Not only that, my nails are sooo thick and uneven now. I had to ask her to file them down more but they're still annoying to look at, they look like thick curved bear claws. The lady seemed nice but the dishonesty and workmanship is a no. She even saw an indent in one of the nails, looked at it, rubbed her finger against, and decided to just carry on. I will never understand; don't go here thinking you're getting builder gel, they don't have it! And good luck on any other nails.

The place is very clean and presentable, calming environment and very kind and professional staff. Rosy did an amazing job with both my pedicure and manicure. The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. She put four coats of polish on my manicure, I got the "White rabbit" color and it came out great!

Most of the staff spends their time having conversation with each other instead of allowing customers to feel comfortable, taken care of and seen. Basically I paid $70 to be completing ignored as were all the other clients and ended up "fixing" (super glueing the gell onto the tip) nails within 2 days because the product was lifting. I received a polish change, told them to just paint the nail since I had already prepped my own…read moretoes. They did not listen started buffing and filing and while painting used her fingernail to wipe the polish underneath my nails. To my surprise a week after I got left I started to see something growing under the nail polish because I had gotten a French tip. It started spreading down my nails. I removed the nail polish only for it to reveal a white flaky hard fungus. I cannot believe this! I will never go back, they clearly do not utilize new tools or at the very least sanitize. This was my first time going there.
