I stopped in this shop on a whim without an appointment for a pedicure on a Thursday. Mr Brian was able to take me immediately as the salon only had 1 other client receiving services. The shop is not fancy but it is very clean and quiet. There were two big screen tvs broadcasting the news with a low volume and that was enough for me as I bought a book with me to read. I decided to get a basic manicure along with my basic pedicure and appreciated the fact that they did not try to upsell me for services that i didn't want. I asked for almond shaped nails and Mr Brian filed my fingernails expertly into an almond shape. I plan to return again for regularly scheduled mani-pedis. I made an appointment for my daughter and myself as a back-to-school pampering treat before her first day, it was great. The staff are so friendly and attentive, the mani pedis were really good (and they spruced up my daughter's nails with cute little designs which she loved!), the salon is clean and bright. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of lady who did my nails, my daughter's technician was Sara. My technician was paying attention more to her phone, than my feet, didn't give any time to soak my feet in the gel, BARELY messaged them, kept messing up with nail polish that I had to ask to redo twice. My 35 min service was done in 20 min! Sara was ok, messaged my daughter's feet but then left to start working on another person and my technician did my daughter's nail now being more accurate after I already pointed out to her about my nails. I went to this salon twice based on the number of positive reviews. My first time, I booked online for a mani/pedi. Despite my scheduled time, I still had to wait an hour after my start time to actually have a tech work on me. To their credit, they did try to start on my hands while I was still in the pedicure chair so I wouldn't be in there even longer than expected. However, the nail extensions I got were poorly placed and my manicure ended up very lumpy and thick. The tech was very apologetic and texted me that evening from her personal number to apologize and said I could contact her directly in the future for an appt. I was skeptical, but thought it may have been a bad day and gave them a second chance. I made another scheduled appt with the same tech directly for my second appt (a dip ombré manicure). This time, my tech literally left me at her table and did an entire pedicure for a walk-in client, despite my scheduled appt. Not only that, she did not seem to recall I asked for an ombré dip and gave me what I can only describe as thick, white marshmallow nails with a dusting of sparkles? I voiced that this was not what I asked for and she kindly gave me a discount, but I just can't return here. I ended up with lumpy dip manicures twice and my time was not respected on either occasion. I came here once before and it was amazing. I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure and made an appointment earlier that day. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. The tech took her time and made every detail perfect. Today, I made an appointment with a friend and when we showed up we were taken immediately. I told them when we got here what we had wanted (even though we had already told them when we made the appointment). She wanted a full set and pedicure and I wanted gel manicure and pedicure. We sat down and we're helped right away. She started with a pedicure and I started with my gel manicure. Everything was great off the bat until someone walked in without an appointment. The nail tech that was working with me told them it would be about 20 minutes. I was confused at first but I thought that another technician might be on the way because there was no way it would have taken her 20 minutes to do the rest of my mani AND pedi. She started rushing to finish my mani and then said "okay" and told me what my total was. Surprised, I told her that I still had my pedicure to do. She then said "you didn't tell me pedicure, just mani". I explained to her that I told them twice. Once when I was making the appointment and again when I came in. We knew coming in that the full set and pedi would take longer than mine but instead, since there were only two technicians on duty, I had to wait for her entire full set to finish so her nail tech could do my pedicure which caused both of us to wait. They didn't apologize or anything. I am extremely disappointed at this place. If we were at a reputable nail salon or restaurant or anywhere that takes appointments or reservations, they would never take walk-ins before reservations. That is bad business. I randomly stumbled upon this Nail Salon and stopped in for a quick last minute Shellac Gel color change before a business trip for work since it was conveniently close by. Since I was a walk-in I did have to wait 15 minutes for a nail technician to be able to do my color change since they were busy at the time. As soon as someone got available they seated me. I was seated close to the door where a lot of sun was coming in unfortunately and without me mentioning a thing, one of the salon technicians got up and put a foldable wall shutter infront of me to block the sun from hitting me. I thought that was very kind of her and really appreciated that kind gesture. The technician that did my nails was Brian, the manager of the nail salon and he was absolutely great! He felt bad that I had to wait 15 minutes so he gave me a manicure instead of the color change and charged me only for the color change!! He was super sweet and friendly as well! I would highly recommend him and his salon because of their fantastic customer service! He also did an AMAZING job on my nails. Shaped them exactly how I wanted them, and also redid a nail for me after seeing a tiny hair in the polish. I went to Bella nails to get my nails done 2 weeks ago, before going on vacation. First, the lady didn't understand what I want and I had to explain 3 different times. (Huge plus for me because I have two toddlers and can't be gone too long). I would be happy to have her do my nails again and probably will request her. The price was probably standard for the area but maybe a little less than what I usually pay. The bad: Awful polish selection, maybe the worst I've seen. I was so discouraged waiting for my appt because all the colors were old and thick with half the bottle or more gone. No OPI limited edition lines, no summer or spring displays of the current shades, very disappointing. I would definitely bring my own colors here. The decor is very 'meh.' I get my nails done regularly. Since I was out of my normal area, I decided to give this place a try. The lady I had RUSHED me through the entire pedicure. You would have thought there was a fire. I'm watching all the other ladies work and she's the only one acting like she's late for an appointment. All she could think about was getting me out of there. She did not ask me what pedicure I wanted. Did not scrub the bottoms of my feet for dry skin. Nothing. Stabbed me several times with the nail clippers to try and get an ingrown nail out incorrectly. Actually used a nail file (a metal one) and scraped the top of my toenails. Most unprofessional pedicure I've ever received. Total waste of my time and money. Horrible experience. I'm not new to this. My feet are tough and she inflicted pain several times. I finally told her I wasn't here for an infection and if she couldn't do it properly to stop. I was very surprised since the reviews are so high. Maybe I went on a crappy day. Not sure. Wouldn't go back though. Save your money. Very disappointing. My tech took a lot of time to make sure all my toes looked clean and even before going in with the polish. The polish selection isn't great but I can deal with it since I only come for the pedicure. She is very friendly and personable as was everyone in the salon. She asked me several times if everything was to my liking and went out of her way to make sure I was pleased with how she was doing my nails. Not going back ever. The woman who did my nails was very rude. She made it blatantly obvious that she was talking badly about me to her coworker. She kept saying "don't worry I won't hurt you" then cuts my finger. Then uses the sanding drill to scrape some of my skin off on the side of my finger. I made an appointment for myself and a friend a couple of weeks in advance because there were 2 of us and we needed a specific day and time before my friend's wedding, but ultimately it wasn't needed. They were well prepared for walk ins. They took their time and it was a relaxing experience. Just had the pleasure of my first visit to Bella - Tiffany, the new manager has been doing my silk wrap nails (which I have gotten so many compliments on) for over 4 years now. I am a devoted customer and always will be, because she is excellent!! Never once in all these years has she let me down or not taken her time to make sure my nails (and feet) look great. Super attention to detail, so friendly and fun to chat with, and just simply great at what she does! If you walk in here, do yourself a favor and turn around. My friend and I went here a week ago for mani/pedi. They were not busy except for one person (Kevin). This nail salon is unsanitary. My nail tech nicked my cuticle (fine it happens!) and apologized. She didn't stop the bleeding and then painted my nails, complete with the brush touching my blood and putting the brush back in the polish. While my nails were curing (gel polish) I watched her clean her tools, or rather watched her RINSE her tools with only WATER. Stay away. Oh and the fabulous Kevin? He may do great work but he was constantly on his phone while working on customers and getting up to go check/ watch the football game and to go outside.
