I went in recently for a fill. It is a popular spot so I did have to wait but it was a short wait. They have lots of different colors to choose from including chromes and cat eye polishes. They have builder gel and dip also. My experience was quick and my nails were done well. read more

I get pedicures here pretty frequently, and they're slightly overpriced, but the staff is always friendly, and it's a very convenient location for me. I usually just get the pedicures and not a pedicure and use press-on nails if I have something special. I got a manicure here almost a year ago, and it was good. I've recently gotten two manicures here, and the last time was not great but not terrible. This time was pretty bad, and I won't be getting manicures here again, especially for the price. I just paid $80 for something that doesn't look as good as when I get $10 press on nails, the lady was visibly irritated and huffing about me trying to get what I wanted from a service I'm paying for. I got couple small cuts the scissors, and as soon as I got in my car, I ended up opening Amazon to see what quick things I could buy to try to salvage the nails. You may or may not get decent-looking nails, but you'll definitely be overcharged. Even if the nails themselves turn out okay, a lot of the typical elements of a manicure aren't included, it's pretty much just the nails themselves. Pricey but good for pedicures, but I wouldn't recommend the manicures. read more

I came here when they first opened. It's gone downhill. Nothing great here. Went in for a mani. An older lady worker maybe the owner. Used a dremel to remove my old polish off my nails after I said not to and she didn't listen to me. It removed the top healthy layer of my nails and hurt me. She trimmed my nails unevenly and when I told her she said my nails grow that way which wasn't true. She didn't put any oil on my nails. My nails hurt for days afterwards. I can go other places for better quality and treatment for the same price. They need to go back to the good service they had years ago when they cared about their customers. Not normally a complainer. After reading reviews after my visit yesterday what I can say is this: unnecessary roughness and rudeness. my cuticles got cut by the drill multiple times. That along with the "RELAX" while yanking my hand? I told the tech (Lynn) multiple times that she was cutting me with the drill, she put no antiseptic on them--even though they were bleeding on FOUR fingers--from the drill and her carelessness. I won't be back. But more importantly, how to file a legitimate complaint and where? It's a health and safety hazard to make someone bleed and do nothing (besides try to cover it up with polish) oh...and she did offer super glue as an option. (photos have antibiotic on my cuticles, once I got home) To finish off, she faked some niceties for a tip. My tip? if you hate your job? Get a new one. Don't take it out on customers. read more

My first time at Luxe Nail, my mom and I came in for pedicures. Thursday afternoon and this salon was quite busy! My mom decided not to wait (she went to shop at Spectrum instead) while I waited. I waited for only about 10-15 minutes and got a gel pedicure done with Bee. She was very lovely and nice. Her foot & calf massage was relaxing, nails buffed and trimmed, and the paint job was perfect. She noticed my overgrown and broken acrylics and offered to squeeze me in for a Full Set. I'm so SO happy she did! Tiana did my acrylic nails and she was amazing. I showed her an inspo pic and she got it down to a T! Colorful French tip with little white flowers. Tiana was super attentive, making sure the almond shape and gel color intensity was just right. Very happy with her service. The salon itself is on the smaller side but the friendliness and service quality makes up for it. Cash is the recommended tip, although they do accept cards. I'd come back again! read more

Call ahead and make an appointment. This place is in the newer shopping center off Irvington across from the spectrum. It's clean, sheek and the staff was very friendly. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure which was $38. Well worth the money in my opinion for the massage alone and the parafin wrap on my legs felt great. I will be coming back and bringing my friends. I absolutely hated the lady that did my nails, she was so rough, cut me multiple times never apologized or acknowledged that she was hurting me, she had earphones on while watching a show on her phone as she was filling my nails. she Didn't even apply the after oil properly she had me make a cup and poured all the oil over my hands and made me go wash my hands like that. It's insane the amount of disrespect, I wish I would have gotten her name but to describe her she was petite older lady, tattooed faded eyebrows, wears her glasses when doing nails. Do not get your nails done here I got a bad bacterial infection after getting my nails done with luxe nails when I called and told them I got an infection from them and needed a refund they told me they didn't do refunds and basically didn't care about the situation they just hung up with me while on the phone. The nail lady I had was very rough and even after I told her that what she was doing was painful she didn't do anything to change it. After the torture she put a chair in front of my exit from the chair and I had to move it. This experience was the worst I have had from my 22 years of living in Tucson. I would never come here again. Also, this place is not clean. They have no sterlizer for the nail clippers or cuticle cutter. The male nail tech was so rude to me that I didn't even have him paint my toes and I left without my manicure.
