TERRIBLE experience, I visited this salon yesterday to clean up my eyebrows while keeping them thick. Unfortunately, the technician didn't take proper measurements, and as a result, she left one eyebrow thinner than the other and both much thinner than I requested. My eyebrows are now uneven and completely ruined. This was very disappointing, especially because I was clear about wanting to keep them thick and natural-looking. I went to go in and get my eyebrows threaded and she literally spent maybe 1min-2minutes on my eyebrows. She then said you're all done didn't wipe off the hair or anything and i had to spend 15 dollars for my eyebrows to look the exact same as when I walked in. I would not recommend going here at all. She could care less about what it looks like only to get me out of there as quick as possible. read more

I've been coming here for years and never disappointed. Great customer service. Always uplifting music playing. They offer Threading, henna tattooing, eyebrow tinting, Microblading, Hair styling/treatments, facials, array of products for sale, etc. just ti name a few of the services they offer. My niece and I have gotten henna tattoos on our hands here. It was Beautiful and it lasted longer than i expected. I come here for threading often and I've tried tinting as well. The staff was lovely, very pleasant ladies. I got my upper lip, chin, underarms, and a Brazilian wax. The first three turned out just fine, but unfortunately I do not recommend getting a Brazilian wax here. The wax was EXTREMELY hot especially for such a sensitive area, and the skin was not held taut as it's meant to be and the wax was ripped off in the wrong direction. I ended up with some very irritating folliculitis that I'm now trying desperately to fix because I'm about to go on vacation. I'm sorry to say that if you're looking to get that particular service done, it's best to look elsewhere. Obviously can't upload a picture of the damage, but I felt it necessary to let people know. Update: I had to receive urgent medical attention for burns and folliculitis. Dermatologist said I'm likely looking at long-term or permanent scars as well. Once again, nothing against the pleasant women themselves, but this is unacceptable. Also just general advice to people; if you feel like something is really wrong with whatever service you're receiving from anyone/anywhere, stand up for yourself. read more

I have to preface this review by saying that I am an eyebrow shaping virgin- I have never had my eyebrows threaded, waxed, or professionally plucked. This is because I am very protective of my brows and was too afraid to get them shaped lest someone take too much off and leave me without eyebrows. Anyways, I saw all the reviews on yelp and also had recommendations from a couple of friends, and decided to take the leap. I walked in about an hour before closing and Raksha sat me down right away and listened to my fears about losing too much volume from my brows. She assured me she would take care of me and I was done in five minutes tops. I love my new brows and am so happy with the whole process and price. I'm from southern california and theres threading basically on every corner and since moving to tucosn it has been a challenge finding a good threader that actually gets all the baby hairs, doesn't slice you, and keeps the natural shape of your brow. (You would think that's just a given for all threaders) Basically it's a great threading place with experienced professionals working there and I'd highly recommend patronizing this place. The day of my appointment I went in and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and they were perfect!! As well as a facial. As for the facial, I was not 100% sure on what I wanted as it was my first one but she walked me through all of the different types and what they offered. I went with the one she recommended and it was amazing. She also gave me some samples of the skincare line they carry in store and gave me some pointers on how to take better care of my skin. I am new to the area and after trying out multiple different waxing salons I was disappointed with the way my brows looked. I walked into Dalina's with two completely different, untamed brows. I was very pleased with the result when I left! She took her time to look at what we had to work with and shaped them perfectly. I had asked her initially to make them thinner but also told her to use her best judgement. She explained to me her concerns before she worked on them and had me check them out when she thought they were good. My eyebrows looked 100x better after. Overall I am very happy. I have never visited Dalina's Theading and Skincare location before. It was recommended to me by several people so I thought I'd check it out. I needed my lip waxed but noticed that the majority of people were there for threading. I was told to wait a short period of time for the wax to heat up. When it was my turn, I was taken into another room and told to lay down flat on a table that had a new sheet of butcher paper covering it for sanitary purposes, which I appreciated. My reason for the one-star rating is around the unsanitary condition of the wax application. I could see that the wax "stick" was reusable. It was similar to an "at home" application where the purpose is to only use it on yourself, not multiple people. The wax stick was dripping everywhere including on my face in places I didn't ask to have waxed. I left the facility with multiple spots of wax left on my face. read more

Been going here for eyebrow threading since I moved to Tucson, a little over a year ago. Will say that this is not my absolutely favorite place, but in Tucson, this is the best place I have encountered so far and the ladies here do a good job with threading. They are meticulous and always so welcoming and friendly that makes it worthwhile to go here as compared to other places. I have been meaning to try arm waxing and other services they offer. The salon is very nice with home smell to it. Also, the music playing here always makes me feel at peace. The only reason I consider it to not be the best is because I have lived in Chicago and Atlanta (where if you are a Pakistani/Indian person) will know that there are a gazillion eye brow places that are all exceptional with relatively low prices. I've been going to Raksha for my eyebrows for about 3 years now, before she opened this store. She is very nice and caring. I'm never satisfied when I get my eyebrows done from someone else. Others fail to listen to your needs, but she listens and is extremely gentle. I never leave with any cuts or redness, this coming from someone who has really sensitive skin. She's also does amazing henna! I showed her a picture of a design and she was able to replicate it precisely. I would definitely recommend her for eyebrow threading and henna. She also provides facials which I will try some other day. The place is kind of hard to find, but it's right next to Pizza Hut. They were super clean lines and did not hurt at all. I decided to get my mustache waxed and she heated the wax up and proceeded to do so. Right away after the first pull it felt weird, but i just ignored it because i had gotten my mustache waxed so or course it's going to hurt a little. After going over my mustache twice, she decided to thread the little hairs, so again, wasn't painful. After a full day of doing errands and what not I finally looked into the mirror and noticed a red spot on my lip. And it hurts to touch.
