I only gave one star because zero wasn't an option. I knew I should have come back even though I had an appointment set! All chairs were full of a family group or something like that. After almost 20 minutes of my set appointment they put me in a chair with no water then a few minutes later one of the ladies reached over and turned the water on, then sat again! Now half hour past my set appointment someone finally comes and she's in such a hurry wasn't listening to me at all she started to trim my nails and as she started to cut my big toe I told her not the sides well she clipped right as I said no, it was a completely half ass pedicure and she caused server damage to my toe. Went here a few times. An older gentleman had done my nails 2 times and both times did a really bad job. They looked terribly within 2 days of growth because he didn't bill other filing the acrylic by my cuticles so it would look decent as they grew out. The 3rd and final time I went I had the man try and do my nails again and I politely asked if someone else could do them. They were extremely rude about the request and began speaking about me in a different language ( opened Google translate and knew exactly what was said and it's not something to repeat on the internet as it included racism) then a lady said she would do my nails. She was aggressive the entire time and about 15 min after leaving I realized she didn't cite the gel on my nails properly and the polish smeared around on almost every nail and looked terrible within 2 days. Highly recommend not going here if you want a quality job done. read more

I haven't gotten nails done here but I got my eyebrows waxed! Very quick service even without having taken a appointment. Did my eyebrows very well without needing much feedback and was kind and affordable compared to other places . Given that their main business is nail related services I didn't expect there to be a beautiful very comfortable place for waxing. I am surprised by some of the low reviews of this nail salon! I thought they did an excellent job on my pedicure and my eyebrow waxing. I came in as a walk-in (no appointment) and only had to wait for about five minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. My only concern was I ended up with one of the technicians who didn't speak English very well so there was a bit of a barrier when I was asking for something specific. Her co-worker had to translate. Otherwise the experience was great. I will definitely come back again and use their services in the future! read more

Be careful! They DO NOT use NEW tools for every customer like they are supposed to. Came in for a pedicure. They clips my toe nails and made me bleed. Put the clippers back in the same box for the next client. The next morning I had a severe staph infection in BOTH of my big toes. Dr prescribed me 500 mg cephalexin FOUR times a day. If they do not open a new pack of tools or take the tools out of the sanitizer before touching you, SAY SOMETHING! It's the law! read more

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. Doesn't even deserve one star. I am someone who gets their nails done every two weeks and usually stays with one nail lady that I trust. Well, I just moved out here and have been looking for a new salon. The first time I came here, I was disappointed, I didn't get my hands done, just my toes. Finished product: the polish looked pretty okay, BUT the process was terrible, basically no massage, $5 extra just for hot stones, no menu to choose a type of pedicure, AND when the lady was doing the maintenance on my toenails, she cut in to my skin, everything hurt. I started to bleed, she tried covering it up from me and pretended like that was not happening. I thought maybe it was just that specific nail tech, every place has not great techs. So I figured I would go back and try again considering it's the closest one to me, this time with my mom. Two different ladies from the one I had prior. Same thing. Little more massage but maybe just a minute instead of 30 seconds, I still wouldn't consider it to be a massage. And my lady cut my toenails in from the sides SO MUCH, like the side of both of my big toes, way more than normal. It hurt in the moment but I didn't say anything because I didn't think it would be that bad afterwards- WRONG. It has officially been a week since I got them done and progressively as the days went on and my nails continued to grow, the new bottom part of my big toe nail began to grow out into my skin (I hope I'm explaining this right), becoming and in-grown toe nail. Walking has been so painful. Finally today I go to actually do my own maintenance on my toes because at this point I'm in a lot of pain, any kind of pressure is excruciating and I come to find that my left big toe has a small black bruise where the nail is beginning to puncture my skin from underneath and it's swollen around the area (small area but still very painful nonetheless) and my right big toe has puss coming out of it and is bleeding soooo I'm pretty sure that's infected, yay. My moms experience was not great either, the whole time she kept wincing at me (looking as she was in pain). She didn't say anything because she didn't want to seem rude. And afterwards she said every part of maintenance was painful for her, too and she would not want to ever return. I so badly believe we deserve our money back. It was not at all worth it. If you are Black, don't bother coming in here. They will wait on white people while you sit there. We left and will NEVER come back. This happened on 2 occasions. The first time, one worker was doing my niece's manicure. Then stopped and moved her to someone else when a white woman came in. So I thought hmmmmm. Maybe it was a fluke. Then today 3 of us came in again. After waiting patiently I was finally seen. Then we watched time after time, white women coming in and they ignored my sister and niece. They left. I'm so sad to post this! I've been coming here for about a year and today I was so disappointed, I received less than mediocre service, I've never seen this lady so it's possible she is new? Do NOT use TA Nails on Twin Peaks next to Safeway. I had been going there exclusively for my fills and they fail to honor appointments- instead choosing walk ins first. Numerous times I had to have them fix the nails because they were crooked or the paint job was completely awful and uneven. But I think the final straw for me was when I was a little over due for a fill and this place had no appointments and no walk ins so I went elsewhere. This second place took 1 look at my nails and immediately took all of them off because I had a severe fungal infection under every nail that was turning every nail brown and black...... this was something that could NOT be missed by a new or seasoned nail tech. Only missed by a lazy and unethical one. I had to go to urgent care and get antibiotics for it because it was so severe. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I have been a regular customer since July 2012, for the nail art. I only get pedicures, but I always get designs, play with different colors, jewels, bling, etc. The artist is fabulous, so talented at drawing, that I now just let her either pick my design for me, or she makes up one on the spot. She's very good at seasonal designs. Will have to start posting pics of her work. The price is competitive. Not the cheapest, but not outrageously expensive, and in my experience, 9/10 you get what you pay for. The paint and design have always lasted at least 2 months, with the colors still looking vibrant. They are in high demand over the weekends, so if that's your time slot, don't be surprised at a long wait. read more

Incredible nail salon in Marana. I've tried out a few and this is an honest business based on genuine work ethic. My full set had come off sooner than expected (I am a nail biter, so my habit definitely contributed, but in the past they haven't come off as quickly), so they did a gel manicure free of charge.
