I've recently been coming to White Lotus Nails. They are on the side facing the parking lot, next to a florist shop I believe. I've mostly gotten pedicures done here and so far I have no complaints. Also best to go during the week when it might be slow. The ladies are wonderful and it's a cute little spot. read more

I think this place is a two-star joint but upon reflection I have to admit that the owners cannot be blamed for some of the downsides. My pedicure was fine. Okay quality. It's the best darn price in the area at just $22 which includes hot towel. Right away I knew I didn't care for this place. When I walked in I immediately was peeved to find the front desk empty and all the technicians busy working with guests. Should I interrupt? I don't want to be rude but I do have an appointment..did someone forget? Alas someone finally perked up from their client and turned to help me. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I blame the configuration of space in here. Think it's no big deal? Well, consider how long this review is and read on if you want. I will tell you why it matters. The is such a poor space. It is so small. And the configuration is backwards. I wish they could put the spa chairs on the opposite wall so the technicians never have their backs to new customers who enter. It causes more disruption that you think. Not only would moving the chairs behind the welcome desk make it look more 'finished' but it would also give guests some shade from the sun. Oh..that awful hot sun spilling in. It is so harsh on customers and technicians alike. Does it sound like I am being too picky? Well too bad. If you are coming here for a mini spa day to relax how do you think it feels to sit in a cramped space with sunlight blinding you while you shift around to find shade and you notice that the tech holding sharp objects keeps looking over her shoulder to new customers walking in? They make the most of it I suppose. I mean. This is a tiny strip mall. I won't return though. Sorry. read more

Jennifer did an excellent job on my classic pedicure. I warned her that I am extremely ticklish, and we both worked hard to make sure I didn't kick her by accident:) We had a lovely conversation while she did a wonderful and thorough job on my neglected feet and toenails. WLN is located near my home and I'm happy to have found this clean & inviting nail salon! The ladies are all very kind, skilled & accommodating. I keep my nails pretty simple (see photo) and I'm always pleased with the results. Although they take walk-ins, I suggest making an appointment, as the salon can get busy at times. The pricing seems reasonable for this area, so that's also a plus! read more

I am shocked by the positive reviews. During my visit to White Lotus, I experienced the following: 1. I asked my manicurist if the salon had the matching gel color for my manicure that I had selected for my toes (OPI Cajun Shrimp). Rather than a yes or no, she handed me a bucket of gel colors and rudely told me to look myself. 2. The manicurist drilled my nails down so thin to the point where it was painful. She left one finger bleeding and had me holding up a towel to it with my other hand. 3. I called in advance to confirm the price for my services (a gel mani and regular pedicure). When I went to check out, they charged me more claiming that they surcharge $10 for gel removal (even though I got a gel manicure at their salon). 4. My "gel" polish chipped within 3 days. 5. Several of my nails, which I asked to be shaped square, are slanted. I thought maybe it was just me so I asked my husband to look. He never notices anything related to hair/makeup/nails but he took one look at my hands, laughed, and said they were "messed up." He then proceeded to ask, "you paid for that?" Eighty-something dollars and two hours wasted. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I have been following Jackie (owner) for a long time. I not only believe that she is really good at her job, but very professional lady. After weeks of not able to get a pedicure and manicure, I finally went back on Saturday. The salon who is always spotless and beautiful, was very well equipped with what is necessary during Covid 19. Sneeze guards/shields were put everywhere and I didn't feel unsafe at all. I would recommend White Lotus Nails to anyone. read more

Okay, so probably not going to make this my new spot I will be going to every time however, I did enjoy my time there. Very cute and the ladies are super nice. But obviously I'm there for my nails. My nail shape was just off and I had to keep coaching her on how to do a coffin shape and I didn't like how they do not have designs or neon colors but they do have lots and lots of colors for normal everyday wear obviously. I'm very picky so if you're not detail oriented about the color of your nails, this place is still awesome. The shape and the way my nails looked afterwards are just not ideal for me. I just like super sharp coffin shaped nails and they don't do ombré here which is my go-to so I can't necessarily go to them every time. But if you're looking for something awesome and really good prices I would definitely try it out! Love you Trish! read more

I came here on President's Day afternoon, they were open until 7:00 and I arrived around 5:45. They weren't busy, but the two people on staff were doing pedicures (in the those great chairs, love!) and I just needed a manicure, so I had to wait, no big deal. They were very attentive as soon as I arrived, however, telling me it would be a ten minute wait (and it was, almost on the nose), so I went next door and got frozen yogurt while I waited (bonus!). They did a great job on my manicure, and at $12, i was not disappointed. They used fresh tools for me, and I saw them cleaning and sterilizing things while I was there from the pedicures, and it all looked clean. A Mani/Pedi is $30, and I would go back here in a heartbeat. read more

