Have been a long term client of one of the nail techs..she is moving to another shop. She, nor the shop cultivate long term repeat clients and this is truly disappointing in a world where service is important. They claim they will set an appointment but screen and decide who they will service..really? They also speak amongst themselves in Vietnamese about customers in the shop... Sad to be treated this way. Clients who are valued come back. I will certainly go to a shop that is appreciative of a repeat customer. I think this is a terrible place to go read more

If you go just don't go to Vivian for a full set or gel. It's not worth it. She rushes, the gel is sloppy & she didn't put it on well. Also with the acrylic she made them so thick. Usually when you get fake nails you don't want them to look fake but they look so fake. I can't wait for two weeks so I can get my nails done somewhere else. read more

Nice atmosphere but nail technician was very pushy about gel manicures. Like I'm not paying $40 for a manicure that's ridiculous! Not only was she pushy but she did an awful job on my "regular" manicure. She put some oil on them and one for them got completely messed up by the time I got home. I have been coming to Fusion for 5 years and have had a variety of experiences, but Tina is amazing. I always try to make my appointments with her. Decent eyebrow wax, decent lash extensions, always relaxing pedicures. Close to my house, fairly priced, and always seemed plenty clean to me. read more

I have been going to Fusion Nails since it opened back in 2006. They even did the works for my bridal party in 2007, which was fantastic! They are reasonably priced, and I always get an excellent result from Kim. Very clean and pleasant environment. read more

I have patronized Fusion Salon on and off for several years and I will never go back there again. The service has deteriorated terribly. They also dilute their products. I have seen them do so. I had a manicure on Saturday with clear polish. All of the polish has just about peeled off. I don't do dishes so I can't blame water. They do not sterilize their instruments either, they use to in a heated cabinet, but no longer. They just wipe them off with alcohol. I would think twice about patronizing Fusion. I absolutely HATE getting my nails done and leaving feeling like I could've painted my nails better. It all starts with the base coat if that's uneven clearly every coat subsequently is going to be uneven and you're going to see a ridge and it's going to look terrible. I always come here to get my shellac mani and pedi, I always leave happy with the results. They are very clean and sanitize their tools prior to using them on you. I usually request Lynne because she always takes her time and does a fantastic job. Only thing I would change would be that they take tips on credit card because I never carry cash. read more

I started going here mainly because it is so conveniently close to my house (i live about 2 min. away) I ended up with SUE to do my mani and pedicure. She did an amazing job, took her time and really payed careful attention to my problem areas (ingrown nail). She applied the polish very carefully and the both times i went to her I had excellent service and my nails looked great :) Highly recommend Fusion Nail Spa...its clean, conveniently located and they have excellent service! read more

I had hopes when I walked into the salon, nicely lit, clean, nice decor. But the service was just Eh. They took my little daughter right away and got her nails done in 5 minutes. Me, I sat before someone realized I wanted service too. I checked the price for a shellac manicure, $40! A regular manicure is $25. I can get a shellac in Springfield/Burke for $25-30. When the guy removed my old gel, I sat there and waited 15 minutes before I caught his eye. All the while my daughter sat there. The guy finally came back, but then another woman took over for him. She sat down, had earphones in, and set her phone down like she was watching a video. She then proceeded to have a phone conversation! Never once addressing me. Overpriced. Took forever. Customer service is non-existent. read more

I got the ole "bait and switch". Went into this salon with the intentions of spending a certain amount and end up paying more, I ask the tech before doing my nails how much will it cost for silk wrap and pedi and she gave me a quote. With that quote I told her to proceed with the services. When it got to the point where I was to pay, I was quoted a different price. $20 dollars more than what I anticipated to pay. Not a good experience for me as for as the pricing. However they were personable. read more

This used to be a good salon, and now it is poor. I walked out last weekend because they tried to shuttle me to a third person. While I was a walk-in, they rushed through a pedicure because an appointment arrived (by the way, that person was 25 minutes late), then got a second person to start a manicure but then got dumped after the nail polish was removed when their appointment arrived, and then they tried to get me to a thrid person. That was enough. Two of the three other times I have been there, they shuttled me between two people. I find the man who works the front desk to be rude to customers and to his coworkers. He is awful. If they can not handle walk-in customers, then they should not accept walk-in customers. But, if you take a walk-in, then treat them like a real customer, not a piece of dirt. read more

My mother highly recommended this place. So we scheduled a nail appointment for her and a pedicure for me at the same time. I waited 25 minutes with my feet soaking in lukewarm water without any scent to it. Not starting off well. Tammy finally came to do my pedicure. She apologized for making me wait. If my mother wasn't getting her nails done, I would have walked out long before she came to do my feet. Tammy sat down, started my pedicure, which was lack luster at best. She never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. Her loss! I had wanted one of their upgrade pedis, but she gave me a basic without even checking with me. The massage was short and sadly not relaxing. After the short massage, she put one warm towel over both legs for a few minutes, added some cream to my legs, and started the polish. It wasn't worth the overpriced $30 pedi I received. As for the massage chairs, they're cheap and uncomfortable. Apparently, they don't need repeat customers. I wasn't even offered a drink at anytime. I'm going to strongly suggest to my mother to find another salon. read more

Went for a standard pedicure. My right big toe is red and painful on both sides from the cuticle cutter because the nail technician was to aggressive. On her first attempt to trim the cuticle I said ouch that hurt. She did again gently try to trim the cuticle but obviously it was way to short and now my big toe is painful to the touch on either side and red where she cut the cuticle. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and got right in for a gel french manicure and regular pedicure. The nail technician, Vivian, took her time and the results were great. I like my french manicures to be thin and she did them perfectly and didn't rush. I was very pleased with the service on an unexpected visit to get pampered. Thanks. read more
