I used to feel so anxious before waxing appointments that I would seriously consider having a drink beforehand just to calm my nerves. With Jasmine, that is no longer necessary. Her technique is incredibly gentle, efficient, and precise. I genuinely do not know how she manages to remove hair so comfortably, but I am extremely grateful for it. Beyond her technical skill, her customer service is impeccable. She is warm, professional, easy to talk to, and makes what can be an uncomfortable service feel completely manageable. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I am very grateful that she works at the Dunn Loring location and highly recommend booking with her. She is truly exceptional.

Last time I had sugaring done, but I don't remember the technician's name. It wasn't the same person who did my sugaring before. Nevertheless, the meeting I had with Rina at the checkout counter was wonderful. Today I called to inquire about the body treatments better known as..., Body Exfoliation and Thai Massage. I have only experienced The Sugaring here, but there is so much more that is offered here. I expect Rina is a master of all the services she provides here. I could hear the cheer in her voice as I was told about the Body Exfoliation and Thai Massage. I am sure the quality of both these services will be enjoyed by me when I visted this place soon. The atmosphere his been set in a positive and pleasant way. I am looking forward to making my appointment this week. This Rina's warm and welcoming voice is surely going to attract more clientele here...I am sure of it.
