I've recently been coming to White Lotus Nails. They are on the side facing the parking lot, next to a florist shop I believe. I've mostly gotten pedicures done here and so far I have no complaints. Also best to go during the week when it might be slow. The ladies are wonderful and it's a cute little spot. read more

I think this place is a two-star joint but upon reflection I have to admit that the owners cannot be blamed for some of the downsides. My pedicure was fine. Okay quality. It's the best darn price in the area at just $22 which includes hot towel. Right away I knew I didn't care for this place. When I walked in I immediately was peeved to find the front desk empty and all the technicians busy working with guests. Should I interrupt? I don't want to be rude but I do have an appointment..did someone forget? Alas someone finally perked up from their client and turned to help me. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I blame the configuration of space in here. Think it's no big deal? Well, consider how long this review is and read on if you want. I will tell you why it matters. The is such a poor space. It is so small. And the configuration is backwards. I wish they could put the spa chairs on the opposite wall so the technicians never have their backs to new customers who enter. It causes more disruption that you think. Not only would moving the chairs behind the welcome desk make it look more 'finished' but it would also give guests some shade from the sun. Oh..that awful hot sun spilling in. It is so harsh on customers and technicians alike. Does it sound like I am being too picky? Well too bad. If you are coming here for a mini spa day to relax how do you think it feels to sit in a cramped space with sunlight blinding you while you shift around to find shade and you notice that the tech holding sharp objects keeps looking over her shoulder to new customers walking in? They make the most of it I suppose. I mean. This is a tiny strip mall. I won't return though. Sorry. read more

Jennifer did an excellent job on my classic pedicure. I warned her that I am extremely ticklish, and we both worked hard to make sure I didn't kick her by accident:) We had a lovely conversation while she did a wonderful and thorough job on my neglected feet and toenails. The price was $37 and I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

WLN is located near my home and I'm happy to have found this clean & inviting nail salon! The ladies are all very kind, skilled & accommodating. I keep my nails pretty simple (see photo) and I'm always pleased with the results. Although they take walk-ins, I suggest making an appointment, as the salon can get busy at times. The pricing seems reasonable for this area, so that's also a plus! read more

This was my first time at this salon. I called the morning of to get an appointment and they were able to get me in. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by name and offered a delicious cup of coffee! Mindy did an amazing job with my gel nails. I will definitely be going back! read more

If you are a person of color beware of this establishment. They didn't speak when we arrived but the lady after us was greeted and ask if she would like something to drink.The second time we came to this nail salon they decided to take a customer who walked in after us and ask if we would wait mind you I had an appointment. This has happened twice so I will take my money somewhere else. Please do better!! read more

I am shocked by the positive reviews. During my visit to White Lotus, I experienced the following: 1. I asked my manicurist if the salon had the matching gel color for my manicure that I had selected for my toes (OPI Cajun Shrimp). Rather than a yes or no, she handed me a bucket of gel colors and rudely told me to look myself. 2. The manicurist drilled my nails down so thin to the point where it was painful. She left one finger bleeding and had me holding up a towel to it with my other hand. 3. I called in advance to confirm the price for my services (a gel mani and regular pedicure). When I went to check out, they charged me more claiming that they surcharge $10 for gel removal (even though I got a gel manicure at their salon). 4. My "gel" polish chipped within 3 days. 5. Several of my nails, which I asked to be shaped square, are slanted. I thought maybe it was just me so I asked my husband to look. He never notices anything related to hair/makeup/nails but he took one look at my hands, laughed, and said they were "messed up." He then proceeded to ask, "you paid for that?" Eighty-something dollars and two hours wasted. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I have been following Jackie (owner) for a long time. I not only believe that she is really good at her job, but very professional lady. After weeks of not able to get a pedicure and manicure, I finally went back on Saturday. The salon who is always spotless and beautiful, was very well equipped with what is necessary during Covid 19. Sneeze guards/shields were put everywhere and I didn't feel unsafe at all. I would recommend White Lotus Nails to anyone. read more

