A relative and I have visited this salon twice for gel manicures and pedicures and been impressed with the quality of service and care we each received. The manicures and pedicures were of the highest professional quality. Ann does not thin your nails by grinding off old gel nails, rather she removes the old gel completely with solvent and replaces the gel nail, allowing the natural nails to continue to grow and main their thickness. And, even the pedicure lasted an entire month. Ann, the owner, is a talented toe nail painter--creating her own designs or taking off from an idea such as a bamboo and floral theme. Wow! 5/5 stars. I could not tell you the last time I received such amazing service at a nail salon. Nicole gave me a spa pedicure and dip manicure and was so detail oriented, thorough, and my nails look amazing- she even painted sunflowers on for me when I asked last minute. At another appointment, Abby gave me a beautiful dip manicure and super relaxing spa pedicure- the massage was excellent too! Almost every other salon I've been to of late seems to be rushing through my appointment just trying to get me in and out before their next client- this place was not like that at all. The nail shaping and painting, massage, cuticle care, etc was completed with such care. I had just moved to Tucson a couple of months ago and I was nervous about finding a good place to get my nails done. I had tried some other places but they were horrid! But then I found Neat Nails and I made an appointment with Kim and she was and is amazing! She did a beautiful job and I am obsessed with my nails! I have been back since and she did a great job yet again! The place is clean and the people are all really nice and the environment is light and happy! Also, I have really oily skin and nails so usually my acrylic nails fall off before I can go get them filled but these nails stayed on perfectly and there was no chipping in the paint. It was an unpleasant experience and a waste of $65.00 within a week one of my nails design cracked I super glued it and now my other nail popped off a day later and the jewels only lasted 2 days before falling off. To top it off the older guy who did my nails was unfriendly, grumpy and was rough, it hurt when he filed my nails. I was told that I could come in to get the issues fixed but why would I get more work done where the product doesn't last. I think it's because the product is vegan. First visit. Very clean, nicely decorated, and relaxing pedicure. I have sensitive toes and this was great with no pain. He even checked his work again before applying polish. I had my first visit today at neat nails they were sweet and polite the place is beautiful he wouldn't tell on the outside but inside is very high-end just very high-end equipment and very expertise. I have very sensitive feet and she did not hurt me which was really a blessing the price is reasonable, comprable, a very comfortable environment and they are very considerate and thoughtful to their clients. They go the extra mile. they offer lower packages with less stuff involves witches is nice if you're broke. I highly recommend them and I will be going back. read more

Went for a pedicure, and my daughter got a full set. My sitter cancelled last minute so I also took my four year old daughter. We were a walk in. The staff there was sooooo sweet. They gave my little one lollipops, put cartoons on for her, and put little flowers on her finger and toenails for free! They served me iced coffee with whipped cream. My pedicure was really well done and reasonably priced. My daughter loved her full set. We will definitely go back. Staff and experience were great! read more

This place was suggested to me and had rave reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. As this was apart of my Mother's day gift I booked a pedicure and full set of acrylics. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I really enjoyed the pedicure. And that is where my relaxing day ended. I've gotten my nails done multiple times and I can honestly say this was the worst full set of acrylics I have ever received. After she started I began to notice her work was not what I was used to. For one, she applied the acrylic powder on too thick. Second, I noticed a nail was crooked. I asked her to fix it and she said she would when she filed it. She's a young girl so I guess I was too nice and gave her the benefit of the doubt. But what really ruined it and pissed me off was when she cut my cuticle! She repeatedly apologized but the damage was done. So here I am 2 days later with a swollen thumb and crooked nails. Although I should go back and have them fixed, I really don't want them touching my nails again and I will NEVER EVER go back. Went in for my first mani-pedi yesterday. Neat Nails did not disappoint. As a walk-in, I did not necessarily expect to be able to be helped right away, but this was not the case. The lady who helped me was very good and my nails look great. One of the things that convinced me to try Neat Nail (other than a friend who is a customer) is that they have a sign out front indicating that they use disposable liners for their pedicures. I went to Neat Nails for the first time last Friday, February 6th. I asked for new set and pedi. My experience was not with Kim, and while my nails were not turning out the way I explained I wanted them, Kim stepped in and did damage control, spent the time she needed to make the necessary corrections, and at the end, my nails looked great. My gel manicures can last up to 4 weeks straight and she will do any design you ask for. She takes good care of her customers and her staff is as wonderful as she is.
