I feel like regardless of what nail salon I try, I never have a great experience. Either the specialist is too rough or my nails end up warped or falling off a week later. I'm happy to say that my bad luck streak is over. Stupidly, I never thought to try the salon that's almost literally behind my house because 1. that would make too much sense, and 2. nothing good is ever close to my house so why should this place be any different? I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. One thing I noticed right off was that it smelled amazing. The woman who did my nails was friendly, quick, and gentle. When she was finished, my nails looked perfect. This was three weeks ago. I actually want my nails to fall off or come loose enough for me to pry them off at this point, but they're still on as solid as ever. I imagine this is a good thing for most women. The cost was average, I was extremely happy with the service, and I don't think I'll be trying another nail salon any time soon. read more

They were very friendly and took their time ! Best time to go is when they open ! I got gel nail, the manicure is lotion and a brief massage for the basic! For my mom I got her the deluxe manicure and they did amazing and took their time and massage her a long time! I also got her a basic pedicure, and they did so well ! I came in and got the "hot oil pedicure". The lady did not do a treatment on my cuticles. She also did not do hot towel. When asking about the hot towel she replied with "I already did it". I let her know that I never received it.. she comes back with a small rag and wipes my leg and then continues to say she already did it. It states on there that it's a hot towel wrap. I see why I was the only one getting a pedicure. Also, I've never received one coat of nail polish in all of my pedicures that I have had. read more

I had been in once before for a pedicure. It was a very good experience. This time I took my husband with me. He got a pedicure and got a manicure and pedicure. I don't get this done very often as I do a lot of crafting. Our experience wasn't that great. The man that did my manicure was hard to understand. I told him no gel, they charge a extra $15.00 for gel. He got really mad. I got it on my pedicure so it would last longer. He was ranting to all the employees. I mentioned that they were too long and the woman helping me snapped back before I could finish that they weren't too long and that any shorter they'd be ugly. Honestly I'm conflicted about this place. The first time I went I just got a pedicure and everything went great, was done by a girl. Was really happy! The second time not so much. Let me explain. I had called asking how long the wait was for a fill, the guy said no wait so I decided to go. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by a guy on the floor handling a drill and doing some kind of handyman job. I tell him I'm here for a pedicure and fill, check in on the paper and sit down. About a couple minutes later the same guy steps up and says to sit at a station and starts to start on my fingernails. My first thought is "did this guy wash his hands?" He was on the floor handling who knows what and is now touching my nails. Gross. Plus all you can see is his gross nails and all the stuff under his nails. I'm immediately put off. Especially with Covid going on I would think they would be extra careful and clean... nope. He brings up a towel that's already dirty? I highly doubt the tools are cleaned as well. He does an ok job, but super aggressive. Would use the drill on my nails and there was a couple times I seriously thought he was going to make me bleed. Did my pedicure, that was ok too. Went home and saw the polish did something weird. Had to wait to go back to have them redo it. Eh. The place seems ok but not the greatest. read more

Kim does an amazing job, but dealing this the first guy (Tony I think) is ridiculous. He has the worst attitude and every time I walk in later in the day, he is completely rude. When it comes to certain customers, he rushes to cater to them. I decided to make an appointment and when I arrived, I waited 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment and still wasn't helped. I am never rude and always exceed the expected tip - I have no idea what this guys problem is. If I could give this place zero starts I absolutely would . Jennifer did my nails and completely butchered them. Me and my mom decided to go here after our usual nail place was packed and we needed to get are nails done that day . We went and Jennifer was very sweet but she left my nails all kinds of different shapes, very noticeable not straight at all , then hurried to put on my socks and shoes before I would noticed. Then moves on to my hands and again the same thing but on top of that I was getting a fill and she used a piece of paper towel that was w already USED to wipe her brush off while applying the acrylic, THEN I go to wash my hands and when I came back they were still a little wet so she grabbed another paper towel to dry my hands off with and after proceeded to put that paper towel back in her roll so she could use again for the next customer, so unsanitary!!!!!! Definitely will not be going back , I'm very surprised these people have their licenses to do nails . You live and you learn , never again will I go here ever read more

I love Top Spa Nails. Especially Kim, she does great work. I'm incredibly hard on nails. Not only because of my job but bad habits also. I pick at them constantly and if i find a rough spot or an edge I'm like a dog with a bone and usually by the time I need a fill I've managed to break or pry off several and if I have more than 3 missing I just pry them all off and go back to my natural, ugly short nails until a special occasion has me getting a new set again. Every other time I've ever had nails they only last me about 3 fills worth of time before I've pried them all off. But with Kim's fills I've actually been able to keep my nails on for 12 fills (I know this because if my frequent fillers card) I always get compliments in how nice and natural my nails look. I had to get a fill one time at another place while I was out of town and I hated it. Kim does them perfectly. Nice shape and not to thick. I won't go anywhere else EVER!! read more

I came to do my nails and I decided to put two rhinestones on two fingers. It didn't even last 3 hours before they fell off.
