I had the most amazing experience here. Saw Ashley and she addressed all of my skin concerns and needs. She was very friendly, personable, and professional. She was also kind enough to answer all of my questions about skin care techniques and include her own suggestions based on my skin type. My facial+ microdermabrasion lasted about an hour and 15 mins and even included a nice, upper body massage. My skin afterwards felt and looked completely brand new. I am so lucky to have found Sara. I am visiting from California and because I won't have time when I get back I thought now would be a good time to get waxed and take advantage of her lash lift offer. Immediately when I got in Sara was so welcoming. She is so good at what she does! There was never a moment that I did not know what was going on. Sara was clear on what she was doing, how and what she was using. She was fast but accurate. I've been waxed many times before and this was the least painful experience I have ever had. I didn't even realize when she was done. She gave me helpful advice and guidance in terms of maintenance and skin health. I wish she was in California! Additionally, I LOVE MY LASHES! I honestly hate leaving reviews like this, because I am all about supporting small businesses. I remember starting with Sarah a while back ago, and never had a problem with her.Today I was really dissapointed in the customer service and their treatment towards me as a client. Last week I had to cancel a wax appointment literally 5 minutes after the "24 hour cancelation policy" that they have. I texted them after I noticed the charge and I pointed out it was only 5 minutes from their cut off time. Kate was understanding and did say what she could do was credit the amount for a next visit. Which I was fine with that. Now here comes the problem today I had an appointment I made yesterday for a different service eyebrows $18. As I am getting ready for my appointment my daughter starts saying she doesn't feel good and is throwing up. As a mom of course my child comes first so as I am getting her ready to take her to urgent carecall to cancel my appointment and see given the situation I can reschedule for another day and I know I am going to get charged regardless, but maybe they can squeeze me in another time and I can use what they already charged me. As I am calling they take forever to answer the phone and I explain the situation to I believe her name is Helena. Literally the worst customer service ever. So not understanding, sounds super annoyed that I am asking her, it seemed like I was bothering her with my situation. I asked her are you not a mom? Do you know things just change out of no where? Her response I am a virtual assistant in Pennsylvania. Clearly did not care. For me a business has to treat you like a family member not like your just an appointment. I have never ever had this experience in my life and it sucks because Kaiya would do an amazing job with my wax and eyebrows. She is truly the best. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this business anymore. They should know that their clients are mom's and well a mom's schedule is crazy when things come up with your kids. I am not asking for a freebie as my account was charged already, but an understanding to situations come up and accommodation goes a long way. Especially with a client that has been there for a while. The lady wanted to tell me well maybe someone wanted that appointment. Yea, I made it a day before. So it was perfectly open. It is not like I scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time. If someone wanted it it would've been booked. I have been going to the new ownership since March and only twice this has happened that I have not been able to make an appointment and not because I don't want to, because realistically which mom doesn't want to go have a relaxing time but because things come up. Besides,I've heard of 20% cancelation fee even 25%. A 10% penalty, but the full amount wow. read more

I was lucky to get Sara at my random app couple years ago in different office. I tried many other girls and NO ONE waxes like Sara!!! I came for one random wax in winter as I was going for a Caribbean trip and Sara somehow convinced to come in for monthly app! I did a lash lift and tint about 3 weeks and all I can say is wow! It looks so much more natural than lash extensions, it looks like I curled my lashes and applied like two coats of mascara. I just came back from vacation and it was amazing not having to worry about applying mascara. Sara was great and let me know what she was doing throughout the whole process. Sarah is by far the best esthetician I ever had the pleasure of working with! For years I had my lip and eyebrows waxed at the nail salon. I never knew how much of a difference there was until I began seeing a true esthetician. Sarah's attention to detail in on point. I have EXTREMELY thick, black brows and I used to always keep them thin. Now that I have someone that takes the time to groom, trim, wax and shape my brows I have kept them thick and have received so many compliments on them! I have had really bad experiences with getting a Brazilian with someone else. Sara was really knowledgeable and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and educate me about what the other person may have done wrong. Sara is very down to earth and sympathetic and that's what made the experience so much better. This experience was probably 1/10th as painful as my bad experience. Really not bad at all. Sara works eyebrow magic. I came to her a few months ago with a mess of some blonde eyebrows. I'll admit, I have eyebrow anxiety. I always worry when I have them done--will they come out too thin or uneven? Will the tint be the wrong color or too dark, and I'll have to sport Bert and Ernie eyebrows until they fade? One appointment with Sara put my fears to rest. Her waxing did not leave my sensitive skin red or puffy. The tint was perfect; not too dark and it lasts well for 2-3 weeks. A few days later, I even had a coworker tell me my eyebrows "look perfect." Not only does she do amazing work, but Sara is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to.
