I have been going here for several years. The girls here are so good that you don't need to ask for a special or favorite nail tech! THEY ARE ALL GOOD! Their prices are lower than other salons who have crappy services. People are ALWAYS complimenting my nails! I feel so pretty after getting my nails done. I got a manicure and pedicure and I loved it! The massages were great and the workers were friendly and gentle. The ambiance was awesome and relaxing. I personally like that they don't do your foot massage to hard or too light it's perfect! When they do the manicures they are sure to do it right and it's very quick. Not a wide selection of gel colors. No where on their listen menu does it even show how much they charge for gel polish. I opted for a regular pedicure with paraffin wax and a 15 min FOOT massage. The pedicure process was ok nothing spectacular. The wax itself was incredibly hot that it burned my toes. And then the worst part. The "massage". They asked what looked to be like a 16 year old to massage my feet. It was the most mediocre massage I have ever had i stopped her 3 min in and had her clean me up so I could leave because of how mediocre it was. Do not offer a massage if nobody is actually capable of fulfilling that. When I go to pay she tells me my total is $50 - which I replied, I am not paying for a 3 minute massage and she informs me that I was not charged for it but that the GEL POLISH COST AN ADDITIONAL $20. I could not believe it. I came here on my birthday for a pedicure paid $35 for a spa pedicure WITH white GEL POLISH and was not charged $20. I will never return to this establishment. Communication would've been appreciated. read more

I went to get my pedi and manicure twice in here from the same people. I don't know their names but the guy (manager) does really good pedicure taking his time, clean and neat. However the lady who did my nails was so bad she is always in rush. When she first did gel on finger nails she rushed it and did really dirty job. I gave her a second chance, this time she cut my skin and it started to bleed. Not going back. Plus they use really cheap nail polish brands except the OPI. read more

I walked in after a bad experience at another nail salon and they assisted me promptly. I got a mani/pedi for $35 which is not too shabby. The place was pretty busy and had people coming in and out that seemed to be regulars. I really liked how clean the equipment was, each pedicure they did they opened a sterile pack of tools. I loved that the lady asked me if I wanted her to use the scrapper thing on my foot(she must have seen the look on my face). It must have been the owner who was taking care of me. She was very nice and tried to engage in conversation with me. They do have a parrot that they keep in a cage in the corner of the shop that likes to squawk. I found it funny that she would talk to it while she was doing my pedicure. Overall a great experience for your run of the mill nail salon. Very attentive, clean, and great pricing. Basic salon. They don't really do crazy designs and gems but for a simple manicure pedicure or simple acrylic/dip set ... this place is pretty good. And I like that I can get an appt usually same or next day. So it's never TOO packed where you can't get in. read more

Tammy, (tech's name) was very conversational, I will give them another go round for a mani/pedi combo and see if they can get their rating up with me. .. First off I want to say the salon is very clean and the staff is very professional. I just had an unfortunate experience while I was here. I went with a friend of mine and on accident they dropped nail polish on the floor and it cracked and got all over my friends shoes. It was black polish all over a pair of yellow sneakers. They only offered us ten dollars off for ruining a $60 pair of sneakers. We let it go, but then 3 days later my friends nails were already lifting. Walked in today for a mani pedi and was greeted and seated quickly. I chose the $35 spa pedi and was treated to a wonderful experience. I had reg french on nails and Tina did a great job- prices are consistent with other salons. There were busy but very organized and efficient I thought. I will return for reg mani pedi's. read more

I came here for the second time after two weeks to get a polish change. I made it clear that was all I wanted. The lady ended up doing my cuticles and filing them down (without me asking) and at the end charged me for a full manicure. After I told her that I had only asked for a polish change she told me that she did a full manicure, without me asking and charged me for the full manicure!! They do that to get you! You think they're just doing a little extra and in reality they're just making you pay the full price at the end. Definitely not going back. read more

Very nice staff and nice ish salon however their waxing leaves much to be desired. I've gone in here a few times as it was close to my house but was never fully satisfied. My eyebrows were uneven. My bikini had many stray hairs left behind and was absolutely the worst and most painful experience ever. I'd given birth naturally a year before and I'd take that experience over bikini waxing at this salon. I had to stop them because it was such torture. Going over the same area time after time trying to rip the hair out slowly. I won't be going back! Only have two stars because the staff there were so nice. read more

Me and my mom came here thinking itd be a safe bet,since we'd been here before because we live right down the road. It must've come under new ownership recently or something because there was a good amount of new renovations like the wall as soon as you walk in. The selection of nail polish is less than ideal, and they only have 4 people working and there are already 3 customers when we walked in, so i sat soaking for atleast 20 minutes before i was acknowledged. In this time i watched my moms toes get done and noticed how long it took the pedicurist to do everything. Then when a pedicurist was finnally free i see her finish another customers toes and walk over to me and start on mine, she didnt even change her gloves... we definitely wont be back. This salon used to be great, i would always come for acrlyic nails, fills, and eye brow waxes and always leave very content. But now i cant say as much. read more

I recently went to VIP Nails and the experience was one of the worst ones I have every had! I went in there wanting to get a manicure /pedicure done. The person who did my nails (a gentleman) was horrible!! He barely scrapped my feet, he just through on the lotion and hot towel on my legs like he didn't care and I had to tell him to re-paint one of my toe nails because he left it clumpy. I truly wanted to get up and walk out as soon as he began my pedicure but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I did not get my manicure. I simply paid for my service and walked out.
