My first time trying Cute Nails! David did my dip nails and I am so in love with them! The color came out so beautiful with the added white chrome on top of my light pink powder (color: be mine). David's attention to detail is top notch and so appreciated. My pedicure was awesome - did the service with paraffin wax (forgot the name). It came with the best smelling scrub and lotion + hot stone massage, mask, hot towels and Vietnamese coffee. I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but appreciate the time he took with my pedicure. Total rip off!! I went in for a French ombré gel polish change. The female kept insisting that I said I wanted a manicure. She kept trying to put my hand in a bowl of water, and I refused. Then she starts clipping my cuticles. I asked her why she was doing that as this was only a polish change. I called David over, hoping that he could talk some sense into her. After a brief conversation, he walked away. And she insisted on doing a manicure and tried to hand me the list to pick which one I want. I said I don't want a manicure numerous times. She finally gave up. So when I went to pay, David charged me $60. When I questioned him, he said yes gel polish change was $50 and $10 for ombre. I knew this was outrageous but not until I just had a gel polish change done Friday night at another salon, and it was only $25. I don't get why people rave about this place. Total let down. read more

Cute Nails Spa was able to take me as a walk-in, even though they do recommend making an appointment. I got the pedicure that you pay extra for a extra massage time but didn't get that. I thought that because they were so specific about why the prices were more, I could count on that but it didn't happen. I'd have gotten the same for the $35 pedicure at other places. The space feels a bit crowded, I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. They did seem clean and certainly friendly. I've tried numerous nail salons and will stay with Cute Nails. Everyone has been good, but from now on I'll ask for Jimmie. I hadn't had a pedicure in a couple months and he was so diligent and took his time taking care of me. I chose the wax, hot stones, etc. It was wonderful! The store needs to be de-cluttered and cleaned. The vibe is not good... employees speaking their language to each other the entire time does not make for a pleasant experience. Radio is annoying. The pedicure was mediocre... massage was short on time and skill. Will not return. read more

Today I went to Cute Nails, and it truly is the cutest place ever! I received a full set of acrylic nails today, and I would give this darling nail salon 10 stars if I could. It is clean, the staff is oh so wonderful, kind, and caring, and the choices of nail colors are limitless. David is an incredible owner- so creative with his beautiful designs, and both follows a design you like plus adds his own amazing touch! Leon is such a nice man and makes me laugh, and the lady who was there when I went (I do not know her name) is so welcoming and sweet. There is another man that I saw (I don't know his name, either) and he smiled so much. Everybody is so friendly and cute. Thank you Leon and David for my peaceful and joyful experience today. Since moving to this area I've tried several nail salons. This is by far my favorite from the perfect results every time for any of their services to the warm friendly atmosphere. Had an appointment for two people. Walk in came in. My pedicure was RUSHED to fit in walk in. The other person with me (who didn't even get polish) was given a longer more relaxing pedicure than me. I paid for top tier pedicure to get rushed experience. Won't come back. read more

My nails always come out beautiful and I never have a problem with break or chipping in the 3-4 weeks in between as I have had with others. Horrible experience. I wanted to spend a nice mothers day with my daughter getting or nails done. I called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Sunday and when we walked in they acted as if we didn't have an appointment and they were annoyed of our presence. The owner (I think) younger lady, was so rude! I can't believe she treats her clients the way she does or still has a running business. My daughter is 12 and was so looking forward to having her nails done and the owner was on her phone the entire time, didn't listen to what my daughter wanted and her nails turned out nothing like what she asked for and she was so upset!
