When I arrived for my appointment, I was delighted to see the cozy lobby before following Shadonna into the service room. It's decorated with very classy touches that make the room feel very welcoming. She sanitized the treatment table before I sat down. With just a few strips of hardening wax and some touch-up tweezing, my brows looked great again. So many other estheticians have waxed my thick brows down to tiny toothpicks throughout the years, but Shadonna does a perfect job of keeping the definition without caterpillar fuzziness. I was able to pay with my card on file, which I entered when I made the appointment online. I booked my next service with her in person, but I love that the digital platform is available. For now Shadonna is just doing waxing appointments, but plans to expand on the services offered in the coming months. The parking lots are a bit of a labyrinth, but if you turn right at the business driveway (before you get to the 7-11), drive to the back lot, and make another right, you'll see the door on the right-hand side of the building. They told me to that to keep my appointment or to book any future spa appointments, I had to pay over $220 for the missed appointment (the one never even made). You heard right - - not a $50 no-show fee, not 25% for a no-show. They wanted the entire amount upfront before I could have my next appointment. It was absolutely outrageous. The one facial I had was decent (I went in for foot reflexology today), but the aesthetician was pushy about me making future appointments. I would avoid and head down to DC where the spas are more professional and customer-centric. I've been to spas all over the world and am a very chill customer, and I've never been treated like that. If it wasn't for this facility, I would never have known about so many things that I had been doing wrong or simply had not been informed of when I had previous surgeries. I had previously sought out different massage places but that advertise lymphatic massages but it's only the ultrasound, no massage and none of the other treatments this facility provides you - plus all their advice. They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa. I have even brought my mother here for facial treatment provided by Ms. Ana. For any post-op care I need, facials, and other treatments - this business has a customer for life.

More space has been added where the former body scrub room and the massage room use to be. Gone is the dark look of what I remember at this store. It is light. It is bright. The ambience in the place is just right. You now have the option of having your hair cut for both man and women. The option of having laser hair removal can now be done too. Today I would have liked get a full body scrub and massage for $170, but this is not the case. No, today I had a manicure with Holly herself. I also had my hands and feet buffed; as well. I saw Rose (The former owner of the now Holly Nails) today, and she was rocking a new hair style. She seemed happy to see me, but I think she was with a client so she did not stick around for long. The other lady there seems familiar to me, but I can't remember where we have met before. The manicure went by without a hitch, but I was craving more. All in good time I will be back for another experience. I will contact Holly for my next appointment. My hands and feet feel much better.
