I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a massage place. I asked the massage therapist for the combo foot and Body massage focusing on my shoulders where I'm having pain. I repeated this multiple times but she did not understand, so I did not get the message I really needed. When I was explaining this to the owner, who speaks English, a large male customer came out to insult and cuss me out and the staff did nothing to stop this. I left for my own safety because the man became more aggressive and now Nikki's has lost my regular business forever. read more

I made an appointment here and specifically asked for a foot massage. I am 9 months pregnant and just wanted calves and feet. I think they normally accommodate walk-ins but with Covid, their website said they needed appointments. When I called I asked to make sure I could sit upright since I'm so pregnant, and I was assured that everything would be okay. The people working there were very lovely. The guy at the front desk was super nice, and the woman who gave me the massage was super sweet. Unfortunately, this is a place that would be best if you are just looking for something cheap, quick, and not specialized. It took a while to communicate that I was just getting my feet and calves massaged because I was pregnant. There was definitely a communication barrier, and we had wasted a lot of time before she realized I only wanted feet and calves. Ultimately, it also wasn't a great massage. I'm so pregnant and really just wanted someone to dig into my arches and it wasn't any better than getting a massage add on at a nail place. Amazing! I'm always hesitant about trying new locations because ever masseuse is different but Amy was amazing! From the moment we stepped in they made us feel comfortable. On another note I took my sister who is 8 months pregnant. Prior to booking they did tell us they didn't do full body prenatal massages after 9 months so we though, why not just a foot massage. You get what you pay for. That's the best way to put it. My friend and I went in for 90 min massages and both therapists were late to start and ended early. To begin, my therapist did not identify herself and did not ask if there are any particular areas I'd like to work on or not to work on. These questions/interview process are typical of massage therapists. I'm 100% sure these therapists are not professionally trained or licensed to operate as massage therapists as the 'therapist' pulled the sheet down past my buttocks to mid-thigh and rolled my panties down without asking me first. As most massage enthusiasts know, therapists ask what regions of your body you are comfortable getting massaged. All therapists that I've been to and I've had 100s of massages have never ever exposed my body and rolled my panties down like that. Also, professionally trained massage therapists know how to properly fold and tuck clients with the sheet, this did not happen. Not only is it unprofessional, it is sloppy. Massage quality was average at best. Did not enjoy being rubbed down with vegetable oil and suave lotion and left a greasy mess even after hot towel wipe down. Hot stones were too hot and I was startled when they were placed on me. The only great thing about this place is the gentleman who operates the front desk. He is polite and accommodating. read more

I went here on the 16th of Dec, I enjoyed it very much. Sasa who did my massage, she worked my neck, where I had surgery on. She worked on my back, which I currently have pain on it. She also worked on my legs massaging them all. It is so weird, it is like she knew were all of my hot spots and pains were, without me telling her. The Hot Stones was a welcome addition also. I too, get MANY, MANY massages by various places and a chain place that shall be nameless, but I did very much enjoy my massage here and also will be back. Now most of your chain massage places like Massage Envy and others, will probably charge you MORE for Hot Stones. Here it was just added, because you asked for it at no additional charge (as of this writing). I felt like a new man, when I left.
