They did a terrible job I'm so disappointed. I asked For a ombré worth white and pink and she just packed on a white and pink didn't even blend them also she was very rude I asked if she could blend them more to be ombré And she said " I already told u this is as much as I can blend" but in the rudest way ever. there's a guy that works here not vans husband but the other guy. OMG I don't think I was uncomfortable sitting in a chair with someone's drilling so close to cuticles until today. the color I picked was nice but buffing and drilling my nails down was the worst feeling ever! I will never do my nails again with him. I only go with Van and she does really good doesn't hurt you at all whatsoever. i highly recommend her doing you're nails. read more

My mother and I decided to go somewhere new because our regular salon was so busy on Saturday. We came here because most of the reviews were good. Anyways, we came here last Saturday we had made an Appointment at noon and didn't get seen til 1240. As I got seated I showed the lady what I exactly wanted and she was going to charged me 65 for my nail design. First of all it was a simple easy design it wasn't too EXTRA but they charge you off color, style, length, gel, shape ect almost everything you want they charge separately I said no that I'll just do the pink color and the shape of the nail. Any-who, they looked good when I left the shop. But As I got in the car on my way home I kept looking at how my nails were shaped...they are all different sizes like some are bigger/ fatter or shorter than the others. The sides are uneven. I left paying for nails that aren't worth 55 dollars. I don't recommend this place at all. I'll never go back there. read more

On 2/20/18, I walked right in, however it took 1 hour 15 min for a gel fill. During the fill the tech broke one nail and then instead of gently removing the acrylic he proceeded to clip and break it off bruising my nail base. While cutting down the length he "burned" the tips of 2 fingers with the speed and heat of the dremmel. I was about to get up and leave thinking we were almost done, but it was still another 45 min to fill, buff and polish. At this point I'd had it so before the hand massage I asked how much I owed, $35, paid and left w/o leaving a tip. Now, a week later the polish has peeled off half my nails with the others chipping. read more

I really like the people at Eva's Nails on Valencia and I don't like to leave bad reviews- it is more of a health concern. The 3 times I got a pedicure here I did notice the tools used are just on the cart, but I figured it was ok. Just got back from Urgent Care- sepsis, I won't go into detail, just be careful . And if you notice pain, redness, swelling, warmth, red streaks-get to a physician!!!!!! read more

I have been coming here for a while for my eyebrows. But today was my first time getting a different service. It's my daughters birthday ski got her a mani pedi and I opted for the pedi only. We loved how friendly everyone was and accommodating. She mentioned that it was her birthday and he gave her complimentary flower design on her nails. She absolutely loves them. My toes look amazing and my legs feel so soft after the massage. The prices were very reasonable. We will have to make this a regular treat for sure. Thank u! read more

I am rating based on their waxing service, not on their nail service. I went in for a wax on a personal area. I don't normally watch, and was looking at the pictures and articles on the wall to distract myself, but realized halfway through that the technician was not using gloves and was double dipping into the wax. HUGE, disgusting safety violations, and I'm lucky I didn't get an infection. I stopped the wax midway and reported it to the Cosmetology Safety Board. The salon is being investigated for this incident, but they were licensed and it goes to show that if people don't follow the rules, they may never follow the rules. Also, they use muslin strips instead of hard wax, which is much, much more painful in those sensitive areas. For your own safety, I would stay far away from the waxing services. read more

This place sucks! Me and girlfriend of mine went on a saturday to get a pedicure and shelac manicure. Her manicure was half a**ed. Her white tips looked horrible, she had little air bubbles. And on that following Monday the nail polish was already coming off. Shelac is supposed to last like 2-3 wks. And on that following Tuesday my nail polish came off of 3 nails. read more

Decided to "treat myself" to a long overdue pedi and this was the worst I have ever had! I am beyond speechless.

I had my nails filled by Kim and she did a horrible job. I left and then came back and asked her to fix them and she got upset and had someone else fix her mistakes (extremely thick and lumpy nails) He did a good job but when I came back in 2 weeks to get my nails filled again they were all very rude and he did a horrible job on my fill. I've been going to Eva Nails for years. For the most part I get great service and a good mani/pedi. My only issue is I often have to wait. A 15 minute wait can end up being a 1/2 hour or more. The staff are all friendly and know me by name. That's something I appreciate. read more

Very bad service. I went in for a full set, was passed around to 3 different people who all had different techniques. My nails were falling apart by the next day. I had to pay for a new full set someplace else within a couple of days. Will never go back, the cheaper prices are not worth it. read more

I've been coming here for years. Staff is responsive and polite. Great color selection and accepts walk-ins welcomingly.

After visiting two other nail salons that had two hour waits, my two young daughters and I were so happy that we were able to walk in, select our colors, and begin our mani/pedi girls day! My girls, 8 and 10, had never had a mani or pedi, so they were not sure what to expect, but the staff took good care of my girls. They drew little flowers on both their toes and fingers, which was a nice touch! I also had a pedicure, and it was pretty good! It felt a bit rushed, but after being turned away at the other places, I was not being picky! My toes looked great! I also had a manicure, and still had a couple of stubborn acrylic tips that I was not able to remove on my own. The tech not only took them off (and didn't charge me for that), but gave me my first Gelish manicure, and my nails look great! Since it was the day before Easter, a different tech even gave my girls a small plastic egg filled with candy! It was very sweet. My girls totally enjoyed a little pampering (only $20 each their mani/pedis), and they said they would like to come back one day. Works for me! :) read more
