Neza is such a sweet woman and she really knows how make an otherwise awkward and uncomfortable situation as comfortable as possible. She's very pleasant, polite, and professional, and she is an absolute joy to talk to. Her studio is clean and comfortable, and she wore a mask for the duration of our appointment. Neza is very good at what she does and takes great care to make sure that her clients expert minimal discomfort. She's also very attentive to detail, and she does her best to see to it that that clients leave with not just with smooth skin, but with healthy skin as well. While this may mean that appointments may take a little longer than you're used to, the results are well worth it. I also appreciate that all of the products Neza uses for her services are homemade, and made with all natural ingredients. Let me start off by saying I've been going to Neza for my waxes for about 3 years now and I absolutely love her. I can probably go on and on for days about how loving, gentle, invested and sweet she is overall However, her waxes boost all that up about 10 notches. I've followed Neza since her very first salon closer near the Howard Shaw area, and now she's located in Downtown Silver Spring.. I was a Sophomore in college when I started going to her and now I am an Alumna.. Neza offers hard wax with a sugar clean up, but for the past 6 months I've been getting full sugar waxes. I'm amazed at how less painful those are compared to the hard wax.. I've been to the EWC and a few other waxers and I've yet to come across someone who payed as close attention to detail as much as Neza. She treats all her clients, especially her regulars as family.
