Tried this spot for the first time! Made an appointment day of and they got me in right on time. I got dip nails, $40. They did an amazing job shaping them and with the dip. Went in a few minutes after they opened and got seated immediately for my gel pedicure. Staff was friendly and the environment is very clean and well maintained. I got a basic gel pedicure but they have several options. Only giving a 4/5 because the foot massage definitely wasn't the best I've had as it more rubbing lotion into my legs and no actual massaging. They might do more if you get better packages but overall the pedicure looks really nice and I wasn't rushed so I'd definitely go back! read more

I paid $33 for my gel manicure, which isn't bad at all including the fact they're charging $5 for a clean set of tools your first time. I was in town from Tempe this weekend to visit a friend and wanted a polish change. So I came here YESTERDAY. I had my nails changed from yellow to white on my hands and toes. First, highway robbery. The polish change was $27 for my hands and $22 for my toes I repeatedly kept telling the tech that he didn't get all the yellow off my nails, he chose to file them ‍ still left with yellow parts on my nails Now today, my nails are BROWN on both my hands' nails. Idk if this is poor nail polish quality or lack of execution on the technicians part. Regardless, not worth the OVERPRICED FEE. I wish I could get my money back because I was better off NOT walking into this establishment. My toes look decent but not the best. The salon is cute and everyone was nice but the service was poor. I got in quickly on a Saturday. Salon is clean and looks fairly nice. My tech wasn't too friendly and got annoyed when I complained that she was hurting me during my pedi. She kept roughly moving my foot to where she wanted it, mumbling under her breath. It was the quickest pedi I've had, and my favorite part of the hot towel wasn't included in the basic. :( I'd go elsewhere unless I needed to get in desperately. read more

Between my daughters and I we have visited this nail salon over 8 times, yet no one ever remembers any of us, which is ok. I understand they may have a big turn over of clients and cannot remember, no problem. But....when they don't recognize us and start up charging on the same services we've all had, that becomes a problem with me. I had acrylic nails with French polish done in June for $55. My daughter went to the salon today and had the same thing done and I was charged $65..... No way....that's too much, especially as there were no acrylics or gels to remove before the service. Friends and neighbors, do your research and stick up for yourselves when you get these nail treatments. You should always be given the price up front, and don't let them take advantage. I have NEVER been able to keep nails on more than 10 days...I am at a record of 3 weeks! They did not lift, chip, or break. I work in a bar/restaurant and my hands are constantly in chemical water and it is hard to come in on scheduled time since I am being called in constantly. Kevin is a gem! I started coming here a few weeks ago since my last shop didn't come back from the shut down and I am so glad I did!! They have completely remodeled and it is so beautiful! Each station has plexiglass between you and the tech and the pedi chairs are sanitized between each client. When you enter the shop they ask that you wash your hands and masks required. My nails look AMAZING. However, when going here definitely call ahead. They were SWAMPED the Saturday that I went but the owner was extremely grateful for all the patience of the customers. All the employees were grinding to get people in as fast as possible. I only got a manicure but will be going back to see if their pedicures are as good. I came in for a pedicure which I never treat myself to (it's been well over a year. because it's ridiculously expensive and well I was right. My toes look like crap. I searched for a lot of years in my early days in Tucson for a nice, clean, friendly nail salon. I've been to many. And hands down, Opi Nails is the best so far. The people are friendly and very willing to help even the most confused and fashion-backwards customers (me) as possible. They have tons of colored polishes and lotions to choose from. I was actually a little overwhelmed by so many lotion choices! I mostly get pedicures, and they're a joy to get here. They take a good amount of time for each customer, making sure to do a good job, and give a great leg/foot massage. Overall, they just do a great job. They give you a plastic bag with items unable to be cleaned i.e. nail file, toe separator in order that the customer can bring them back on subsequent visits.
