Also, two of my favorite hairstylists--Anna and Leo--moved to Escape. I first visited for a haircut with Anna. She was absolutely flawless as usual. The pricing was higher than their previous location, but I know Escape has their own menu of prices. After that, I visited twice for pedicures. I do like that you don't have to choose what type of pedicure you want to get until you arrive, since sometimes I'm not sure how much time I'll have or what I'll be in the mood for. They do try to upsell based on what you choose, but they are respectful after you've made your selection. The massage chairs are relaxing, and they make sure the soaking water is a comfortable temperature. I've been happy with both of my pedicures. I haven't gone for one that included a massage yet, but I'm planning to treat myself when I have more time. I do wish it was clearer how they sterilized their tools and that shared items were disinfected between clients. I haven't seen anything freshly unwrapped, but they do bring many tool caddies from the back, so it's possible these are cleaned up and set up ahead of time. I recently went in to have my nails panties. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. She set me up with Lynn to paint my nails. Lynn is EXCELLENT. While there I ended up getting a pedicure as well and then to top it off I got an 80 minute massage along with hot stones, all from Lynn. I left there feeling incredible. Over the next two days I accidentally banged up two nails. I reached out to Lynn and she had me come back in. She completed took off all of my nail polish and redid the entire process, on her day off. Going on a week now and my nails are still looking great. Two nights ago I pulled something in my back / neck. The next morning I was in a lot of pain. I reached out to Lynn asking about an appointment and was in there two hours later.