Small shop in a strip with limited parking, but can find parking in the other lot. There's 5 pedicure chairs and 4 manicure stations. Mani stations are pretty spread apart which is nice. Nice staff and fair price. Manicure lasted a while considering I went to the beach. Would definitely return. read more

Okay, so probably not going to make this my new spot I will be going to every time however, I did enjoy my time there. Very cute and the ladies are super nice. But obviously I'm there for my nails. My nail shape was just off and I had to keep coaching her on how to do a coffin shape and I didn't like how they do not have designs or neon colors but they do have lots and lots of colors for normal everyday wear obviously. I'm very picky so if you're not detail oriented about the color of your nails, this place is still awesome. The shape and the way my nails looked afterwards are just not ideal for me. I just like super sharp coffin shaped nails and they don't do ombré here which is my go-to so I can't necessarily go to them every time. But if you're looking for something awesome and really good prices I would definitely try it out! Love you Trish! read more

Central Nails is located in the same plaza as Red Mango. I went on a Sunday and did a walk in. I waited about 5 minutes and was able to start my manicure. My person did a great job of cleaning up my cuticles. The polish was done well too and lasted a full 7 days. It was $12 for my manicure and they use a quick dry top coat which is awesome. read more

Wonderful place. The owners don't have 100% amazing English, but you can of course understand them. They are so nice and kind. The second you walk in, they let you know how long the wait will be. I came here because I received a coupon for it in the blue Valpak envelope that comes to every home in the area. I'm glad I came here, because it was great (and I'm picky when it comes to my nails). The manicurist (also the owner) was attentive and careful, and did not rush through the job even though it was past closing time. She was short on staff that evening and had to deal with the after-work crowd by herself, but did a great job (and it helps that I wasn't in a hurry). I'm very happy with the result and will come here on a regular basis, both for the convenient location and the great service. I also like the name White Lotus. =) read more

I came here on President's Day afternoon, they were open until 7:00 and I arrived around 5:45. They weren't busy, but the two people on staff were doing pedicures (in the those great chairs, love!) and I just needed a manicure, so I had to wait, no big deal. They were very attentive as soon as I arrived, however, telling me it would be a ten minute wait (and it was, almost on the nose), so I went next door and got frozen yogurt while I waited (bonus!). They did a great job on my manicure, and at $12, i was not disappointed. They used fresh tools for me, and I saw them cleaning and sterilizing things while I was there from the pedicures, and it all looked clean. A Mani/Pedi is $30, and I would go back here in a heartbeat. read more

I went here with my friend to get a set of acrylic nails. The price was expensive and the nails where awful. They where crooked bumpy and not all the same shape or length. My friend and I got 2 different people doing our nails and got the same results. I would not recommend for acrylics maybe something different. But for acrylic nails Jin Nails And Spa are much better (they do crystal powder nails) read more

I apparently attempted to try this business some time ago, thus I receive text alert coupons. I usually only wax in warmer months, pre-vacay, or prior to my annual girls trip. Im still not a real fan due to my horrible grow back struggles with ingrown hairs. Then after a positive experience elsewhere and my friend saying "waxing with consistency" will decrease ingrowns and your hair becomes softer, finer and takes longer to grow back each time. For this reason, I have attempted to continue on a schedule. I tried to book with Ms. Annie's a few times online. My account wouldn't work, so I called to get some assistance on this day. The young lady on the phone was in a rush. I wanted her to help get my online account working properly so I would have the ability to select any available appointments slots posted, service provider, and have option to cancel/ reschedule within limits posted. Instead of helping to get my online account working, she simply booked the appointment. I called back in less than 15 minutes to request a change. She said, I'll make the change, but you'll have a $50 fee whenever you reschedule. I was mortified! That wasn't really smart. The only thing it did was solidify that I definitely will never book at this business!!! Poor customer service and vibes!! Also the online scheduling system didn't work well at all!
