She is extremely knowledgeable in all things skin care and product ingredients! I felt so welcome and relaxed in her space. The natural light shining into her beautiful jade and olive hued treatment room is so perfect with so many of us working under fluorescent lighting all day. She uses really great products that give results. Her enzymes worked so well that my extraction was pain free!! I felt at ease in her treatment room and absolutely loved the back massage she gave me. Kayla has a mixture of essential oil blends to choose from at no additional cost. The services are customized to fit your personal needs and skin goals. She strives to make sure all of her products are locally sourced, cruelty free and that her room is a safe space for everyone. Her treatments are absolutely amazing because you feel the love she puts into them. As a licensed Esthetician myself, I know my very sensitive and reactive skin is in the best hands with Kayla!! I highly recommend booking with her!!

She asked what style I wanted and I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. 3hrs later and a very uncomfortable experience with what felt like my lashes were being plucked out, i got a completely different look than what I showed her. Apparently I was charged for a "custom set" but it looks like a classic mega lash. My eyes have been red, swollen, and itchy since. I fear that my natural lashes are damaged due to the roughness of the application process . Despite me explaining this to her after my appointment, she just said she can do a free fix and she doesn't do refunds because "you should have read my policy". I just personally would not recommend going here for lashes, especially for the price.

At the top of the list was Gelax Nails so I called and booked a same day appointment. Jenifer did a beautiful job... I got a dip manicure in a lovely nude shade. She was gentle, removing the old dip polish, soaking it off with minimal sanding. She shaped my nails beautifully and applied the color perfectly. I'm super picky about my dip, manicures, and my litmus test is whether or not they have a smooth cuticle transition or not... And Jennifer did a fantastic job! The salon is clean and new, and all of the technicians were very friendly. I'll be back!

One of the fake nails from my previous set fell off, so I requested a fake nail on that toe again. I showed a reference photo, all solid colors but French tip big toe. There was a diamond in the picture but I said multiple times no diamonds, no designs, I just want the same color arrangement. She did not give me a fake nail on my big toe. She just used a bunch of acrylic to build it up, and it ended up being very thick and bumpy. That fell off 2 days after my appointment. The fake nail on my other big toe, from my previous set, also fell off because she didn't reglue it at all. She gave me a sloppy design that I didn't ask for. I said no designs multiple times but she did it anyway. At that point I was too frustrated to confront her, I just paid and left. I got charged for two fake nails when I didn't receive ANY, and I still had the one from last time! I also got charged for the design I never asked for. I paid $67 for this. Nearly $70 for some minimal effort attempt. She left polish all over my toes AND CURED IT. It was in multiple places. That's how you get contact dermatitis. I left a message through their website and I never got a reply back. I feel as though they should be trying to fix this. Lindsay/Lindsey did my feet. She uses glue that lasts and lashes that are simply beautiful. I always get the classic lashes, but I've seen her hybrid and volume lashes, and they are marvelous. I see her about every 3 weeks. Her prices are very competitive and the quality is the best I've found. I wholeheartedly recommend you go see her if you want to get lashes for a special occasion or like me just do them on the regular. I always thought the expense was too much and even said out loud I'd never afford to do lashes for $60-something every 3-4 weeks, but I did it once and I'm hooked. And it's worth it! It saves SO much time getting ready in the mornings. I rarely use any makeup anymore because they create such a nice natural look. You have to brush the lashes and take care of them, but now that I've worked them into my lifestyle and budget, I plan to keep doing them for a while.