I came here because I received a coupon for it in the blue Valpak envelope that comes to every home in the area. I'm glad I came here, because it was great (and I'm picky when it comes to my nails). The manicurist (also the owner) was attentive and careful, and did not rush through the job even though it was past closing time. She was short on staff that evening and had to deal with the after-work crowd by herself, but did a great job (and it helps that I wasn't in a hurry). I'm very happy with the result and will come here on a regular basis, both for the convenient location and the great service. I also like the name White Lotus. =) read more

Recently, Central Nails in Vienna, has undergone a lovely renovation, expanded the services offered, and has been reborn as White Lotus Nails with the same excellent service and conscientious and genuinely talented staff. This salon is one of the best-kept secrets in town--if you need to escape the hustle and bustle of your life and take an hour or so out for yourself to regroup and renew, the White Lotus is the place of serenity and peace in which to do it. You can enter and leave the hustle and bustle of the world outside the front door. Prices are quite reasonable, service is excellent, and I've never had a better manicure and pedicure experience. Many salons in town can do a competent mani-pedi, but when I leave the White Lotus, I've gotten more than the physical grooming--I've been refreshed. read more

I had Jennifer and she was outstanding! It was a very fast service and very reasonably priced! She is so kind and did a fantastic job on my nails. She helped me swatch colors and frequently checked in making sure I liked my manicure. Overall the salon was gorgeous, and VERY clean. Their polish selection was great and all of the technicians were so kind, plus the sign-in process was VERY easy. Go see Jennifer, she's the best!!! read more

For over 15 years, I have worked with Jackie for polishing my nails. This includes both hands and feet. I started going for a regular manicure, moved to a "gel" and now I get a "wrap". She has been great on every type of service. She is very professional and totally qualified. I won't go to anyone else. read more

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. Staff are efficient and always do a good job. We are always greeted with a friendly vibe. My daughter has difficult nails and she frequently gets cut when she gets a pedicure. This is the only place we've been to where they handle her nails with care. read more

Soft music plays, no TV, and a back room for waxing services. My pedicure was great. Li even tested three different nail polishes on my nails to be sure I was happy with the color (Germancure by OPI). Note that they are appointment only (unless you happen to catch them between appointments like I did ... But I'll call first next time).

When I got my nails done here a few months ago, I had tips put on and those things were nearly indestructible. One of the few places I trust when it comes to getting my claws sharpened.

I've been a long standing customer and have always been pleased with each service received. Loni,…read morethe shop owner, takes her time in doing mani/pedi services and she is quite artistic (being a classically trained artist) in creating the most beautiful and creative nails. The salon is very clean and peaceful. Because Loni sees one person at a time, it's quite a personalized experience. I've tried other places in and around Vienna but I always come back to Noble's Nail Salon. I highly recommend this salon over any other in the area!

I asked to get a design and she agreed then the whole time while doing it she complained it was hard. No cuticle oil, no lotion massage at the end was given. Air bubbles, trapped hair in the polish and visible streaks were left and at the end once I complained she offered to fix it however I didn't even have time to stay for that. Will NEVER return Update: owner mentions my irritation but doesn't mention the rudeness and attitude I got from her. Not very customer service like!! I also wanted to leave immediately after because of the rudeness I got from the owner. The pictures were taken 2-3 minutes after I left the salon. The pictures are different from her phone due to lighting. I can't believe I am getting gaslit by the owner, Rather than trying to make it right.

Called around 4:30 for a 5:40 appointment request- and they said they could get us in at 6:00pm for 2 gel manicures. The nail techs (Sarah and Jenny) were very nice. They may have been short staffed because my mom's nail tech had to get me started for my previous gel nail removal and then got to get started on my mom's and then other nail techs would check in on me until someone else was ready around 6:20ish. The gel manicure was $45, including the trim, cuticle care, manicure, scrub, and hot stone shoulder massage. Felt like price was fair and nail techs were kind. Would recommend and would come back!

I booked with Judy and she has been very kind and patient with me. I usually have other nail salon techs get frustrated with me due to my hands constantly tensing up (I am constantly stressed and anxious), but she had no issues. I was also very surprised that my nailbed didn't burn under the UV light. Whether I do gel nails at home or at other salons, my nails aren't in the greatest condition so they burn very easily. But I barely felt anything even with multiple coats. Judy was very accommodating and was able to quickly fix up mistakes with no issues. My nails came out perfectly cute. I was very nervous trying this nail salon due to many mediocre and bad experiences in other salons. But I am glad this place was worth the cost and quality.
