems. They wouldn't talk to my insurance or care to look at the evidence - they said "we talked with Dr Gallo's staff and everything was done properly". No, it wasn't and that's why I'm not liable for THEIR referrals - because they wouldn't submit it within the timeframe needed and lied about it. We choose professionals to do things like that because it's a complex deal understanding the processes and policies involved. They don't act professional and it's as if they enjoyed my issues - both Dr Gallo and Laura. I'm going to sue them because it's cost me months of treatment, a financial loss and countless hours of my life - not to mention the stress it's put on me. He is very through in describing your test/ lab results as well as explaining different treatment paths and why he thinks one path is the best. Recently I was out in a new medication and when I started having negative side effects I was able to message Dr Maxwell through their patient portal and he messaged me back the same day and had a new prescription ready for me soon after that. I can't recommend Dr Maxwell high enough!!!

When we we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the modern office and upbeat atmosphere that we arrived to. Dr. Brenda was very thorough with her examination. Then he tells our daughter about a medication I'm taking. (Isn't this a HIPPA violation?) I changed after I had a cardiac arrest. My husband has an appointment with a new PCP but not until the end of July. He needs a pre op visit prior to that. I just had a huge argument with Sheri at the front office. She initially did not want to make the appointment "He is changing doctors". Well, until he does they are still responsible for his care! I told her that if she refused to make the appointment my next call would be to our attorney for abandonment of patient care. She made the appointment. What a way to solidify that we need a new doctor/office. Would not recommend this doctor or this office.
