I have been growing my brows out for 2 yrs now and at this point I feel like what could have grown out would have grown out already. My brows were sparse and missing the tails. I finally decided for microblading (Brow strokes). Chloe did such a professional job working with me shape and was very patient. I wanted it to be as close to my natural shape as possible. It was to enhance my natural shape not to cover it up. I also asked for partial shading meaning not shading the head of the brows for a more natural look. I normally don't wear foundation or heavy make up so I can't have a too perfect looking brows. These pictures were taken 2 days after. I was informed that I will lose about 50% of the color which is what I want exactly again for the more natural look. I'm so impressed and happy with the results. I will keep updating with pictures. I was originally very happy with my Microblading a little over a year ago. The brows faded but I was able to get by for close to a year. However, when I returned for a touch up, to the cost of $350, I quickly realized that the color was just too light. Chloe said that she would darken it if it was too light. The first month it was healing so I waited to see how it would turn out. I was traveling overseas the 2nd month and had to ubut called when I returned and Chloe's response was that I would have to pay again because it was over 2 months later. Chloe is adorable and sweet. She did a WONDERFUL initial lash extension session, but then went downhill after that. The first session and round of lashes was great. They lasted a really long time, and she did what I requested, which was Extremelash synthetic mink (lightweight) in a very natural length and mix of some longer and shorter as I just wanted fullness. I specifically state that I don't want to look like a drag queen. Some clients may like this, but I've always requested to have lashes that look more natural. But then one appointment, she completely forgot to show up!!! We had exchanged texts that day about an hour before. I got there and there was no answer. I texted and called, but no response or answer. I waited 20 minutes just in case she was on her way or in traffic... She called me to apologize a few hours later saying that she overslept. However, that was a waste of 2 hours of my time that day. Another appointment, she gave me size 10s which are super long on small Asian eyes with straight lashes... Talk about drag queen. I don't work for MAC, yo! She said that she decided to do them longer before I opened my eyes and saw them in the mirror. She heard my gasp. I had initially communicated that I did not want to look like a drag queen from day 1. She tried to say that she didn't make them longer. When she had me in to redo them, she only replaced some of the lashes. I told her that I had to wipe my eyes because I had eye makeup all greased up on my lids from the day. She DID not clean them, and she refused to clean them when I asked saying that she had already started and that the lashes that she removed would still have clean surfaces to attach to. Nope. Let's just say that I had some makeup clumps mixed in with the lashes. But, I figured they would fall out by the next fill. Definitely not professional after the first experience. She only takes cash, and this is out of her friend's apartment in Oakton. She works for a salon in Baltimore and commutes from MD, so it makes sense that this probably isn't a convenient business pursuit for her. In any case, my lash stylist is back from maternity leave, and I am happy to be back to Jennifer at My Touch of Beauty. *Chloe took photos of me the first session. When I left, I gave her explicit instructions to delete them because I assumed that she probably was going to try to put them on the web or use them for her business collateral. It was like she could tell my life story just from looking at my skin (she said that I don't drink enough water and that I sleep on my left side the most - guilty and guilty). My skin felt so smooth and clean afterwards. And instead of pushing me to buy the products she used, she gave me some free samples to take home and try so I could be sure they worked for me.
