I have been coming here for years! New owners have really taken this place downhill. I came in October and the person cut my nails so short I got an ingrown. Came back in January and ended up with an infection so my nail peeled right off. It is almost completely healed and I was in the area so decided to give them one final chance (my mistake) - He did a horrible job! I will never come back to this place ever again! Update they did fix my nails and did a beautiful job I just wouldn't go to the guy that did them before I don't recommend him at all avoid him at all cost. You'll regret it and get ripped off. The manger is more than willing to fix the mistake she takes her time and give good service I'd only go to her if you're asking for a set she's very accommodating very polite (she won't give me the name of the gentleman that did my nails but he has a red bracelet with the tree of life on it usually wearing a Hawaiian shirt his station is 2 ladies be aware of him) If I could give it zero stars I would the service was awful the nail tech I had kept helping other customers in the middle of my appointment my nails came out crooked and when I mentioned it to the gentleman he said he'd fix it when I came back for my fills that it was normal for them to look like that Even offered to stop in the middle of my service to help another client didn't ask me if that was ok. they did reach out and try to make it right but still want me to pay 20 dollars less than my full set for fills I understand they have bills I didn't ask for free service to fix them I'd love for them to redo the set for a discounted price. read more

I was charged $105 & I gave a $5 tip on 3-14-2026 for an acrylic fill with white tip with no chips or broken nails and a basic pedicure ($35). I called and asked what the prices were today (3-15-2026) and the person that answered the phone tried to explain the absorbent price of $105 for my nails & basic pedicure ($35). She started to say that the fill cost $70 but I was in the amazing nail spa in February and got a new set of acrylic nails for $55 plus soak off $15 so on that visit it cost $70 and I gave a $5 tip. So can you explain the cost of yesterdays appointment for $70 just for the fill. I will let people know not to go to Amazing Nail Spa if you don't want to ripped off. I got an overlay. He did them so fast. He didn't even do them right. He used a metal nail drill on my cuticles that were bad but as bad as when I left they were worse! I kept telling him owww that hurts and I even pulled my hand away and he grabbed it and started again. I left with bleeding cuticles and sore. They are all different shapes and sizes. They look like they are grown out, my nail is cracked and chipped. Horrible. I have not washed dishes, or done anything that would've caused this. Plus their prices are riculous. I got a pedicure and overlay and polish. $120. If I would've gotten acrylic tips it would've been cheaper. My toenails look good but but my feet are basically in the same shape I went in with. Dry, dead skin. She said she took out my ingrown but it hurts so bad today, I can feel it's still there. I understand gel cost a lil more but c'mon. Plus to have it done shitty was another hit. I do not recommend this nail salon. There's a very manipulative and passive aggressive energy in the air to upset and also to confuse customers. It felt like a bad feng-shui. For the owners to Know. I specifically signed up and asked for a full set French tip gel mani & gel pedi. The technician confused me and ended up giving me a powder set, without asking me or telling me. They have you do an extensive sign in on an iPad with the specific service you want - I specifically did not pick a powder set. The price doesn't matter, it's the principle. Then the lady who did my pedicure did not match my pedicure. Just..... I feel there was stupidity and truly a low level of customer service of a nail salon. Of course the nail techs were annoyed I spoke up for myself... and I felt like the lady who did my pedicure was grabbing and yanking my foot - just a bit rough. In 2024 treat yourself to better. They even mostly use the drill to cut cuticles.... I'm certain there is better talent elsewhere and nail technicians who deserve your business. This was my first time at this nail salon, and my last. I was able to get right in which was the ONLY thing that went well about this visit. I'm leaving this salon with 3 fingers with cuts, my nails look worse than they did than I came in in terms of polish. They're uneven and while I didn't ask for anything hard you would have thought it was a major inconvenience. Oh and to make it all better, when I only tipped $5 he held the receipt and made a big deal to the woman standing next to him. I wouldn't go here, the people and the facilities aren't customer friendly. Edit: I went back later after deciding that I wasn't paying over $50 for the pictures posted below. I asked for ombre, she told me the price which was exactly what I was hoping it would be, she was quick, efficient, talkative, and cut my cuticle not just drilled them which was an unexpected surprise and she gave a little hand massage at the end which was awesome!! I called super last minute because I had broken one of my nails at work. They were able to accommodate me immediately and when the tint on my pre-existing nails didn't match one they had on hand they pulled out a bunch of similar colors from the back and then tried each one until we found the perfect match. read more

Apparently Kristine sold the business and actually did move to Phoenix (unlike some of these comments suggest. There have been 2 sets of owners since Kristine sold. I believe all the negative reviews are for the first owner after her. It has since sold again, my experience was quite pleasant. This place had the AC at probably 80 degrees that it was hard to breathe, a man that works there started with the service to a couple that got there 40 minutes after I got there, he assured me they had an appointment:( those fast nail places never give appointments. This nail salon is the worst ive ever been too. They are sloppy with the nail polish. They cut my daughter and left nail polish all over. When i tried to complain the so called manager "Tim" had a very poor attitude towards me and actually told me " what do u want me to do?" He also said " You just want a free manicure". She filled of the gel I had on my toes off so hard she took a chunk of my skin off on both toes as you can see in the pictures. And when I told her she was hurting me she just said sorry and continued to file my toes very hard, I'm not sure why she didn't soak the gel off which is what other nails salons usually do.
