I chose to get a milky-pink neutral for my wedding nails and thought I'd go with OPI's Bubble Bath, but Nancy tried it on my nails and we both agreed that the color didn't suit my skin tone. This salon is one of the pillars of our community! They have created a place, where almost like Cheers, when you walk, in people are so happy to see you. They provide excellent customer service, great suggestions on trends, and they are as flexible as possible to accommodate schedules. If there is any review here that says anything about them not talking or not being nice to their customers, it is a fake review! Because that's not who Michelle and Nancy are! I've been going to this salon since 2008! My son invited the owners of the salon to his graduation party from high school and they were so generous and kind to me when I lost my mom last year. They have a huge selection of polish choices and will take your direction or pick something for you if you're up to it. We came for my best friend's bachelorette and they had an entire table set up with champagne, wine, o'dourves & desserts ... COMPLIMENTARY!?! I was so amazed! All the nail techs are family and obvious friends, the environment was so inviting and then ladies took genuine interest in getting to know our stories, how we all knew each other, etc. It was really fun. I found out about this place thanks to my neighborhood. Weve only been in the area and being stuck inside for 3 months, I was ready to pamper myself a bit. I drove up, called and had to wait a few minutes for them to be ready for me. They apologized numerous times for taking a while. But I would rather them being safe! I was assigned to Nancy and she really tried to get to know me. She asked all about my family, etc. When it was massage time, she told me to sit back, close my eyes and relax because it was me time. When I was done, I was ready to pay by card. Unfortunately since they've been closed, their internet, credit card machine were down. They said they have been waiting for the guy but can only do cash. There is a 711 next door and Michelle offered to let me pay next time but I said no way, I'll be back. I ended up giving over 20% because it wasnt worth it to get change/they were worth it. read more
