Thought I'd give an updated review since my last one. I have been going to this salon exclusively since my first visit, nearly a year ago. The shop is always clean, the service has been consistently great, and the staff beyond courteous and friendly. I've yet to be disappointed with the service I get when I go in. I love that they consistently check that I am satisfied with the length and shape of the nails I get no matter how many times I've been in the shop, because you never know when you might switch it up! I appreciate that it's never a given with them and they ask before proceeding. Love the recent design I just got. I picked the color, and there are so many to choose from. I do appreciate the wide selection they have on hand. Especially the gel colors. read more

I stopped in today to get my nails done for the first time in about 22 years. I usually do my own but wanted something special. Susan did my nails in a French manicure style with silver glitter at the tips on my own natural nails. She did a beautiful job and walked me through the whole process. Wonderful shop and staff. I've been to many different nail salons but Tracy's is my favorite by far. They are very nice and you don't feel like they're ever talking bad about you like some other salons. On May 21, my 17y/o daughter went to have her nails done before her high school graduation at your business (Tracy's nails.) After paying $45 and leaving a $10 tip she called me in tears because her nails looked horrible and her cuticle was bleeding. Many adults would have refused to pay on the spot or demand they be redone but she is still a child and felt uncomfortable saying anything. Needless to say, I drove over and her nails were horrendous ,she was bleeding and I sought the manger for a refund. The woman who did my daughters nails agreed they did not look good and angrily offered a "quick fix". I would not allow this woman to touch her bleeding finger and she then told me that if your daughter wants a refund then the only way she will give one is if they cut off her nails that she just did. I was appalled and this employee was rude, verbally aggressive and completely unprofessional. Needless to say all we could do was leave, my daughter out $55, only to wake up with an infection around her cuticle. This was by far the worst experience I have seen at a nail salon and one of the worst examples of basic kindness and humanity to a 17 y/o girl she had saved up to have her nails done. You should be ashamed!! read more

I went to Tracy's Nails yesterday for a pedicure. I arrived about 20 minutes late. The women behind the counter asked me when my appointment was. I told her and apologized for arriving late. She screamed like a somewhat crazy and unhinged person so that the whole Salon heard her. "YOU ARE LATE, YOU ARE LATE!! I told her I could come back another time. She continued to reply, "YOU ARE LATE, YOU ARE LATE!! I told her she was creating a scene in front of all of her other customers. She continued with her crazy screaming!! She said she would do my nails. I replied, never mind and left. Why would I want this kind of person doing my nails!! I have been a customer of Tracy Nails for about 10 years and never have been treated in this manner, or seen this behavior from anyone that works there. It is a sad day for the future existence of Tracy Nail. Customers will be seeking other nail salons in the future after witnessing the harassment and treatment experienced my me. Or of hearing of this treatment and behavior of a worker to a customer. Also, my concern is that other customers are being treated in this unprofessional manner. I will not be returning to Tracy Nail in the future. I will also be telling all of my friends and coleages about the nutty person at the front desk. read more

I spend around 300 dollars here a month and it's always worth it! Wonderful staff!! And believe me no one looks forward to full body waxing but this place has me counting down the day till my next appointment! Always want their customers leaving happy and satisfied! read more

I've gone here for a few months now, typically go back ever 2-3 weeks once my nails start growing out. I ALWAYS get dip powder, the people are friendly and my first visit I did get a nice goodie bag! :) I did try a new place and I totally regret it, I'm looking forward to going back in a few weeks to get long lasting powder which NEVER gets cracks as I've seen other places do. 10/10 would highly recommended! One con, the powder colors are limited and some of the colors are to bright since I do have a tan skin tone. read more

The best Deluxe pedicure I've ever had by Casey! The massage was incredible and he removed every ingrown nail I had! The hot stone massage and hot wax made my skin feel like silk. In addition I had my fingernails done by the owner! All I can say is wow, my nails have never looked better and along with the massage it was divine! My niece also had her fingers and toes done by Ken, she did the color that changes according to body heat, and they look amazing! read more

We went for pedicures...there were 5 of us and they accommodated us all together at the same time. The salon was very clean and comfortable with nice massage chairs, and it smelled great, no chemical smell. There's free WiFi and drinks. The pedicure and massage were the best I've had! It was the worst pedicure ever. We gave them a few more chances but we are done. My husbands big toes were both bleeding my big toe was bleeding. It was like they didnt want to be there. We will have to find a place that is more caring. I have been coming here for years. I don't know was has happened to this place. Tracy's Nail is UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP - This nail salon sold about a year ago and the new owner is SUSAN. SHE IS WONDERFUL!!! this is a totally family ran business and everyone seems to know exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it to make every single customer feel special. The shop is clean - all tools are autoclaved and even though the liners are put in the spa tubs, one the liner is removed the tub is still washed, and sterilized. The is Susan, her husband, her brother, nephew and 2 nieces. I have been to probably 12-15 shops in Tucson and this is by far the best and cleanest we have found - I HIGHLY recommend you put it to the test - you won't be sorry!!!! read more

Made an appointment for 3:30 pm for my daughter and I to get dip. We chose our colors from the wheel, they provided water and were very nice. At 4:00 they took me back to get started on my nails and 4:15 started on my daughters. I want to emphasize how nice everyone was at this nail salon. But, they were understaffed and overbooked. My nail tech kept getting up to either get something she needed for my nails from another nail tech or to continue helping another client. My daughter had the same experience with her nail tech. The colors we chose were not what what we ended up having on our nails and the dip was "bumpy" with huge ridges throughout. Although they were very nice and pleasant to us, we won't be going back. read more

after a recent pedicure the large toe on left foot started to hurt. my wife checked it for me and seen that the nail was cut deep into base of the toe. i now have a very painful infection and more than likely have to go to a podiatrist terrible experience and will never return and will discourage all friends and others of this bad expereience read more
