I tried this place for the first time on Saturday and my nails are already chipping 4 days later. I got a gel mani. It appears they don't put enough layers on their manicure which leads them to chip. They feel very thin and not sturdy. I called to get it fixed but they don't have any availability to fix my chipped nail today or tomorrow after work.... I can't imagine one nail would take that long. It's sad because I have a wedding to go to this weekend. I tipped 25% on my manicure because it was cheaper price but I will not be returning :( read more

I've recently been coming to White Lotus Nails. They are on the side facing the parking lot, next to a florist shop I believe. I've mostly gotten pedicures done here and so far I have no complaints. I think this place is a two-star joint but upon reflection I have to admit that the owners cannot be blamed for some of the downsides. My pedicure was fine. Okay quality. It's the best darn price in the area at just $22 which includes hot towel. Right away I knew I didn't care for this place. When I walked in I immediately was peeved to find the front desk empty and all the technicians busy working with guests. Should I interrupt? I don't want to be rude but I do have an appointment..did someone forget? Alas someone finally perked up from their client and turned to help me. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I blame the configuration of space in here. Think it's no big deal? Well, consider how long this review is and read on if you want. I will tell you why it matters. The is such a poor space. It is so small. And the configuration is backwards. I wish they could put the spa chairs on the opposite wall so the technicians never have their backs to new customers who enter. It causes more disruption that you think. Not only would moving the chairs behind the welcome desk make it look more 'finished' but it would also give guests some shade from the sun. Oh..that awful hot sun spilling in. It is so harsh on customers and technicians alike. Does it sound like I am being too picky? Well too bad. If you are coming here for a mini spa day to relax how do you think it feels to sit in a cramped space with sunlight blinding you while you shift around to find shade and you notice that the tech holding sharp objects keeps looking over her shoulder to new customers walking in? They didn't speak when we arrived but the lady after us was greeted and ask if she would like something to drink.The second time we came to this nail salon they decided to take a customer who walked in after us and ask if we would wait mind you I had an appointment. I am shocked by the positive reviews. During my visit to White Lotus, I experienced the following: 1. I asked my manicurist if the salon had the matching gel color for my manicure that I had selected for my toes (OPI Cajun Shrimp). Rather than a yes or no, she handed me a bucket of gel colors and rudely told me to look myself. 2. The manicurist drilled my nails down so thin to the point where it was painful. She left one finger bleeding and had me holding up a towel to it with my other hand. 3. I called in advance to confirm the price for my services (a gel mani and regular pedicure). When I went to check out, they charged me more claiming that they surcharge $10 for gel removal (even though I got a gel manicure at their salon). 4. My "gel" polish chipped within 3 days. 5. Several of my nails, which I asked to be shaped square, are slanted. I thought maybe it was just me so I asked my husband to look. He never notices anything related to hair/makeup/nails but he took one look at my hands, laughed, and said they were "messed up." He then proceeded to ask, "you paid for that?" Eighty-something dollars and two hours wasted. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I have been following Jackie (owner) for a long time. I not only believe that she is really good at her job, but very professional lady. After weeks of not able to get a pedicure and manicure, I finally went back on Saturday. The salon who is always spotless and beautiful, was very well equipped with what is necessary during Covid 19. Small shop in a strip with limited parking, but can find parking in the other lot. There's 5 pedicure chairs and 4 manicure stations. Mani stations are pretty spread apart which is nice. My person did a great job of cleaning up my cuticles. The polish was done well too and lasted a full 7 days. It was $12 for my manicure and they use a quick dry top coat which is awesome. read more

Okay, so probably not going to make this my new spot I will be going to every time however, I did enjoy my time there. Very cute and the ladies are super nice. But obviously I'm there for my nails. My nail shape was just off and I had to keep coaching her on how to do a coffin shape and I didn't like how they do not have designs or neon colors but they do have lots and lots of colors for normal everyday wear obviously. I'm very picky so if you're not detail oriented about the color of your nails, this place is still awesome. The shape and the way my nails looked afterwards are just not ideal for me. I just like super sharp coffin shaped nails and they don't do ombré here which is my go-to so I can't necessarily go to them every time. I came here on President's Day afternoon, they were open until 7:00 and I arrived around 5:45. They weren't busy, but the two people on staff were doing pedicures (in the those great chairs, love!) and I just needed a manicure, so I had to wait, no big deal. They were very attentive as soon as I arrived, however, telling me it would be a ten minute wait (and it was, almost on the nose), so I went next door and got frozen yogurt while I waited (bonus!). They did a great job on my manicure, and at $12, i was not disappointed. They used fresh tools for me, and I saw them cleaning and sterilizing things while I was there from the pedicures, and it all looked clean. A Mani/Pedi is $30, and I would go back here in a heartbeat. read more

I came here because I received a coupon for it in the blue Valpak envelope that comes to every home in the area. I'm glad I came here, because it was great (and I'm picky when it comes to my nails). The manicurist (also the owner) was attentive and careful, and did not rush through the job even though it was past closing time. She was short on staff that evening and had to deal with the after-work crowd by herself, but did a great job (and it helps that I wasn't in a hurry).
