The other nail salons I called wouldn't take me because they were "close" to closing. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the time I walked in the door. They were able to do a nail fill for me and a polish change on my toe nails. First time ever going here, and I am beyond pleased!! I have never gone to a nail salon and actually been happy with my nails when I left until now. My nail tech was beyond great. I got something so simple, BUT she still made sure to make them look great. She even checked at the end to make sure no flaws. These are my real nails. I had acrylic nails that they soaked off and since my nails have grown, we were able to do dip on my real nails! I was so happy! I asked for matte and I am beyond obsessed! The salon is clean, their work is amazing, and to say the staff is friendly and accommodating is an understatement. Everyone that works here has treated me like family. Bebe has been doing fun designs on my nails since I was in high school, and is always willing to try whatever crazy idea I find on the internet. Now I have to keep my fingernails with a French manicure for work, and Bebe and Kevin are the best people for the job! They always ask about my family and truly care about my life. I came today with my grandma and the service was not that great. Thank God they helped her sit in the pedicure chair but Cindy, her technician, just washed her feet and used the electric file to cut her cuticle. She didn't even use a pumice stone or anything for the bottoms of her feet. They said her nails were too thick to cut. I had no problem cutting them when we got home. This is my favorite nail spot. I love getting manis and Pedis done here. It is a little pricey but it is worth it. The owners are nice. The ambiance is very serene when you are getting a pedicure they have the massaging chairs and they do offer drinks. I hesitated writing this review as I have been here before and loved it, but unfortunately my last visit to this nail salon on Saturday was less than great. I had pink and white gel on my nails prior and wanted to get them redone as they were outgrown and faded. The nail tech asked if I wanted to try the new dip gel that is supposed to be better for your nails. She gave me the option of the regular gel which out be $55 dollars or the new dip "better for you" gel for $60 (last time my nails cost me $35 here for the same service). I had a function that evening so I did not have time to find another place so I agreed to the 60 dollar option ( extremely pricey!). Aside from the price of the nail service, I have knicks all over my cuticles from tools which is pretty painful, and the cherry on top is my nails look terrible! I have yet to show someone my nails and have them not respond with: I would go back and ask them to redo them. The lines are messy, the "pink" looks extremely Powderly and speckled, the white tips are not even, and there are bubbles and dents and dark specks between the layers. Really disappointing for almost spending 100 dollars and just getting my finger nails done. Again I have been here before and loved my nails, but unfortunately for the price, pain and the look of my nails now I unfortunately will most likely not return. I recommend not doing the dip gel method for pink and white should you be looking for a decent outcome. I get pink and white because it's a clean and classic look.. normally. read more

This used to be my mom and I's favorite nail place, Kevin would always leave my nails looking perfect for a good price. We stopped going for a while because I went off to school and we stopped in about 3 weeks ago and saw the prices increased a lot. I went with my grandmother and the service was horrible, we weren't greeted when we walked in and there were so many new faces, the usual people who did our nails weren't there. She decided she wanted a pedicure with silver sparkles and the woman who did her nails started mocking her and calling her a child.. It made me so upset she kept making fun of her and laughing in her face and kept telling her to pick a different color because she would look dumb... My grandma also noticed that everyone was getting offered waters or drinks but we weren't offered anything and they were doing a sorry job with our pedicures and being disrespectful to her. I also got a pedi because I didn't want her to be alone and the nail tech who did my toes was wearing AirPods the entire time and didn't even use a pumice stone or anything to get the dead skin off of my feet the just rubbed it with lotion and left it at that. She didn't even cut my nails she just left them and painted them. The paint job was so thick that I had 2 nails chip completely off the next day. What used to be a great place with great service and great people has become horrible. We will never come here again and I don't feel bad saying that because of how disrespectful and rude the staff was. read more

Went in on Tuesday June 11th and got a full set with gel polish. Staff was nice and helpful. Nails looked great. By the 13th two nails has completely lifted up. Not broken but lifted from my nail bed. I called and they said I could come in a get it fixed free of charge which I was thankful for. Came in 15th when I had availability. They rushed to fix them and gave me attitude about it. One nail is shaped like the rest and the other is mishaped and not straight. I arrived as a walk-in, they accommodated me with no problem and allowed me to look through several books of designs. Ultimately I chose a butterfly design that I wanted on all of my nails over a lavender gel. When I selected the pattern, the original nail tech wasn't sure she would be able to do the design. Rather than have a potentially unsatisfied customer, she completed my gels and then had Ben step in for a gorgeous job. I have never been so happy with a manicure! I got three compliments on my nails that day! After my shower the next day, I noticed that the design was peeling off the nail, although the gels were still un-chipped and secure. I called the salon and was told to come in whenever it was convenient for me. Ben looked at my nails, realized that the design wouldn't hold and redid my nails for free! My nails look absolutely perfect! The customer service is amazing and the ambiance is fantastic. I spent over three hours in the salon and never felt rushed. I'm never going anywhere else! read more

The techs also do a good job, are friendly and provide very good service. And, a big plus for me, this place is CLEAN. Their tools are cleaned in an autoclave, and they use disposable buffers. This was the second time I've been to this salon. First time was great and I love that they have the dip acrylic and the regular polish to match so your hands and toes match. This was the main reason I came back along with I received great service. Today however is a different story. Always get a spa pedi because I want the extra massage time and am willing to pay for it. What I got was a mediocre massage typical of a regular pedi. A spa pedi is my relax time and that just didn't happen.
