The salon is a decent size and wasn't super busy when I came in. They were able to accommodate me right when I came by, and I would say I left about an hour later. I came here for a gel pedicure and my technician, Ariunaa was so sweet and professional. She took her time with each step and her massage was amazing. She used the perfect amount of force and didn't rush at all. They offer a variety of scents for the water. I chose a spa option so it also included so added perks. The owner, Jenny also introduced herself and made sure I was comfortable with something to drink and provided light refreshments. I always love when the owners/managers of establishments go out of their way to make their patrons comfortable. You can also tell the employees enjoy working for her. The salon is very clean and the massage chairs are new and quiet. Parking can be a little difficult depending on the time and day because it's located in a busy strip mall with a popular kbbq restaurant. All in all, I'm very happy with the results. I've been regularly getting pedicures and heel exfoliation here. Today, I brought my mom for a regular manicure, but it was such an unpleasant experience that I'm leaving a review. While we were asking about switching to powder nails, another older Korean staff(I don't know her name) told Tina that since they were doing cuticle removal, they should charge an extra $10 for powder nails. The staff, who very rudely told Tina to charge an extra $10 without any explanation about the powder or regular nail session, didn't provide any clarification until the end. The situation unfolded in an unpleasant way. This was supposed to be a weekly gift for my mom to get her nails done, but both she and I left feeling upset because of that staff. Thankfully, Tina stepped in to explain and finish the situation kindly, which made it somewhat bearable. Still, I won't be coming back to this place again! read more

I always thought I had dry and brittle nails but she gave me some professional advice for better nails. I am extremely happy with my deep nails and the massage that was offered.
