Been wanting to go here for a while but waited for my friend to come to town. What a beautiful place for brunch! Mackenzie (hope I spelled it correctly) was our server she was great, kind, and attentive. We ordered the the ricotta pancakes to share, and I ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and house potatoes. I don't recall what my friend ordered but she enjoyed it. I just drank water because we knew we'd be going up to the rooftop afterwards. She said her mimosa was delicious. The vibe was amazing and very relaxing. The music was perfect. The setting overall was just so lovely. I definitely want to come back to enjoy the tea service. The woman who originally seated me I didn't catch her name but she was very nice too. Appreciate the service and definitely will be back.

    Steak and eggs

Wow, a very nice place for brunch. Service was also great too. I had the Steak and eggs (added 2 more eggs) and of all the places we have ever been, this is the only place that got my sunny side up egg that is well done and crispy on the sides. Thank you for that. The steak was well flavored but very small in serving size. And just like any fine dining, serving size matters and that is the only part that wasn't met. Nowadays, price and serving size should be reasonable or proportional as an important part for an enjoyable dining experience. Wifey had the Chicken Salad Croissant. Now the serving size is great. This is how it should be. Overall, the food flavor and taste was great and enjoyable. Ended the day with fresh beignets and man, that's another one that's great in serving size.

I was thrilled to see that Serliana serves an afternoon tea on Saturdays and snapped up a reservation on OpenTable as soon as I could. Service started with a tea box presentation of options: 3 black tea varieties, 2 green, 1 white, an oolong and 2 no-caff herbals. The tea box had descriptions and tins of the tea so you could take a sniff at your choices. We opted for the The du Hammam Noir black tea and Bai Mu Dan white tea. Teas were steeped in their individual pots and served with a timer for proper steeping time. After a cuppa or two, out came the trays: a tier of savory finger sandwiches (cucumber, chicken salad, egg salad, and smoked salmon), desserts (raspberry mousse chocolate dome and strawberry princess cake), and pastries (mini scones with strawberry jam, mini macarons, and tartlets). The sandwiches were excellent, but, unfortunately quality went down from there. The desserts were alright (would have loved the raspberry mousse if the dome was dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate) and the pastries didn't have the right texture - macarons were light, but didn't have any chew and the scones were dry. An overall lovely tea experience in a gorgeous hotel with lots of natural light. Highly recommend taking the elevator up to Astrea for a rooftop cocktail afterwards!

Outstanding breakfast experience! Laura was our server, but we waited on by multiple staff members and treated so kindly. Laura made us feel special and treated us so well. This space is simply gorgeous. It's a mix of lobby, bar, restaurant. Open, bright, modern, upscale, and comfortable. Many seating options from lounge chairs to couches to intimate tables. We had a small two top for our morning meals and loved it. The vegan options we enjoyed were mushroom toast (no cheese) and the oatmeal. Chef accommodated our plant based diet and we are thankful. I can't speak to the other menu offerings as breakfast was what we enjoyed here, but really can't wait to dine here again.

This place is located on the 2nd floor which is actually the lobby of the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Indianapolis. I made reservations for 6 because I was taking a client for drinks around 4pm on a Thursday. Upon arrival, was greeted and taken to my table. The place is stunning. Very tasteful decor, nice views and good service. The bar has top shelf options and also a really nice selection of coffees and teas. When I arrived there was just one other person there working but once we left it was pretty busy. There was music playing but it wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear the people across from you. I totally suggest you visit if you are looking for a sexy adult setting. Pro Tip: They do have Valet. :)

Have been wanting to check out the new Intercontinental Hotel so decided to book a breakfast reservation. When I arrived I was greeted in the hotel lobby and was told the restaurant was on the second floor. The restaurant was beautiful and quiet. I got to select my own seat. The staff were very accommodating and friendly . I ordered a salted carmel iced latte. It was delicious . My waitress recommended the duck biscuits and gravy. It came with breakfast potatoes and choice of egg. The gravy was so rich and creamy. Overall, the food was great! Afterwards I walked around and looked at the art in the hallways. Bellman Jeff was so sweet and gave me a tour of the rooftop bar. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were so nice. It was a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Swanky small plate and cocktail lounge at the Intercontinental Hotel downtown Indy. Prompt, friendly service. Food was fresh and had some creative options. Cocktails were made very well and tasted of high quality. My girlfriends and I shared some appetizers and did get an entree. Everything was really good. Fun hang out spot.

