if I could give no stars, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I got an acrylic fill, French tip, with the technician named Cindy. Not only did she cut my fingers multiple times, drop the drill on my hand, and also drill my skin down raw, she tried to force me to stay in the salon until I tipped her. I had already paid for my service, and she told me I was not allowed to leave until I sent her money on Venmo. She even tried to keep my card AFTER I paid. I said multiple times I will Venmo her once I am home. She told me I'm not allowed and that it has to be done in the salon. I also work in the salon industry, and know for a fact that that's not true. That was so incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never had somebody raise their voice at me and tell me I have to tip them or else i'm not allowed to go home. And please remember that this was after I had already paid for my entire service. I have gone here before for a mani and pedi. I love their pedicures! I think they are the best in town! The last manicure I got, I thought was great as well. I went here for my birthday to enjoy some of the day relaxing. I had a great pedicure but my manicure was a mess. I stayed here in total for 4 hours for a pedicure and dip manicure.... I told the tech I wanted a French manicure with almond nails. She started the process and it took 3 techs to do a simple almond. They still have a bit more of a round shape. Then the tech started to finish my nails and had not applied the French tip, so I questioned her. It was going to take another 30 for her to file off the top coat and fix it. I had to leave due to child care and ended up coming back and spent another hour there. Also, when she went to apply the French tip, it was straight across and she had to get another tech to fix it and do the rest of my nails.... Finally, my nails don't have an apex because she failed to build one so here we are ‍ so much for a relaxing birthday. read more

While getting a manicure the nail tech was on her phone with her bank and clearly upset. She was very rough and ended up cutting my finger really bad. It took several minutes for the bleeding to stop. I tried to let it go. I asked for it to be cleaned out and spoke to the manager. The nail tech came over and got very hostile. However, my mani/pedi took 3 hours - the longest I have ever sat in a nail salon and I definitely don't have the nails to show for it. The first photo is what I showed my tech (I believe her name was Kathy) and the second photo is what I was given. I was disappointed considering these were my nails for my wedding. I told her I don't want it more shaving down because it's already short. I wanted the size and she said OK OK and she still kept shaving it down. First thing is First my wife got cut on the hand so beware!!! Honestly Eden nails where we go or any other nail salon is way better than this place!! My wife came to this sorry excuse of a nail salon last minute before Thanksgiving to get a last minute touch up/refill and regret coming and would rather have had the nails looking bad then to come to a Nail "technician" who she complained and didn't want to work the first time or to fix her horrible work the second time and then pay an expensive set of refill for $55, which wasn't worth it! These people here are flat out liars! They don't want to work and said there was no acrylic tech "working" when I called to complain and tried to tell us to come the next day but that same person who did my wife's nails was there to fix it when we came inside. That's funny... I'm the Husband and I could even tell the the did an awful job. Anytime you come out and your nail is crooked and they blame you that is your finger. HORRIBLE DROOLING EXPERIENCE!!!! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE DROOLED ON AND GETTING YELLED AT FOR POINTING IT OUT. This is my first time visiting this place. I got my pedicure and manicure done. Everything went well with my pedicure. When it came to manicure, I had an absolutely horrifying experience. The lady who did my manicure was down with allergies and kept sneezing. I didn't have an issue with that because she had her mask on. But to my horror towards the end of the manicure the lady started DROOLING through her mask all over herself and soaking through her mask and T-shirt WHILE WORKING ON MY HANDS. Me, along with my sister politely asked her to wash her hands. She did wash her hands the first time and continued drooling and wiped it off of the back of her hands and attempted to get back to my manicure. We had to abruptly get up and make a payment and talk to the manager and to our surprise the staff asked us if she drooled on me or herself. And the lady who did the job instead of being remorseful started yelling at us. One of the staff who was around inturn asked us if it really was a hygiene issue and pretended as if it was normal and OKAY to drool as long as it was not on me. Horrible place to ever visit. There was no question about the refund either for this kind of weird and horrible service. Their only issue was if we made our payment PATHETIC!! read more

I have gotten my nails done at this place before, and I thought they were good. This is my first time getting a wax from them and my eyebrows are now ruined. I attached photos to show what my eyebrows look like before getting waxed, and what they look like now. I wear make up occasionally, but I never have to do my brows because they look perfect all the time. My right eyebrow is completely higher than my left eyebrow now. The lady that was doing my eyebrows waxed in between them way too far on my right side as well, so not only is it higher than my left one it's also farther back. It makes my face look very unsymmetrical. This salon should be ashamed for the job I was given. How can you charge $14 and expect a tip for something that looks like a mistake. This reminds me of the time when I was in middle school, and I accidentally shaved my eyebrow back too far. Such horrible service. I've gotten my eyebrows done before normally you get a cooling cream, lotion or oil but I got nothing and they were still sticky when I left. I expect a refund because this is disgusting. It's going to take a month or more for my eyebrows to go back to looking the way they were they been ruined. read more

Will did my pedicure and hands down it was the best pedicure I'd ever had. He took his time and gave a fabulous massage, it was perfection! Will is an excellent Nail Technician. He pays attention to detail and he doesn't rush. I've been to other nail techs who don't take the time to smooth out the acrylic or don't file the edges down smoothly. None of this occurs with Will. Also, my polish never chips or peels.
