I don't think I've been to a salon without a tv but it was actually quite nice to be really present and grounded throughout the experience. I booked through ClassPass and had no issues with booking, being seated, or paying (I had already paid for a gel manicure through ClassPass but decided to add on eyebrow waxing for an additional $12). Went here on recommendation of a friend who's gotten their nails done by Young for a few years now, so I went with them to get a gel manicure. The staff were very friendly, and the place is very clean, and they took us right in as 2 walk-ins! For my nails, Young fixed up some of my shorter nails with acrylic tips and dip powder so they'd all be equal length, and when choosing my colors, she let me layer two colors together for this beautiful combination. Young also did a great job with the small things I had requested like rounding the tips a little or cleaning up the shaping of the sides from jagged edges. All together, I'm pretty happy with my nails. The nails that she fixed up with tips are quite secure, and naturally there's a little more thickness to them, but I'm hoping they'll last me a few weeks. The shaping was ok - my natural nails were already a more pointed coffin, but the tips ended up being much boxier, so my nail shapes don't quite match across my fingers. The gel application was decent - some of my nails have a heavier/thicker application of polish at the tips, so there's a slight indent. Even with all these small things, I'm giving it 4 stars because of how well Young took care of my concerns and her patience. It's not perfect, but I'm still pleased! read more

My wife and I walked in this place on 01/09/2025. We were welcomed by all of the nail specialists. They were very respectful and their courtesy was great. Nancy, a specialist from Cambodia, took care of my wife's hands and feet. I saw the professional way she worked on my wife's manicure and pedicure. Nancy included a hot stone massage on my wife's feet. I was offered hot tea and water because I was just observing on that day. Worst nail Salon in the world. The ladies there don`t listen what you want. lady who did my pedicure messed up my nail color. I asked for pink and she did red. i noticed it immediately and told her that i need pink and not red. She said its not red don`t worry you will see at the end. Seems like she is color blind. when i called the other one who work there to confirm, instead of admitting the mistake she said the same thing. despite all this mess they didn`t even apologize and the price was high as well. These people don`t let you pay tip on the card, so i have to use the ATM they have in there which give $20 or more. All an all worst customer service, high price and unprofessional staff. I recently came Oct 18, exactly 2 weeks ago and I really enjoyed my experience . My birthday was in the end of September but I was in Egypt, I did ask if I was able to use the coupon and one of the lead managers/nail tech's Boi stated if it was expired no. They definitely are not obligated, just would have been nice to receive still as a birthday gift as I didn't opt for another place over them, I just wasn't in the country. I selected the dip service, natural/nude pink color which I love ! I want to add Boi was very patient waiting for me to choose a color because I did take a little while, I'll be honest. As someone with a darker complexion I really try to be cautious of the colors I pick to make sure it compliments my skin tone. Boi was gentle with her service and the treatment of my nails and hands . She had a calming demeanor when working with me, I didn't feel I had to watch the entire time which I appreciated it because sometimes when you get your nails done , you just want to relax and I was still really tired since I had recently returned to the states. I asked for square shape and what I love is I didn't go into too much specifics, I try not to overwhelm the techs, my MAIN thing is that I want the nails not to be bulky, natural looking and the polish close to the cuticle as possible. I really like my nails along with the soft square shape Boi did. I also appreciate that my nails were done of quality, I've gone to the gym, helped a friend move and they have not broken. I do have a small crack on the thumb but that is my fault, I was helping a family I saw try to adjust the wheel chair of their elder relative and cracked it slightly but it's remained in place and barely noticeable. Dip does not have the same durability as acrylic but I really like the look of it and from my experience though still a little rough, but a little easier on my nails. I notice they still have strength to them when I've had it for a few months and go back natural. I would have liked if the polish was a little bit closer to the cuticle, but what I received is not bad at all, it's very good and still close but it's possible Boi didn't let the product get too close to my cuticle for the integrity of my real nail which I understand and appreciate. I do plan to return and the staff are pleasant ! Dip is also not very easy to do considering how the product has to be applied and I want to make sure it's clear Boi did a fantastic job . read more

The reviews here are a shame. I have had my legs waxed here and the job was done well. I have also been getting mani/pedis here for over a year. My gel nails, acrylic or not, always look good.