The food was great for brunch items. Menu had a good variety. Very relaxed atmosphere in an above-average setting with great service! High tea was also available. Going back soon for another weekend treat. Love the ambiance.

This restaurant is located on the second floor and is actually in the lobby of the Intercontinental Indianapolis or is it the lobby. Either way it is a beautiful setting, with various seating arrangements and a nicely done bar. The name is pronounced Sir-lee-ah-nah, just an FYI and is Italian meaning archway and refers to the architecture of said restaurant. So I was told. You may sit anywhere there are table settings. Within seconds a server will bring you a menu and ask your water preference. It's a small but well chosen menu. And I was impressed by the leather coasters, or pleather, but that was a first for me. Since I was there for just a snack and to check out this new addition to Indy's foodie scene, I opted for the beignets and a glass of Rose Prosecco. This turned out to be a nice pairing with the dryness of the Prosecco offsetting the sweetness of the beignets. The Prosecco was a generous pour and absolutely delightful. Dry, fresh, crisp. An order of beignets consists of 6 large beignets and comes with a vey nice caramel dipping sauce. As a beignet snob these were a tiny bit too dense in the middle, but otherwise great. Just the right amount of powdered sugar with the tiniest crunch on the outside and a warm soft middle. The caramel sauce was perfect and as such quite drippy and sticky. They are delicious but I don't recommend these for a first date though because the powdered sugar gets everywhere and the caramel sauce can easily make for a sticky mess. No way are you going to look alluring eating these.

The food is very very very delicious I really enjoyed the time spent in a very soft and calm atmosphere . You have a very good staff , great job to you

The staff, drinks, food, music and overall atmosphere are consistently exceptional. The cocktail menu is fantastic. My personal favorite is the painkiller - a delicious blend of coconut, rum, orange, pineapple, and nutmeg. It's served in a skull glass and tastes absolutely perfect. I also appreciate that they make their noodles in house! Have you ever had a meal you can't stop thinking about? That's exactly how I feel about the shoyu ramen. It features their noodles, truffle zest, pork belly, egg, veggies and chicken in a deeply flavorful broth. Order a side of rice and dip it into the broth and thank me later! Patio seating available.

We came in on a Friday night at 6:30 with no reservation, and had to wait ~5 minutes for a table of two. We were sat at a high top at the bar, which we appreciated. Our server greeted us quickly, and checked in a few times throughout the night. Service was average, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about. I had a hurricane to start off. Packed full of the good stuff, and one was definitely enough for the night. Appropriate price for what you get. This drink is what brought my review from a 2 for the food to a 3 in total. We started off with pork Bao buns. The bun was spongy, but somewhat dry. The pork lacked any sort of flavor, and the sauce on it didn't do much for me. The next part of the meal was the most disappointing for me: the curry chicken wings. Let me tell you- I was excited for these. These lacked any sort of flavor at all, and the only thing saving it was the ranch. The wings had a good crisp, but the sauce was lacking taste. I had the Shoyu ramen for my main. It was a pretty average bowl of ramen, but for the price, I expected more. The pork in it was flavorful, but the chicken in it was odd in my opinion with an unexpected herby flavor. Overall, service was average (but we appreciated getting sat fast), drinks were strong (and saved the meal) and the food was average. Would go if invited by a friend, but probably would not return on my own.

The lounge is much larger now, with additional seating and a cozy lounge area in the back featuring comfortable couches. It feels much more open while still keeping the intimate speakeasy atmosphere. This is one of my favorite places for craft cocktails because there's always something new to try. Their menu changes seasonally, so even if you've been before, you'll usually find new creations alongside their signature cocktails. The drinks are true works of art, both in flavor and presentation. On my most recent visit, I tried a cocktail off the Pride menu called the Stonewall, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a beautiful pink color, and I loved the glass it was served in. The presentation is always top notch. Service was good. The drink was also only $10, which is pretty cheap for the quality compared to other places. We didn't stay long this visit, but it's always one of my go to spots to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy expertly crafted cocktails. An added bonus is that you can order food from Goodfellas Pizza and enjoy it while you're in the lounge, making it an even better experience.
