Touch down in the old pueblo and needed a pedí and brow wax. I called a few places and 2 hour wait. I called and Linda answer and she yes "come right now and we do". I made a u turn and pulled into the strip mall. Entered and was greeted by Linda who told me wait a lil and she would assist me. Waited 8 minutes and she motioned me over to the spa chair. Picked my color and she took the time and was not rushed despite the phone ringing and walk up guest. Kudos and come check them out. read more

I don't leave reviews unless I really like a service or I really dislike a service. Today's experience was great! I have been going to this nail salon for many years now (randomly here and there) never have I received such great service as today. Generally they do a pretty good job (not exceptional/ but the price is reasonable so I would continue to go). I have always felt the service was rushed as they usually have a wait and I also felt that they like to get people in and out. Today was completely different and it all started when I noticed a new specialist (Alex). This was my first time with him and I cant express how much I appreciated his service. Unlike other times, he took the adequate amount of time to make sure that my pedicure was perfect and the massage at the end was phenomenal. Likewise, I got a gel mani and he took his time making sure that the gel was on properly before making me place my hands in the machine (usually when the gel peels off quickly it is because the gel is not placed correctly), but Alex was super attentive in making sure the product was placed adequately. Overall, I usually leave satisfied from this place. However, today I left extremely content, I will make it a priority to make an appointment with Alex from now on. If you want a good job anyone can help, but it you want a great job make sure to ask for Alex. read more

This place gave me the worse nail experience I have ever had. They filed my nails so much that when they broke, it would take most of the natural nail. They hurt for almost a month until they grew off. This place was very popular so I was confused how they could do such a poor job. read more

Came here with family, with the regular manipedi's we had no issues. Go acrylics done and they look horrible. They tried to fix them but they still look bad. They aren't smooth, they're bumpy and bubbly and they got the acrylic on my skin. They could've put more time on the shaping of the nail as well. read more

Very nice pedicure by Tina. Thorough and detailed, plus the basic pedicure was $20. That's less than normal. Plus they have OPI, and not many salons in the area have OPI. My one qualm about the salon is the lack of liners for the tubs. They washed it down after use but liners have a better guarantee for safe hygiene. Owner, if you are reading this, please add liners! read more

This is my second time going to this place. My first time was with Lee and he was great. My second time was with Tony... Never again. I got a mani and he cut really deep into my cuticle. So deep that I jumped and so did he. Then he tells me, "oh I bet that woke you up. " No sh*t you jerk. My cuticle started bleeding right away, so much he had to put a liquid bandaid on. I'm not sure if this is the norm because I've never bled so much from getting my cuticles cut. On top of that I didn't even get lotion on my hands for my mani. I will never go back to this place. I even tip him because I didn't want them talking about me. I will continue to use a place I found on 4th ave from here on. read more

The good: I didn't have to wait (called for an appointment). People were friendly. My nails came out nice. I got the shellac nails white tip. The bad: My sister also came to get shellac but they didn't have the color she picked so they made her pick another color which barley had any nail polish either. I thought that shellac gel nails were suppose to last 2 weeks? Mine are peeling off already after 5 days. I looked it up and it can be because the UV light is weak. Their UV light struggled to turn on and looked really beat up! So I think that's why my nails are chipping and peeling. I expected a little better quality after paying so much. read more

My nails were not the same length on both hands and when I let them know they refused to fix it and said it was my fingers but the same fingers on both hands are obviously a different length when compared, I went home and fixed it at home. Then the workers were all speaking the native language and seem very upset when I complained. I do not recommend and I will not be returning. read more

The lady who did my nails went through the process so fast she didn't even push the skin on the side of my fingers in. On the bottom of the acrylic nails she didn't even clean it up to make it smooth so when I run my fingers through my hair the acrylic nails catches onto a strand of hair pulling it out. I went in at around 10:30-11 am and it wasn't busy everyone was being helped.. so when I was about to be done I sat at the station to dry my nails not knowing for how long it would be to dry them bc I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year bc I work in the medical field and I was sitting there for like 30-45 mins bc she didn't even tell how long it would be or check up on me. I would probably go back but ask to work with someone else who would at least help me carry my purse to the drying station since my nails are still wet. Which she didn't offer to do. read more

Okay, so I had been coming here for almost two years and absolutely loved it. I loved the employees and the quality of nails that they achieved. However, a few months ago, I came in excited to get my nails done for my brothers wedding, and came out CRYING & speeding to target to get nail polish to cover the poor job that they did. I showed a pic to Tony, who said he could do what was shown, and obviously it was beyond his capability, why not just admit you couldn't? While he was doing them, even his coworkers were glancing over and whispering to him about it. I didn't have time to argue for him to redo them cause the wedding was that day, but it was enough of a butchering result to NEVER go back. This hasn't been the first time, it seems like Tony just doesn't put his nails on correctly cause multiple times they've broken just days after getting them & I didn't even do anything extraneous. I'm not trying to bash him, he's a sweet man, but he ruined an important event for me & that i cannot forgive. If you do go here however, I would definitely book an appointment with Lee. He is the best here but usually not available for walk ins. I've been trying to find a new favorite place as I refuse to go back here. read more
