The shop is clean, quiet, no blaring tv & modest. The ladies are SO nice, helpful & eager to please. Bea & Tina give a thorough pedicure with salt scrub massage included. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't uncharge for every little thing. The massage chairs work well & I have fallen asleep more than once. They are closed on Sundays, but the rest of the week they are here. They clean their equipment properly & keep the shop free of clutter so you can relax in a stress-free & quiet environment. I was looking to get a pedicure and Was recommended by a relative to Vivian's. It's not a brand new fancy place but was clean, the staff inviting (they speak English well lol) and the equipment in great shape. My tech was so funny and I enjoyed the service a lot will definitely be my go to place for my nails and toes. She let me sit in the massage chair as long as I wanted and that was a added bonus!!! I'll only recommend for pedicures and manicures they did my eyebrows and I really never had a problem with them being arched correctly but for some reason I wasn't a fan of how they looked afterwards. I still paid for the service but will not be returning. read more

I came to Vivian's nail spa due to an extended stay Nextdoor at discount tire. I was greeted right away and was seated by Nail tech BE, she gave me an array of colors of which I picked two she was kind and put them in my nails a next to each other to make sure I liked the look ( no one has done that for me before) I then had the usual cleaning and cuticle cut and shaping. I did have a nice hand sugar scrub with oil, she was very experienced. Only complaint is the nail polish by my cuticles, very patchy. Decently priced however $31 they do charge $1 extra for cards. read more

This is my go-to nail salon in Tucson for years. All the ladies are kind, friendly & skilled. My husband & I go regularly for pedicures (both), gel manicures (me). I love how the salon is smaller, more intimate & less hectic than larger establishments. I like how some technicians like to talk & others may be content, intent on quiet work. I appreciate both. If I could put no stars I would. I asked them when I first walked in if they had Apple Pay and the rude lady in the front screamed at me yes and then later on denied it arguing with me. On top of that the lady threw my card and screamed when I told her I only have 58$ on that one when my debit card was in the car. Very rude staff. I would not recommend. Splurged on a Gel manicure. It chipped 4 days later so I went back to have it fixed. The ladies were very sweet and apologetic, but the same nail chipped again! My gel manicure only lasted about 10 days. I'm really bummed to have spent that much on a crappy manicure. I don't think I'll be back. :/ read more

So, the last two times I've been here service has been severely lacking. The time before this one, the lady (whom I really like) stopped in the middle of my pedicure and moved to a different client! I was extremely insulted because I have been coming here for about 8 years and I always tip at least 30%. Now this time, another lady (whom I also like) stopped 3/4 into my pedicure and went to do a wax walk in! I always call for an appointment, so I'm not sure why I keep getting bumped. read more

I've driven by this place a zillion times, so I called to find out their prices for a pedicure: $25. Not bad as I won't pay any more than that so I paid them a visit. I had a gal named "B" who did a very good job. I was in the mood to just close my eyes and relax. I think "B" was the quiet type (or didn't speak much English), so it worked out well :) Vivian's is nothing special to look at; it is in a strip mall next to the new Walmart grocery store at Broadway/Camino Seco. Very plain inside...no big deal to me tho. I like that I was actually greeted with a smile and a hello which seems so rare these days. "B" gave me a marvelous leg rub but next time, I'm gonna ask for more foot and less leg. The 4 stars is for the efforts of "B", the convenient location and price. It would be 5 stars IF they weren't so darn rigid in their credit card policy. Sure, you can use a debit/credit card, but be prepared to spend an additional $1 fee to do so, which I won't do. I overheard another customer who was getting a manicure go thru the same rigamarole and I think that they were also discussing the tip having to be in cash only. What's the deal with that, salon owners? I find this very annoying and inconvenient. And do they accept checks? No, of course not. Hey Vivian, if there is a Vivian, you could be more customer friendly and make payment a better experience for your customers. At the very least, tell the client before you start services about these policies. In order to save the ridiculous $1 unnecessary fee, I went next door to Walmart, bought a few things I needed and returned with cash. So all in all, I enjoyed my pedicure very much, but I'm not sure if I will be going back. Nothing at all to do with the gal who did my pedicure, but the unfriendly payment policy of the owner. read more

Got a gel manicure on Saturday and Sunday it look like it was a week old because the technician said she couldn't get the nail polish all the way to my cuticle due to how thick it was. Didn't even offer to redo it and now my nails are chipped on Thursday not even a week... Don't go here take your money elsewhere! read more

Not the best pedicure in town...actually, I don't care for techs who wear latex gloves while massaging the leg...a day and a half later I have marks (diagnosed as contact dermatitis) on my legs following the technician's fingers up and down my leg! Looks horrible. Won't be going back there again. Actually planning to avoid 'bargain' nail places--they don't appear to be as sanitary. read more
