Luann is such a great nail technician and is an example of how great all the technicians/artist are here. I have looked and looked for a quality place to have my nails done and actually decided to just forget it... then I saw a friends nails and she has a different person (the owner?) do hers and when I went in I was scheduled with Luann. I came here for a fill, I initially had an appointment with Lily, but her husband Bruce ended up helping me. I was happy to hear they use clear powder for all fills and from a quality brand. When you have long nails like me, its incredibly painful to break one, and believe me, good products matter! Bruce was very gentle and corrected the uneven acrylic and shape of some of my nails. The salon was very clean and everyone was so super sweet and nice!!! The atmosphere was calm and no loud or excessive talking among the staff. I wanted to do something unique with my nails and it wasnt met with resistance or judgment. I certainly reccomend, but it's best to make an appointment!! read more

These people do not lie to get you to wait 1/2 and hour or more and that is so appreciated. More important - the quality and service are both excellent. Made a same day appointment for a pedicure and they did a fantastic job. The store is clean, the people working there are all friendly and do a good job, the tools are clean and best of all they don't rush through your service. Nothing is more frustrating than getting a bad service because they're rushing through to get to the next customer, and that didn't happen here. This is one of the cleanest jobs I've had anywhere in Tucson, and I'm glad to have found this place because I will be making it my go to now! Today was my first time going to La Belle & I had a great experience. There were plenty of colors to choose from. The salon was clean, the nail tech I had kept a clean station & made sure I was comfortable. I had a pedicure & she massaged my feet and legs. Overall I give the experience a 10/10! My favorite place to go to get my nails and toes done when I am in Green Valley. They are always so kind and even remembered me from last year. My Acrylic Gel nails look fabulous. I had the best experience getting my toes done. She was very thorough and I felt extremely pampered. It doesn't matter who does your nails they are all amazing at their job. This was the WORST nail salon, I have ever visited, in the 15 yrs, I have been having my mani's and pedi's...DID not give me what I asked for, even had a photo. Very rude in speaking a foreign language. VERY NASTY KEPT place, sure hope that I don not come down with something...It needs cleaning, and nail techs that listen...to what you want, and do a better job..I called and spoke to an American and made the appt. with out seeing the inside. read more

I went to this salon today for the first time for a gel manicure. I have been to many different salons over the years and have never had such a bad experience. This shop appeared to be a mother and father and daughter. To start, the man who worked on my nails never said a word to me. He hummed under his breathe the whole time.I felt uncomfortable and should have left. When finished, I paid cash, which I wish I hadn't, and went outside. I then saw that there were gel drips at my cuticles and some of the nails didn't have polish at the sides and tips. I went back in and showed the younger woman in there my nails and said I wanted to have my nails soaked and wanted to have my money back. I also showed her the pictures I had taken of my hands. The man started screaming at me yelling, "no, no, no," over and over again. Then he stood up and came up to me and screamed at me to get out...many times repeated. He opened the and screamed for me to get out again. I told the daughter That I have lived in this small town for over 15 years and I would be sure that none of the people I know would go to their salon. Then he told me to "F _ _ _ off." I would never recommend that anyone go into that shop and be verbally assaulted as well as having terrible looking nails. My cuticles were smooth when I went in.
