We have been talking about coming here for awhile and finally made it out. We were thoroughly impressed. The staff was super friendly. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, breaded tenderloin and Parmesan garlic chicken wings. Our food came out quickly and very hot. All Of the food was delicious. They had a great selection of beer and drink specials. They have a pool table and a dart board that we are excited to come back and play. Sat at the bar. Waited about 10 minutes before the bartender even noticed me. Ordered a beer. Waited another 5-10 minutes for the beer. Then ordered food from the same bartender. Waited, waited some more, watched the two gents next to me order food and then get their food. Bartender never once checked on me. This was at least 30+ minutes after ordering food. Mind you, this was a Sunday evening. Restaurant had maybe 20 total patrons. Finally flagged down the bartender and asked where my food was. She and another waitress had to separately ask me what my order was. Then I was lied to by the bartender who took my order who said there was a mixup in the kitchen. That's bullshit. With few choices in the area, it's a good place to knock back a few and grab a bite to eat, but don't expect to be blown away by the food (I would not recommend the tenderloin). Only gripe is that I thought the dressing was a bit too sweet. Don't know if it was meant to be that way, but the hot bacon dressings I've had in the past at various places were not near this sweet. I've visited here a few times on my lunch break with coworkers and friends. It's situated near a lot of office buildings so it gets quite busy around noon and clears out after. The pork tenderloin was really good and my coworkers chicken sandwich was as well. Service was a bit lacking due to the rush. It took forever to get our bills and then pay for the meals. If you have an hour lunch break, try to come after the rush to make it out in time. Service was friendly besides the slow part at the end. Food was hot and fresh. Prices are decent as well. We happen to find ourselves on the west side of town and wanted to try someplace new. Gatsby's look like they had a good menu and decent scores and Yelp and Google, so we gave it a shot. We happen to arrive on a night they were doing live trivia, which we would have loved to participated in, but we arrived a little too late. We still enjoyed hearing the questions and answers. There seem to be some real problems with the service. We saw wait staff checking with each other to see who had which tables. It took a while for anyone to come to check on us. Then, when our server arrived and tried to take our drink orders she couldn't get the tablet they used for order taking to register our table. So she had to leave for several more minutes. Eventually we put in our drink and appetizer order. We had the chicken cordon bleu tenders and they were about what we expected, okay but not a while. Before we put in our order I saw one of their tenderloins being delivered and immediately knew I had to have it. When mine arrived it looked about the same, a thick hand breaded piece of pork tenderloin that would require some serious smashing to get in my mouth. Unfortunately I soon realized that close to 70% of the thickness of this tenderloin was just the way the breading was applied. It was pretty good, needed some seasoning in the breading batter. The fries that came on the side I asked to have loaded. That did not go so well. It appeared most if not all of the cheese worked its way through the fries down to the surface of the plate before heat was applied so there was melted cheese but under the fries not on them. My wife had the French dip and really enjoyed it. I think on a slower night or maybe just a different night it could have been a four or five star experience. read more

WOW! Impressive! Gatsby's shocked me and my wife. It's a " Pub & Grill in a strip mall, so we kinda expected it to be dicey. NOPE! Not at all. Forgot to take pics of the place but the service was excellent, a nice size crowd and a real "cheers" like feeling. You would see people walk in and then there would be three or four people greeting. The food was tasty. I tried the famous " Fried Pork Tenderloin."( deluxe) I must say it was very tender and very tasty. The fries were hot and cooked perfectly. The Char-grilled burger( med. rare) was cooked as requested(145*) and tasted fresh. The buffalo wings with a spicy mango sauce were tasty as well as the plain wings(naked).
